W artykule podjęto temat mocowania ładunków w transporcie samochodowym tak aby spełniał wymagania bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego. Bazując na dwóch rzeczywistych przykładach, wykorzystując wzory matematyczne przeprowadzono analizę prawidłowości doboru ilości i rodzaju pasów mocujących. Wskazano rozwiązania alternatywne w stosunku do analizowanych przypadków.
In the article a subject of fixing charges in the goods transport was raised so that he met requirements of the road safety. Being based on two real examples, using mathematical formulae analysis of the correctness of the selection of the amount and the type of fixing belts was conducted. Alternative solutions were shown towards analysed cases.

W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe zależności wchodzące w skład ogólnego równaniem bilansu momentu układu napędowego i roboczego głowicy wkręcającej. Wskazano zależności pomiędzy cechami konstrukcyjnymi głowicy a uzyskiwanym momentem dokręcającym. Zaprezentowano program komputerowy umożliwiający dobór podstawowych elementów głowicy zależności od rozmiaru gwintu wkręcanej śruby i wartości momentu dokręcania.
In the article basic relations being a member were described general with leveling balance of the moment of the driving system and working of driving head. Relations were shown between design features of the head and the get moment screwing in properly. Computer programs enabling the selection of basic components were introduced to the head of the screw palmed off on the dependence on the size of the thread and the value of the moment of screwing in properly.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań procesu wkręcania śrub oraz dokonano analizy statystycznej zarejestrowanych wartości momentu skręcającego, momentu tarcia oraz siły osiowej. In the article findings of the process of driving screws were presented as well as they caused a statistical analysis of registered values of the turning moment, the moment of the friction and axial force. Additionally results of changes of these values were presented under the influence of different protective coatings of screws and the presence of the spreadable factor. A research position was characterized as well as algorithms controlling his work were expressed.

Wartość momentu dokręcającego łącznika gwintowego nie jest stała, zależy od dwóch głównych zmiennych: kąta dokręcania oraz sztywności kątowej. Dodatkowo analiza pracy głowicy wkręcającej wykazała, że zapotrzebowanie na energię kinetyczną niezbędną do utrwalenia połączenia jest krótkotrwałe i występuje w końcowej fazie dokręcania. W artykule przeprowadzono analizę matematyczną jednostopniowego procesu wkręcania. Cały proces podzielono na przedziały scharakteryzowane przez zmiany momentu użytecznego oraz prędkości kątowej końcówki wkręcającej.
The tolerance of turning force is defined by accuracy of calculated parameters which are the function of torque. There are two factors influencing the value of torque: the angle of tightening up the threaded fastener and its angle rigidity. Simulation of a device working circumstances necessitates choosing the optimal speed of turning and tightening up which gives the maximal productivity at given tightening speed. In the real process circumstances the moment of inertia value of the power transmission and working elements influences the tightening phase. The article describes how this parameter influences the value of tightening angle and the influence of the working elements speed stabilization error on a change of tightening angle. The time of tightening optimal criteria with limits related to angular velocity of working elements are shown. The factors influencing the value of torsional rigidity of the threaded fastener are described in the article.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań stanowiskowych zmiennych charakteryzujących jakość połączeń śrubowych. Rejestracji podlegał moment skręcający w rdzeniu śruby, moment tarcia pod łbem oraz siła osiowa w śrubie. Przeprowadzono analizę matematyczną i statystyczną uzyskanych wyników. Kolejny etap badań wynikał ze zjawisk tribologicznych, które powodują, że wartość momentu, którym należy dokręcić łącznik gwintowy w celu uzyskania żądanej siły osiowej, nie jest stała. Przeanalizowano więc wpływ obecności czynnika smarującego, rodzaju powłoki ochronnej oraz liczby cykli dokręcania i odkręcania.
In the article findings of workplace variables being characteristic of a quality of screw connections were described. A moment screwing screws together in the core, a moment of friction under the head and axial power were subject to a registration in the screw. An analysis was conducted and statistical of achieved results. The consecutive research stage resulted from tribology effect which cause, the value of the moment, with which one should screw the thread elevated walkway in properly with a view to getting demanded axial power, isn't permanent. So an influence of the presence of the greasing factor, the kind of a protective layer and the number of cycles of screwing in properly and twisting off was analysed.

