    Opis:
    We consider a vector generic combinatorial optimization problem in which initial coefficients of objective functions are subject to perturbations. For Pareto and lexicographic principles of efficiency we introduce appropriate measures of quality of a given feasible solution from the point of view of its stability. These measures correspond to so-called stability and accuracy functions denned earlier for scalar optimization problems. Then we study properties of such functions and calculate the maximal norms of perturbations for which an efficient solution preserves the efficiency.

    Opis:
    We consider a multicriteria problem of integer linear programming and study the set of all individual criterion minimizers (extreme solutions) playing an important role in determining the range of Pareto optimal set. In this work, the lower and upper attainable bounds on the stability radius of the set of extreme solutions are obtained in the situation where solution and criterion spaces are endowed with various H¨older’s norms. In addition, the case of the Boolean problem is analyzed. Some computational challenges are also discussed.

    We consider a general multiobjective optimization problem with five basic optimality principles: efficiency, weak and proper Pareto optimality, strong efficiency and lexicographic optimality. We generalize the concept of trade-off directions defining them as some optimal surface of appropriate cones. In convex optimization, the contingent cone can be used for all optimality principles except lexicographic optimality, where the cone of feasible directions is useful. In nonconvex case the contingent cone and the cone of locally feasible directions with lexicographic optimality are helpful. We derive necessary and sufficient geometrical optima lity conditions in terms of corresponding trade-off directions for both convex and nonconvex cases.

    We consider a vector minimax Boolean programming problem. The problem consists in finding the set of Pareto optimal solutions. When the problem's parameters vary then the optimal solution of the problem obtained for some initial parameters may appear non-optimal. We calculate the maximal perturbation of parameters which preseves the Optimality of a given solution of the problem. The formula for the stability radius of the given Pareto optimal solution was obtained.

    Opis:
    In the report the dynamics of the Toroidal Plasmoids formation in a Cavity of the Neck (TPCN) of plasma columns and tubes is described. The study was carried out within the MHD (magnetohydrodynamics) frames and by using the particles method. It was shown that in the fast forming neck of plasma pinch, some observed orthogonal to the current structures could be H-filaments (at the equilibrium state they are θ-pinches). These filaments are supported due to the interaction of the induced (secondary) current with magnetic field of the Z-pinch.

    Opis:
    In this report we present a first series of tests of the lithium Capillary Porous System (CPS). We suppose that such a system can be used as a first wall in a thermonuclear reactor. The main goal of the presented work was to study the behavior of the lithium CPS in the condition simulating the influence of plasma in various operating regimes of the thermonuclear reactor. The tests were conducted in a Plasma Focus (PF) installation. The preliminary analysis of the received results confirms the high resistance of the lithium CPS to the pulse influence of plasma flows.
