L’article présente les trames de Transcaucasie dans la politique des États-Unis, de la Grande Bretagne, de la France et de l’Italie, s’apparaissant en train de la Conférence de Paix à Paris et en train des rencontres de Grandes Puissances à San Remo, Londres, Spa en 1919 et en 1920. On présente entre autres le problème de la présence militaire des Allies à la Transcaucasie, la question de l’aide allimentaire pour l’Armenie; on a aussi discuté la relation des Alliés face au conflit entre l’Armee Volontaire et l’Azerbaidjan et la Géorgie. En plus on a marque les coulisses de l’admission de facto des républiques de Transcaucasie faite par l’Entente en janvier de 1920 et les discussions du sujet de l’aide militaire accordé par les Grandes Puissances et aussi du problème lié à la définition du statut de Batoum. L’article se fini par la présentation de la trame arménienne dans le traité de paix signé avec la Tourquie à Sevres. La politique d’Entente face à la Transcaucasie a été montrée sur un large fond des changements de la politique des Alliés face aux territoires de l’ancien Empire Osman et aux territoires de la Russie ancienne de Tsar. Dans sa conclusion embrassant aussi la première partie de l’article (traitant de la trame de Transcaucasie en train des débats de la conference parisienne du janvier jusqu’au juillet de 1919) l’auteur conclut que le problème de la définition de l’avenir des républiques de Transcaucasie jouait un rôle marginal pendant la conférence parisienne. Les trames de la Transcaucasie apparaissent le plus souvent comme l’un des elements et pas celui qui soit le plus important dans la discussion concernant la politique de l’Entente façe à l’ensemble des affaires russes ou face à la necessite d’exprimer l’attitude des Alliés quant à la situation changeant sur les territoires de l’ancien Empire d’Osman.

La première parti de l’article présente des élémentes des discours de la Transcaucasie dans la politique du Grand Bretagne, de la France, des États Unis et de l’Italie touchés pendant la Conférence de la Paix à Paris (depuis 12 janvier jusqu’à la fin du juillet 1919 ans). Le sujet de l’analyse concerne tout d’abord des enregistrements des sessions des différents organes de la conférence parisienne qui se trouvent dans une collection des documents diplomatiques: Papers Relating to Foreign Relations of the United States. The Paris Peace Coference, 1919, Washington 1943-1947, vol. 1-13. Dans l’article on aborde le problème de la protection d’un mandat et d’une presence militaire des pays d’Entente en Georgie, Armenie et Azerbaïdjan. En plus, on parle du problème des contacts les republiques de la Transcaucasie avec L’Armée Volontaire du général Anton Denikin; le problème d’une reconnaissance de l’indépendence des pays de cette région par La Conférence de la Paix. En discutant ces questions, l’auteur esseyait de les présenter dans un contexte du changement de la politique des Alliées en face de la vieille Russie et Ottoman Orient. Dans la deuxième parti de cet article l’auteur présentera des elementes des discours de la Transcaucasie touchés pendant la Conférence parisienne depuis le debut d’auôt 1919 jusqu’à 10 auôt 1920 ans et essaiera de tirer des conclusions.

Single-stranded DNA-binding proteins (SSBs) play essential roles in DNA replication, recombination, and repair in bacteria, archaea and eukarya. The SSBs share a common core ssDNA-binding domain with a conserved OB (oligonucleotide/oligosaccharide binding) fold. This ssDNA-binding domain was presumably present in the common ancestor to all three major branches of life. In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in SSBs because they are useful for molecular biology methods and for analytical purposes. In this review, we concentrate on recent advances in the discovery of new sources of SSBs as well as certain aspects of their applications in analytical sciences.

In this article, the author’s present relations between the Russian Federation and the European Union in the context of competition for influence in the Western Balkans. Particular attention is paid to the intersecting lines of interest and, nevertheless, important aspects of historical participation in intra-regional relations between the two actors. The article addresses both political, social and economic issues, which are the merits of mutual relations both within the Russian Federation – the European Union as well as between the two actors and the countries of the region.
W niniejszym artykule autorzy prezentują relacje pomiędzy Federacją Rosyjską a Unią Europejską w kontekście rywalizacji o wpływy na obszarze Bałkanów Zachodnich. Szczególną uwagę autorzy zwracają na przecinające się linie interesów i niemniej ważne aspekty historycznej partycypacji w stosunkach wewnątrz regionu obu aktorów. W artykule zarówno poruszono kwestie polityczne, społeczne jak i gospodarcze, które stanowią meritum wzajemnych relacji zarówno na przestrzeni Federacja Rosyjska – Unia Europejska, jak i pomiędzy oboma aktorami a państwami regionu.

At the beginning of the year 2016, the representatives of the Polish Radon Centre decided to organize proficiency tests (PTs) for measurements of radon gas and radon decay products in the air, involving radon monitors and laboratory passive techniques. The Silesian Centre for Environmental Radioactivity of the Central Mining Institute (GIG), Katowice, became responsible for the organization of the PT exercises. The main reason to choose that location was the radon chamber in GIG with a volume of 17 m3 , the biggest one in Poland. Accordingly, 13 participants from Poland plus one participant from Germany expressed their interest. The participants were invited to inform the organizers about what types of monitors and methods they would like to check during the tests. On this basis, the GIG team prepared the proposal for the schedule of exercises, such as the required level(s) of radon concentrations, the number and periods of tests, proposed potential alpha energy concentration (PAEC) levels and also the overall period of PT. The PT activity was performed between 6th and 17th June 2016. After assessment of the results, the agreement between radon monitors and other measurement methods was confirmed. In the case of PAEC monitors and methods of measurements, the results of PT exercises were consistent and confirmed the accuracy of the calibration procedures used by the participants. The results of the PAEC PTs will be published elsewhere; in this paper, only the results of radon intercomparison are described.

Zarysowana tu problematyka dotyczy przede wszystkim takich aspektów polityki zdrowotnej, jak wdrożenie systemu powszechnego ubezpieczenia zdrowotne- go oraz nowego systemu podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej, a także bezpłatnej opieki zdrowotnej dla dzieci i osób starszych oraz rozszerzenia dostępu do świadczeń profilaktycznych i leczniczych.
The article refers to general aspects of health policy in North Macedonia after the Macedonian government introduced a package of reforms in recent years to improve the general health of the population. The issues outlined here focus on such aspects of health policy as the implementation of a system of universal health insurance and a new system of primary health care, as well as free health care for children and the elderly, and the expansion of access to preventive and curative services.

The text refers to the foreign policy of the European Union in the context of the economic crisis. The work deals with the theoretical issues of the European Union's foreign policy and its implementation in the current economic crisis. The authors point to a number of institutional and conceptual flaws in both the functioning of the European External Action Service and the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. In conclusion, the authors state that foreign policy is not conducted properly, and the European Union has not verified their safety concepts and strategies and adapt their activities to current international events.
