    Opis:
    The aim of the article is to draw attention to the factors which affect the occupational rehabilitation of participants of vocational therapy workshops, to discuss the role of these workshops in terms of social and occupational rehabilitation of the disabled, and present model solutions which enable the participants of the workshops to enter the labour market. Examples of good practice in the area of occupational rehabilitation in cooperation with the Institute of Vocational Activity (ZAZ) are presented as well as the model of social cooperatives of legal entities as innovative and alternative forms of support for vocational rehabilitation in relation to the ZAZ and Supported Employment Enterprise. The article presents also the opportunities that local government have to support the social cooperatives and the benefits thereof through the application of social clauses.

    This paper presents the migration on the labor market in Poland the turn of the twentieth and twenty-first century. First part was described the causes of immigration of foreign employers. In the next part was presented the conditions and the rules of employment of foreigners in Poland. Third part of this paper analyses the statistical data concerning the employment of foreign worker from non EU countries in the period 2004–2012.

    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie rozwiązań wspierających opiekunów osób z niepełnosprawnością we Francji, jak również zasiłków finansujących koszty opieki nad osobami starszymi, które pozwalają im na samodzielne funkcjonowanie w ich domu rodzinnym lub w domach opieki. Omówione zostały także bony − pozwalające na finansowanie usług osobistych, nie tylko tych związanych z opieką oraz reformy skutkujące dalszą decentralizacją usług opiekuńczych we Francji. Ponadto autor przedstawił projekt ustawy na rzecz osób niesamodzielnych, jak również rekomendacje dotyczące rozwoju sektora usług opiekuńczych w Polsce.
    The aim of this article is to present the solutions to support of the family caretakers and professional assistants of people with disabilities in France as well as the benefits to finance the costs of caring for the elderly, supporting independent functioning of these people in their homes. Discussed were also vouchers − allowing a financing of personal services, not just those related to care. In the following part a changes resulting in the further decentralization of care in France were discussed. In reflections the author also presented a draft law to the dependent people, and made a recommendations for the development of the care services in Poland.

    The aim of this article is to present the role of the assisted living facilities in the process of deinstitutionalisation. The analysis referred to international and national documents as well as examples of good practices in creating and running assisted living facilities for people with disabilities. In the end, the author presented a recommendations and a conclusions concerning assisted living facilities.

    W artykule przedstawione zostały działania samorządu powiatowego w Radomiu w zakresie pomocy w niwelowaniu barier transportowych oraz edukacyjnych, na które napotykają osoby z niepełnosprawnością. Ponadto przedstawiona została rola Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej w wymiarze rehabilitacji zawodowej oraz działania Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w zakresie dofinansowań do zakładania działalności gospodarczej oraz dofinansowań do staży osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Autor w zakończeniu przedstawił propozycje rekomendacji skutkujących bardziej skuteczną rehabilitacją zawodową niepełnosprawnych mieszkańców powiatu.
    The article presents the activities of the Poviat in Radom in eliminating a transport and educational barriers encountered by people with disabilities. Furthermore, the role of Occupational Therapy Workshops in the field of occupational rehabilitation and the work of the Poviat Labor Office in the field of co-financing for setting up business activity and co-financing for practice of the people with disabilities were presented. In the end, the author presented suggestions for recommendations leading to more effective vocational rehabilitation of disabled inhabitants of the poviat.

    Question 6: Whether God as infinite is an object of theology from the Prologue to the Commentary on the Sentences written by William is a polemic with Giles of Rome and Henry of Ghent. The former contends that God is the subject of theology through the specific notion, namely as Saviour, while the latter asserts that God’s infinity is accessible to men’s knowledge only if it is understood as something added to the proper object of theology, i.e. to God. William sharpens Henry’s criticism of Giles and puts forward thesis claiming that God’s infinity is knowable as the direct object of theology. William’s proof of the cognoscibility of infinity paved the way to John Duns Scotus’s developed conception of infinity as the principal divine attribute.

