Polish-speaking Roman-Catholic pastoral care outside Poland is in most cases based on its own specific structures. Their foundations were laid by the episcopate of interwar Poland. Nowadays in Polish-speaking pastoral centers often three generations gather on the Sunday Mass. This situation puts the chaplain in specific language challenges, including the use of local language in contacts with children and the youth. The way of communicating the truths of faith, liturgical singing and the preservation of customs must also be adapted to such a diverse audience.

Wytyczne Konferencji Episkopatu Polski dotyczące Duszpasterstwa Emigracji Polskiej is a document approved at the 369th Plenary Sitting of the Conference that took place in Warsaw on 9-10June 2015.  The necessity to develop Wytyczne had been recognized by Polish migration communities for a long time. Priests directly working for Poles in exile, together with Polish Council of Pastoral Care in Western Europe under the authority of the delegate of Polish Episcopal for Pastoral care of emigration, made efforts to develop general instructions for Polish-language ministry. Initiators and working committees stated that the document should take into consideration all Polish communities and their priests. Wytyczne is a document addressed to secular and monastic clergy, monks and nuns, who take care of Poles in exile’s  spiritual well-being and to those who participate in taking care of Polish emigrants.
Wytyczne Konferencji Episkopatu Polski dotyczące Duszpasterstwa Emigracji Polskiej są dokumentem, zatwierdzony  podczas 369 Zebrania Plenarnego Konferencji , które odbyło się w Warszawie w dniach 9-10.06. 2015 roku. Konieczność wypracowania Wytycznych była dostrzegana przez środowiska polskiej emigracji od  dłuższego czasu. Duszpasterze bezpośrednio  posługujący Polakom na obczyźnie,  wspólnie z Polską Radą Duszpasterstwa w Europie Zachodniej pod kierownictwem Delegata Komisji Episkopatu Polski ds. Duszpasterstwa Emigracyjnego, podjęli starania o  opracowanie  ogólnych wskazań dotyczących duszpasterstwa polskojęzycznego. Inicjatorzy i  pracujące komisje  uznały, że dokument winien dotyczyć wszystkich środowisk polonijnych oraz ich duszpasterzy.  Z założenia Wytyczne  dokument są  skierowany  do    księży, diecezjalnych i zakonnych, siostry i braci zakonnych, którzy służą dobru chuchowemu Polaków na obczyźnie oraz do tych, którzy   włączają się  w swoich środowiskach w troskę o dobro  polskich emigrantów.

Church history is also the history of a specific pastoral care for migrants. A great witness of concern for the people on road is the Apostolic Constitution "Exsul Familia" of Pius XII, which in essence, with its solutions, initiated the discussion on migrants during the Second Vatican Council and, consequently, forced many new indications and solutions described in details in conciliar and post-conciliar documents. While maintaining the right to religious freedom, each migrant poses a challenge to the Church to share with them the goods of the Church. A newcomer often requires an integral care and multifaceted support. A dicastery for. Integral Human Development, appointed on 08.17.2013. is tasked to indicate that migration is a structural phenomenon of the contemporary world. The migrants reflect all the problems of contemporary injustices, wars and hatred, shortcomings of medical services and non-compliance with fundamental human rights. Liquidation of the four Pontifical Councils taking up contemporary social problems and the appointment of the Dicastery is supposed to meet the problems people are facing today, regardless of their creed and religion, skin color, political view and language.

Opis:
Migrationen innerhalb der Europäischen Union führen dazu, dass das Phänomen der Migration in sich immer mehr einen permanenter Charakter annimmt und eine strukturelle Dimension bekommt. Deshalb gibt es eine Dringlichkeit zur Ausarbeitung einer Refleksion über die gegenwärtigen Formen der Evangelisation der polnsichen Diaspora in den Staaten der EU. Interne (innerhalb der EU) Migrationen von Polen sind auf die europäische Bürgerschaft und der Dynamik des Arbeitsmarktes ausgerichtet. Diese Migrationen werden als wichtige Komponenten der gesellschaftlichen, politischen, ökonomischen und demographischen Wirklichkeit der EU wahrgenommen. Als solche bringen sie neue Pastoralaufgaben für die Kirche der Herkunftsgemeinde (a quo) und auch für die Kirche der Ankunftsgemeinde (ad quem), da wo der Migrant wohnt oder nur sich temporär aufhält. Sie bringen auch neue Aufgabefelder für die Strukturen der polnischsprechenden Seelsorge in EU Staaten. Diese neue Herausforderungen erzwingen eine adequate Zusammenarbeit zwischen den obengenannten Krichen, in der eine besondere Rolle der polnsichesprechenden Seelsorge zugeteilt wird. Wenn man die Aufgaben der Kirche in Polen und der lokalen Kirchen in den EU Staaten die polnische Migranten aufnehmen systematisiert sowie die Rolle der polnischsprechenden Zentren der Seelsorge für die frischgekommenen polnischen Migranten betrachtet, eine besondere Zuwendung und Reflexion gehört dem Apostolat für ihre Ehe und Familien. Emigration zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass diejenigen die sich dafür entschieden haben zusammen mit ihren Familien sich in einer Zwischensituation befinden: von ihrem Herkunftsland und dem Ankunftsland in dem sie Dauerhaft oder nur zietlich begrenzt wohnen, zwischen Vegangenheit und Zukunft, zwischen der Heimatgemeinde und der Gemeinschaft des Wohnortes, zwischen der Heimatkultur mit der Muttersprache und der Kultur der Umwelt, die die Ankömmilinge aufnimmt. Diese ersten Wirklichkeiten gibt es nicht mehr und die Zweiten sind sehr ungewiss. So eine Situation muss zweifellos die Ehe und die Familie des Migranten beeinflussen, unabhängig davon in welcher Dimension sie von Migration, Trennung oder Entfremdung betroffen sind. Die seelsorgeriche Betreung für eine Familie die von der Migration betroffen ist konzentriert sich auf die religiöse Berufung der Familie, die als „Hauskirche” ihre adäquate Funktionen erfüllen soll. In der Sorge um die Einheit der Ehe und die Integrität der Migrantenfamilie Seelsoger sowohl a quo und ad quem sollen durch die adäquaten Strukturen der Seelsorge die grundsätze des Eheund Familienleben erinnern sowie diejenigen Maßnahmen unternehmen, um die Gemeinschaft der Familie zu sichern, so dass die Migration in ihrer Komplexität sowohl für die Migranten als auch für ihre Ehen und  amilien immer mehr als eine Chance der Realisierung der individuellen christlichen Berufung wird und der migrant selbst in seiner Ehe und mit seiner Familie schließlig als den Weg der Kirche wahrgenommen wird.

