Jak wiemy informacja i zarządzanie nią stanowi ważną funkcję na wielu płaszczyznach współczesnej cywilizacji. Chodzi tu przede wszystkim o szeroko rozumiane bezpieczeństwo współczesnego państwa. Informacja taka musi posiadać szczególne cechy, dzięki którym będzie ją można właściwie wykorzystać. Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa informacyjnego w obecnych czasach jest podstawą do swobodnego posługiwania się informacją w systemie bezpieczeństwa. Znaczenie tego pojęcia znajdziemy w tym materiale w odniesieniu do bezpieczeństwa narodowego w aspekcie walki z terroryzmem a wszelkie analizy prowadzone przez badaczy zjawiska terroryzmu wskazują niemożność całkowitego wyeliminowania tego zjawiska.
As we know, information and management of it is an important function on many levels of modern civilization. This is primarily about the broadly understood security of the modern state. Such information must have specific features that will enable it to be properly used. Ensuring information security nowadays, it is the basis for the free use of information in the security system. The meaning of this concept can be found in this material in relation to national security in the context of the fight against terrorism and all analyzes carried out by researchers, the phenomena of terrorism indicate the inability to completely eliminate this phenomenon.

Bezpieczeństwo jest jednym z najbardziej cenionych wartości w sferze społecznej i indywidualnej. Zapewnienie bezpie-czeństwa publicznego społeczeństwa jest niezbędnym warunkiem rozwoju zarówno jednostek, jak i państwa rozumianego jako zorganizowanej grupy osób. Każdy obywatel ma konstytucyjnie zagwarantowane prawo do ich zachowania. Konstytucja jako wartość najwyższa uznała również jej niezależność, nienaruszalność granic i integralność terytorialną państwa. Polska jako suwerenne i demokratyczne państwa członkowskie ONZ, OBWE, NATO i UE jako priorytetowy cel przyjęła trwałość i ciągłość bezpieczeństwa narodowego.
Security is one of the most cherished values in the social and individual. Ensuring public safety of the public is an essential condition for the development of both individuals and the state understood as an organized group of individuals. Every citizen has a constitutionally guaranteed right to their behavior. The Constitution as the supreme value also recognized its independence, the inviolability of borders and territorial integrity of the state. Poland as a sovereign and democratic Member State of the UN, OSCE, NATO and the EU as a priority objective adopted sustainability and continuous national security.

Idea układu z Schengen narodziła się w Saarbrucken, gdzie Francja i Niemcy podpisały porozumienie ułatwiające ich obywatelom przekraczanie wspólnej granicy. Pomysł ten został zaakceptowany w krajach Beneluksu, które do niego dołączyły. W 1995 r. do porozumienia przystąpiły Hiszpania i Portugalia. Natomiast status obserwatora uzyskały Grecja, Austria, Włochy, Norwegia, Szwecja, Finlandia, Dania i Islandia. Rzeczpospolita Polska przystąpiła do Układu z Schengen 21 grudnia 2007 r. Niniejszy materiał będzie częściowo odpowiedzią na często zadawane pytanie: Jaki jest wpływ rozwiązań z Schengen na codzienne życie obywateli. Jest to umowa znosząca kontrolę osób przekraczających granice między państwami członkowskimi tej umowy. Konsekwencją porozumienia było rozszerzenie współpracy w zakresie bezpieczeństwa granic, polityki azylowej i współpracy transgranicznej.
The idea of the Schengen agreement was born in Saarbrucken, where France and Germany signed an agreement to make it easier for their citizens to cross the common border. This idea was accepted in the Benelux countries that joined it. In 1995. Spain and Portugal joined the agreement. In contrast, Greece, Austria, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland have obtained observer status. The Republic of Poland entered the Schengen Agreement on December 21, 2007. This material will partially answer a frequently asked question: What is the impact of the Schengen solution on the everyday life of citizens. It is an agreement abolishing checks on persons crossing the borders between the member states of this agreement. The consequence of the agreement was the expansion of cooperation in the field of border security, asylum policy and cross-border cooperation.

People instinctively sought to ensure their own security since the dawn of time. This simply existential need impelled people to seek new solutions for its assurance. You may say that the need for security shaped the attitudes of people, and greatly contributed to the current development of civilization. This article is dedicated to the strategic reserves of our nation and its role for the security of local communities in Poland. Analyzing the statistics of disciplinary offenses have to say that the introduction of significant changes in the legislation has a very beneficial effect on the behavior of the police officers as well as the socio-economic situation in our country contributed to the reduction of behavioral and disciplinary offenses of which is the formation of a uniformed police. The legislature clearly, as well as first and foremost a very crude manner established rules of disciplinary responsibility of police officers. You should know, however, that there are few professions that are so widely extended to disciplinary action (including off-duty) and a code of professional ethics. The mere fact that the police is the formation of serving the society and above all also designed to protect the safety of people and to maintain public order and safety as well as it has for society prevent the onerous power to impose administrative measures, i believe that being a cop is a special honor for the officer, and society such a person should be the object of respect. However, at this point we have to say that our Polish society for various reasons, do not chump to officers too much respect, it is often the target of attacks hooligan and the butt of jokes. Police officers except that they are public officials who bear a special responsibility by virtue of their functions, they are mostly „ordinary people’’.
