    Opis:
    This article is an attempt to identify defensive tasks performed at individual levels of territorial self-government in Poland. Defense tasks are implemented within the State Defense System, which is a subsystem of the National Security System (NSS). Therefore, the article indicates the location of the Defense System in the National Security System, the structure of NSS and the mission of its individual subsystems. The author also presents the functioning of territorial self-government in Poland and specifies tasks implemented by territorial self-government. The subject of the research are defense tasks implemented by local governments in Poland, and the aim is an attempt to identify defense tasks performed at individual levels of local government. The following theoretical research methods were used: analysis, synthesis, abstraction and inference.

    Artykuł stanowi próbę identyfikacji zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa kulturowego wynikających z kryzysu wartości chrześcijańskich. Rozważania na ten temat poprzedzono krótkim wstępem. Należy przyjąć, że kultura europejska jest związana z rozwojem chrześcijaństwa, dlatego też zwrócono uwagę na chrześcijańskie korzenie Europy oraz Polski, przedstawiając krótki rys historycznego rozwoju tej religii. Następnie podjęto próbę wyjaśnienia takich pojęć, jak wartości, wartości chrześcijańskie, kryzys wartości. Poza tym zwrócono uwagę na kryzys wartości chrześcijańskich we współczesnej Europie i wyjaśniono pojęcie bezpieczeństwa kulturowego. Ostatnim, tym samym kluczowym elementem artykułu jest wskazanie zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa kulturowego wynikających z kryzysu wartości chrześcijańskich. Ostatecznie dywagacje zakończono podsumowaniem poruszanych treści. Wnioski sformułowane przez autorkę na podstawie analizy literatury pozwalają stwierdzić, że najistotniejszymi zagrożeniami bezpieczeństwa kulturowego wynikającymi z kryzysu wartości chrześcijańskich są: pojawienie się „kultury śmierci”, tworzenie fikcyjnej wizji świata „bez granic”, rozpowszechnienie kultur alternatywnych, kreowanie kultury pieniądza, pracoholizm, zanik więzi rodzinnych, utrwalanie stereotypów, utrata własnej toż-samości [narodowej], zanik szacunku dla symboli i bohaterów narodowych oraz napływ imigrantów.
    This article is an attempt to identify threats to cultural security resulting from the crisis of Christian values. The considerations on this topic were preceded by a brief introduction. It should be assumed that the European culture is associated with the development of Christianity, therefore attention was paid to the Christian roots of Europe and Poland by presenting a brief historical outline of the development of Christianity. Then an attempt was made to explain the concepts of values, Christian values, crisis of values. The crisis of Christian values in contemporary Europe is highlighted and the concept of cultural security explained. The last, and thus the key element of the article is to indicate the threats to cultural security resulting from the crisis of Christian values. Finally, the considerations end with a summary of the content. The conclusions formulated by the author based on literature analysis allow us to state that the most important threats to cultural security resulting from the crisis of Christian values are: the emergence of the “culture of death”, the creation of a fictitious vision of the world “without borders”, the spread of alternative cultures, the creation of a culture of money, workaholism, the disappearance of family ties, the consolidation of stereotypes, the loss of our own [national] identity, the disappearance of respect for national symbols and heroes and the influx of immigrants.
