Opis:
In the urban transportation network, most passengers choose public transportation to travel. However, bad weather, accidents, traffic jams and other factors lead to uncertainty in transportation network. Besides, transport vehicles running on the same segments of routes and belonging to different modes or routes make the transportation network more complicated. In order to improve the efficiency of passenger’s travel, this paper aim to introducing an approach for optimizing passenger travel routes. This approach takes the travel cost and the number of transfers as constraints to finding the shortest total travel duration of passenger in urban transportation network. The running duration and dwell duration of the vehicles in the network are uncertain, and the vehicles are running according to the timetables. As transportation modes, bus, rail transit and walk are considered. In terms of methodological contribution, this paper combines Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Monte Carlo simulation to deal with optimization problem under stochastic conditions. This paper uses Monte Carlo simulation to simulate the running duration and dwell time of vehicles in different scenarios to deal with the uncertainty of the network. The shortest path of passenger’s travel is solved by GA. Two kinds of population management strategies including single population management strategy and multiple population management strategy are designed to guide the solution population evolving process. The two kinds of population management strategies of GA are tested in numerical example. The satisfactory convergence performance and efficiency of the model and algorithm is verified by the numerical example. The numerical example also demonstrated that the multiple population management strategy of GA can get better results in a shorter CPU time. At the same time, the influences of some significant variables on solution are performed. This paper is able to provide a scientific quantitative support to the path scheme selection under the influence of common-lines and timetables of different modes of transportation in stochastic urban multimodal transportation network.

Opis:
The structural, elastic, thermodynamic and electronic properties of nonmetallic metal FeCrAs are studied within density function perturbation theory. The thermodynamic properties of FeCrAs were deduced based on phonon frequencies within the framework of the quasiharmonic approximation. The calculated elastic modulus under various pressures indicates that FeCrAs is mechanically stable under pressure. The pressure-dependence of bulk and shear modulus, transverse and longitudinal sound velocities V (i.e. $V_{S}$ and $V_{L}$), elastic Debye temperature $\Theta_{E}$ of FeCrAs have also been investigated. The calculated values of B/G indicate that FeCrAs presents high ductility under pressure. However, it is interesting that the value of B/G reaches a maximum under 40 GPa and almost remains unchanged when the pressure is above 70 GPa. The calculations show that the heat capacity $C_{V}$ of this material is close to the Dulong-Petit limit 3R (about 224.61 J $mol^{-1} K^{-1}$) at high temperature regime. The analysis of electronic properties find that as the pressure increases, the absolute value of charge for As and Fe atom increases while Cr remains nearly a constant, indicating that the mechanic properties of FeCrAs under pressure should be mostly attributed to the interaction between Fe and As atoms.

Opis:
The structural phase transition and elastic properties of CoN are investigated by ab initio plane-wave pseudopotential density function theory method. The equilibrium lattice parameters a₀, elastic constants C_{ij}, bulk modulus B₀ and its derivative B'₀ are calculated. From the usual condition of equal enthalpy, the phase transition of CoN from zinc-blende to rocksalt structure occurs at 35.4 GPa with a volume collapse of about 15.6%, consistent with the calculated result 36 GPa (FP-LDA), but an uncertainty is about 4.4 GPa compared with the 31 GPa (ASA-GGA). All three independent elastic constants, C₁₁, C₁₂, and C₄₄ for CoN are calculated from direct computation of stresses generated by small strains. Both C₁₂ and C₄₄ are less sensitive to pressure as compared with C₁₁. The calculated conclusions offer theoretical data for the further research of the mechanical properties for CoN.

Opis:
This paper studied the effect of laser welding technology on dissimilar metal welding joints of TA15 titanium alloy and Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy. The research results indicate that the laser welding of TA15 titanium alloy and Inconel 718 nickel-based alloy directly was difficult to form well, which due to the intermetallic compounds caused the joint brittle. When the pure Cu foil was used as the filling layer, the quality of the welding joints can be improved effectively. The experimental results also indicate that there were brittle intermetallic-compounds in the laser welding seam, and the laser power had an important influence on the performance and mechanical properties of the dissimilar metal joint. The maximum average tensile strength of the welding joint of 2300 W was increased to 252.32 MPa. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) results show that the fracture morphology was river pattern, a typical morphological of cleavage fracture, and the mode was brittle fracture.

Opis:
For a higher classification accuracy of disturbance signals of power quality, a disturbance classification method for power quality based on gram angle field and multiple transfer learning is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the one-dimensional disturbance signal of power quality is transformed into a Gramian angular field (GAF) coded image by using the gram angle field, and then three ResNet networks are constructed. The disturbance signals with representative signal-to-noise ratios of 0 dB, 20 dB and 40 dB are selected as the input of the sub-model to train the three sub-models, respectively. During this period, the training weights of the sub-models are transferred in turn by using the method of multiple transfer learning. The pre-training weight of the latter model is inherited from the training weight of the previous model, and the weight processing methods of partial freezing and partial fine-tuning are adopted to ensure the optimal training effect of the model. Finally, the features of the three sub-models are fused to train the classifier with a full connection layer, and a disturbance classification model for power quality is obtained. The simulation results show that the method has higher classification accuracy and better anti-noise performance, and the proposed model has good robustness and generalization.

Opis:
His296 of Zymomonas mobilis levansucrase (EC 2.4.1.10) is crucial for the catalysis of the transfructosylation reaction. The three-dimensional structures of levansucrases revealed the His296 is involved in the substrate recognition and binding. In this study, nine mutants were created by site-directed mutagenesis, in which His296 was substituted with amino acids of different polarity, charge and length. The substitutions of His296 with Arg or Trp retained partial hydrolysis and transfructosylation activities. The positively charged Lys substitution resulted in a 2.5-fold increase of sucrose hydrolysis. Substitutions with short (Cys or Ser), negatively charged (Glu) or polar (Tyr) amino acids virtually abolished both the activities. Analysis of transfructosylation products indicated that the mutants synthesized different oligosaccharides, suggesting that amino acid substitutions of His296 strongly affected both the enzyme activity and transfructosylation products.

Opis:
This paper presents an experimental investigation on the mechanical properties and microstructure of geopolymer repair materials mixed using fly ash (FA) and concrete substrates. An optimal combination of FA and concrete substrate was determined using the compressive test of geopolymer mortar mixed with various concrete substrate classes. It was found that the contribution of (C35/45) concrete substrates with the FA geopolymer mortar increases the 28-day bonding strength by 25.74 MPa. The microstructure analysis of the samples using scanning electron microscopy showed the denser structure owing to the availability of high calcium and iron elements distribution. These metal cations (Ca2+ and Fe3+) are available at OPC concrete substrate as a result from the hydration process reacted with alumina-silica sources of FA and formed calcium aluminate silicate hydrate (C-A-S-H) gels and Fe-bonding linkages.
