Autor studie se zabývá problematikou překládání současné polské literatury do češtiny po roce 1989. Připomíná některá fakta z literárního života posledních dvaceti let a analyzuje některé texty současné polské prózy, které byly přeloženy do češtiny. Překladům ani jejich překladatelům není garantováno, že překlady vyjdou tiskem, neexistuje ani systematické vydávání polské literatury v ČR. Na druhé straně se objevují vydané překlady, jež mohou českému čtenáři ukázat Poláka a současné Polsko v úplně jiném image než kdysi. Badatel připomíná prózu Masłowské, která českému čtenáři přiblíží subkulturu „dreserów”, což si vyžaduje od překladatele, který chce do cílového jazyka přeložit veškerý kontext, aby našel odekvátní styl a princip. Poněkud jinak se diskutuje o obrazu Poláků J. Witkowskiego, který se ve svých textech dívá na specifickou komunitu gayů. Konečně na posledním příkladu autor ukazuje, jak M. Szczygiel pohlíží z pohledu Poláka na dějiny Čechů v XX. století (próza "Gottland"). Autor připomíná rovněž fakt, že v obou literárních kulturách probíhají analogické procesy (tematika, výběr jazykových prostředků).
In his paper, the author deals with the topic of rendering the contemporary Polish literature, created after the year 1989, into the Czech language. He reminds the reader of certain facts from the literary life of the last 20 years and analyses certain texts of the contemporary Polish prose which were translated into Czech. It is not guaranteed that the outcome of numerous translations will be ever printed. What is more, Polish literature is not systematically published in the Czech Republic. On the other hand, the translations which have been published may show a Czech reader Polish people and the contemporary Poland in a different light than it was done earlier. The researcher quotes D. Maslowska’s prose, who introduces a Czech reader to the subculture of „dreserzy”(„dresiarze”), which requires a translator to find an adequate style and language in order to render the whole context into the target language. Another approach to the issue of shattering the image of Poles has been taken by J. Witkowski, who looks at the specific gay community in his texts. Finally, in the last example, the author shows how M. Szczygiel, a Pole, views the Czech history in the XXth century (the prose "Gottland"). The author also mentions the fact that there have been analogicalprocesses in both literary cultures (subject matter, selection of means of literature, etc.).

Der Autor stellt den Anspruch der historischen Poetik in den Vordergrund. Danach sollte es möglich sein, die barocke Homiletik im Kontext der zeitgenössischen theoreti[1]schen Handbücher (barocke Predigungsregel, Regel der Rhetorik und Poetik u. ä.) zu stu[1]dieren. Es ist unmöglich das Predigen auf Grund der heutigen ästhetischen Normen zu verfolgen, da dies zu unhistorischen Auffassungen der Bereichsentwicklung fuhren müßte. . Besonders macht er auf die bisher wenig benutzten lateinisch geschriebenen Schriften von B. Balbín aufmerksam, dem jesuitischen Historiker und Dichter, der sich fachmännisch mit Literaturgeschichte- und -theorie befaßte. Ein anderes Werk, das eine Analyse verdient, findet sich den Autor zufolge in der Predigerregeln von G. Scherer, dem Wiener Prediger und Theoretiker, welche ebenfalls in den böhmischen Ländern be[1]kannt waren. Die Aufgabe der Literaturhistoriker ist es, die zeitgenössische Theorie zu beschreiben und erst auf Grund einer genauen Beschreibung verantwortungsbewußt zur Bewertung der barocken Predigen schreiten. Eine große Rolle mißt er auch der genauen semantischen und morphologischen Definition der Termini bei (Homilie, Predigt, Kon[1]zept)

Aim. The paper aims to investigate the students interactions engaged in mindful tasks in an English reading classroom. It attempts to explore whether there is any connection between being mindful and having a good interaction. Methods. For the research a case study approach was utilised, in which eight BA students majoring in English language and literature at the University of Mazandaran participated. They were divided into two groups of non-mindful and less mindful, each having four members based on their scores from Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS). The data was collected in three sessions of critical reading practice, in which both groups were engaged in different forms of critical reading tasks. The less mindful group was encouraged to engage in some mindful activities prior to the critical reading tasks. All the sessions were video recorded and then transcribed for analysis. The transcribed data were analysed by the researcher and a second rater. Results. The results of the data analysis demonstrated that there were some minor differences in interactions of non-mindful and less-mindful group in critical reading tasks. The less-mindful group seemed to have more interactions than the non-mindful one. Conclusions. Due to the study limitations the results cannot be generalised. Originality. Mindfulness is a fairly new concept in English language teaching which is attracting attention as an alternative to promote learning. However, within the context of education, there have also been a select few studies that have focused on the benefits of mindfulness in English reading classrooms.

Aim. The paper presents feedback on the effects of a new approach to the teaching practice of teacher trainees introduced in Serbia. Verification of the new approach is connected with a mentor training conception which has been under preparation within the frame of Erasmus+ project 2020-1-SK01-KA201-07825 Mentor training addressed in mutual cooperation of higher education institutions from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and the Republic of Serbia. Methods. Within the frame of the new approach, verification structured interviews were carried out with a research sample of ten mentor teachers—science teachers from primary and secondary schools. The teachers were asked about the teacher trainees’ knowledge and skills (competences) they use within the lessons taught by them during their teaching practice, ways to improve the mentoring process, as well as mentors’ competences and the ability to self-assess.   Results. The researchers collected rather positive opinions of mentors about mentees’ knowledge and skills they come to schools with. At the same time, the mentors expressed high satisfaction with their own knowledge about their mentoring role and competences. Conclusion. The paper presents, on the one hand, a good example of synergy of the national school policy strategies, introducing new approaches to the teaching practice of teacher trainees in Serbia. On the other hand, the goals of an international project are presented, which are meant to improve the quality of mentor-teachers at schools in Serbia.