    Wprowadzenie: Dostępność stron internetowych dla osób niewidomych i słabowidzących wynika z regulacji międzynarodowych (ONZ, 2006) oraz krajowych (Ustawa, 2019a; Ustawa, 2019b). Osoby z niepełnosprawnością wzroku są narażone na wykluczenie cyfrowe związane z brakiem dostępu do informacji wynikające z niedostosowania serwisów internetowych, jak również z ograniczeniem w dostępie do odpowiedniego oprogramowania, ułatwiającego korzystanie z Internetu. Cel badań: Celem badań było poznanie opinii osób niewidomych i słabowidzących dotyczących zmian w dostępności do stron internetowych instytucji publicznych oraz prywatnych, ustalenie barier występujących w dostępie do treści zamieszczonych w serwisach internetowych oraz ustalenie możliwości, jakie stwarza Internet dla osób niewidomych i słabowidzących. Metoda badań: Wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego. W badaniach wzięły udział 102 osoby niewidome i słabowidzące. W analizie statystycznej skorzystano z testu H Kruskala–Wallisa oraz z testu U Manna–Whitneya. Wyniki: Uzyskane wyniki dowodzą, że występują różnice istotne statystycznie w ocenie dostępności serwisów internetowych instytucji publicznych, instytucji bankowych, finansowych; w korzystaniu z czytnika ekranu (płatnego, darmowego); w korzystaniu z dofinansowania ze środków PFRON na zakup sprzętu/oprogramowania warunkowane poziomem wykształcenia, stopniem niepełnosprawności, płcią oraz miejscem zamieszkania badanych osób. Wnioski: Dostępność stron internetowych instytucji publicznych uległa poprawie po uchwaleniu ustawy o dostępności z 2019 roku, częściowo również instytucji prywatnych. Osoby niewidome i słabowidzące napotykają na bariery: finansową oraz cyfrową związaną z dostępem do Internetu, część badanych osób jest narażona na wykluczenie cyfrowe, co utrudnia wykorzystanie możliwości, jakie stwarza im sieć.
    Introduction: The accessibility of websites for blind and visually impaired people results from international regulations (ONZ, 2006) and national regulations (Act, 2019a; Act, 2019b). People with visual disabilities are exposed to digital exclusion related to the lack of access to information resulting from the maladjustment of websites as well as limited access to appropriate software that facilitates the use of the Internet. Research Aim: The aim of the research was to learn the opinions of blind and visually impaired people regarding changes in the accessibility of websites of public and private institutions, to determine the barriers in access to the content posted on websites and to determine the opportunities offered by the Internet for blind and visually impaired people. Method: The diagnostic survey method and a tool – an original survey questionnaire were used. 102 blind and visually impaired people took part in the research. The Kruskal-Wallis H test as well as the Mann-Whitney U test were used in the statistical analysis. Results: The obtained results prove that there are statistically significant differences: in the assessment of the accessibility of websites of public institutions, banking and financial institutions; in using a screen reader (paid, free); in the use of subsidies from PFRON funds for the purchase of equipment/software conditioned by the level of education, degree of disability, gender and place of residence of the surveyed people. Conclusions: The accessibility of websites of public institutions has improved after the adoption of the Accessibility Act of 2019, partly also of private institutions. Blind and visually impaired people encounter financial and digital barriers related to access to the Internet, some of the respondents are exposed to digital exclusion, which makes it difficult to use the opportunities offered by the Internet.

W artykule odwołano się do literatury przedmiotu dotyczącej dobrych praktyk z kraju i zagranicy, a także aktów prawnych. W podsumowaniu przedstawione zostały wnioski.
    The aim of the article is to analyze the model of the standard of assisted housing for people with autism spectrum disorders, developed as part of the „Azymut – Independence” project. As part of the project, pilots were carried out in the field of assisted housing services for people with specific needs, taking into account the possibility of financing these solutions. The article refers to the literature on the subject on good practices from home and abroad, as well as legal acts. Conclusions are presented in the summary.

    In this book I present the paths of thinking of two medieval theologists and philosophers: Albert the Great and Thomas Aquinas to show not only what they thought but also how they constructed their reasonings. To achieve this scope I analyse conditions which could in some way form their reasonings (the first part), their models of reasoning, eg. deduction, induction – by showing how they understood and used them (the second part) and their concepts of scientific method (the third part). This shows the procedures of gaining the real knowledge called science (scientia) 1) which both thinkers tended to apply and 2) which they really followed. My analyses confirm the initial hypothesis: that these thinkers were – as far as it is possible – independent in their reasonings from many factors and conditions, sometimes even logical, to be able to accept metaphysical conditions. It means that they tried to match the methods to the subject which they wanted to cognize. Finally I sum up the main similarities and differences in thoughts of Albert and Thomas which occured in these analyses and I point out some topics which should be studied. My research was based on commentaries of Thomas and Albert to Aristotle’s Posterior Analytics and other works, on their summas, on Thomas’s commentary to Boethius’s De Trinitate and on many other texts of both authors.