The article presents the results of research on the original screwdriver for industrial applications in the event of the need to obtain the value of tightening torque in narrower tolerances. The operating of the screwdriver is supervised by the control program, which has algorithms implemented for selecting the operating mode. The program also allows archiving operating parameters and visualization of on-line characteristics of screwing. The results allowing to verify the adequacy of the mathematical model of screwdriver operation with actual operating conditions are also presented.

W artykule wskazano na możliwość przeprowadzenia wstępnej diagnostyki pojazdu za pomocą kamery termowizyjnej. Opisano wymagania odnośnie skalowania kamery i warunków przeprowadzenia badania. Opisano błędy popełniane podczas pomiarów i interpretacji obrazów termicznych. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań układu chłodzącego samochodu. Na podstawie wykonanych zdjęć oraz zarejestrowanych wielkości przedziałów czasowych nagrzewania się układu chłodzącego i głowicy silnika sformułowano wnioski dotyczące prawidłowości ich działania.
In the article examples of applying the thermovision camera for determining the technical condition of the engine were expressed. Requirements were described in relation to calibrating the camera and conditions of conducting research. They presented research results with their interpretation.

This paper descript software for vehicle simulation and mathematical models that describe the motion of the vehicle. A dynamic simulation model of vehicle was developed using Matlab/Simulink and SimDriveline toolbox. The model has a configurable structure that is suitable to simulation with multiple levels. The powertrain system model developed using Simulink and SimDrivline could also be used as a generic, modular and flexible vehicle modeling platform to support the integration of powertrain design and control system optimization.

The article describes the activities related to the functioning of the warehouse. The course includes activities including reception, identification, transport and storage of cargo. On the example of a transport firm, a functional analysis of the warehouse operations and means of transport was carried out. Opportunities for organizational changes that will contribute to quantitative and qualitative changes in warehouse processes are presented.

The aim of this paper is to detail the creation of a large tapered roller bearing model with flexible body cages in the Adams program suite for subsequent dynamic analysis and to obtain information about kinematic and dynamic relationships of steel and plastic cages under various operating conditions. The bearing model was made to closely resemble its real-life counterpart, which allows us to estimate load conditions, dynamic conditions of individual bearing parts and interactions between them.

This article deals with the economizer as one of the main parts of a boiler. Economizers and air heaters perform a key function in providing high overall boiler thermal efficiency by recovering the low level energy from the flue gas before it is exhausted to the atmosphere. The most common and reliable economizer design is the bare-tube, in-line, cross-flow type. To reduce capital costs, most boiler manufacturers build economizers with a variety of designs to enhance the controlling gas-side heat transfer rate. From this point of view it creates a lack for an investigation and modeling of these parts.

Biogas is among the fuels whose significance in the general energy balance will increase. These results from the fact that it may be produced from various kinds of waste materials, and it is therefore considered a renewable fuel of the second generation. Because of its properties, biogas may be used directly to power spark-ignition engines. Nonetheless, numerous tests are underway involving the possibility of using biogas to power compression-ignition engines. In order to use biogas, whose main combustible component is methane, in compression-ignition engines, it is necessary to use a dual fuel power supply system. With such a system supplying power to the engine, the gas and air mixture in the cylinder is ignited by a small dose of liquid fuel. This paper presents a fragment of the research on the use of biogas with a varying chemical composition for powering compression-ignition engines. The described tests were conducted using a one-cylinder compressionignition engine mounted on an engine test stand. The fuel gas consisted of a mixture of natural gas and carbon dioxide; the share of each individual component was regulated from the station, which controlled the operation of the whole test stand. The developed control system also enabled the adjustment of the operating parameters of the engine test stand and the parameters of the injection of liquid fuel, such as the injection pressure, the timing angle of injection and the size of the dose. The results presented in the paper show the impact of the individual control parameters of the engine on the value of the engine’s torque and the amount of toxic compounds in the exhaust fumes.

This paper presents the elements of the safety management system according to standards series PN-N 18000. Hazards identification was made on the example of a small bus company. The basic steps are the company's employees and for-threatening occurring in implementation thereof.Examples of ways to reduce or avoid risks were proposed.