Polskojęzyczne duszpasterstwo emigracyjne wiernych Kościoła rzymsko-katolickiego opiera się na właściwych sobie strukturach. Celem zapewnienie stałej opieki duszpasterskiej w poszczególnych krajach, opiera się ono na współpracy zainteresowanych Konferencji Biskupów, rektorów Polskojęzycznych Misji Katolickich. Współpraca ta aktualizowana jest przez wskazaniami Soboru Watykańskiego II i posoborowe dokumenty Stolicy Apostolskiej. Praca duszpasterska na rzecz polskich emigrantów koordynowana jest przez rektora, który dzisiaj nazywany jest koordynatorem narodowym duszpasterzy języka polskiego. W krajach, w których nie ma rektora polskojęzyczne duszpasterstwo opiera się na strukturach wypracowanych w bilateralnych porozumieniach pomiędzy zainteresowanymi biskupami lub pomiędzy biskupami a wyższymi przełożonymi instytutów życia konsekrowanego.

Das Gelübde des Gehorsams der Personen des konsekrierten Lebens durch das Gelübde oder andere Verpflichtungen als Geschenk des Heiligen Geistes (CIC c. 601) fordert die christologische Basis und das Verstehen in personaler sowie gemeinschaftlicher Dimension in Verbindung mit dem evangelischen Autorität von Oberen  in der Apostolatsperspektive im Dienst des Reichs Gottes. Die Instruktion  der Kongregation für die Institute des konsekrierten Lebens und die Vereine des apostolischen Lebens „Der Dienst der Macht und des Gehorsams, Faciem tuam, Domine, requiram“ vom 11. Mai 2008 bringt eine gute Möglichkeit, um durch das vorgeschlagene Dokument eine Relecture von Kodexnormen des Kodex Iuris Cannonici vom 1983 bezüglich der Ausübung der Macht durch die Oberen in Ordensgemeinschaften und in Vereinen des apostolischen Lebens vorzunehmen. Es ist wichtig anzumerken (das lernt die apostolische Kongregation), dass auch andere Personen abhängig vom Lebensstil von der Instruktion profitieren können. Allen Personen, die berufen sind das Primat Gottes zu bezeugen durch das freiwillige Erleben des in Freude erlebten eigenen „Ja“ hat die Instruktion etwas zu sagen. In diesem Artikel bezieht sich der Autor auf (bezugnehmend auf die Richtlinien des Dokuments) die christologischen Quellen der Macht der Oberen in Ordensinstituten und in Vereinen des apostolischen Lebens und auch auf die Macht der Oberen als eine Ableitung des Gelübdes des Gehorsams. Weiterer wird die Natur der Macht der Oberer beschrieben und die dreifache Funktion dieser Macht um zu zeigen, dass die endgültige Macht der Oberen in dem Ablesen der Wille Gottes bezüglich der anvertrauten Gemeinschaft sowie jedes einzelnen Bruder und Schwester und als potestas regimins anzusehen ist, die sich in Sorge um die Realisierung des Zieles, der aus dem Charisma des Institutes oder des Vereins des apostolischen Lebens ausdrückt.

The Bishops' Conference of England and Wales at the plenary session on 8 May 2014 accepted the newly developed regulations concerning the service of the Polish Canonical Mission rector in the Polish-language pastoral mission in England and Wales. The adopted regulations are placed in two compatible documents. The first is entitled "Structures and procedures the role of national coordinator for the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales", the second is entitled: "Principles for secular pristers and religious working within the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales". On the same date the President of the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales, Cardinal Vincent Gerard Nichols in a separate document confirmed the appointment of Rev. Msgr. Stefan Wylężek to the position of national coordinator/delegate vicar for priests engaged in pastoral work within the Polish Catholic Mission in England and Wales - Rector of the Polish Catholic Mission.In the context of the instruction Pontifical Council regarding Pastoral Care of Migrants and Itinerant People Erga Migrantes Caritas Christi in May 2004 in this paper examines the abovementioned documents
Konferencja Biskupów Anglii i Wali na sesji plenarnej w dniu 8 maja 2014 roku przyjęła opracowane na nowo regulacje dotyczące posługi rektora Polskiej Misji Kanonicznej w duszpasterstwie  polskojęzycznym Anglii i Walii. Przyjęte regulacje umieszczone są w dwóch  kompatybilnych dokumentach. Pierwszy  zatytułowany  jest „Structures and procedur es the role of national coordinator for the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales”. Rola koordynatora krajowego/wikariusza delegata w strukturach Polskiej Misji Katolickiej w Anglii i Walii”, drugi nosi tytuł:  „Principles for secular pristers and religious working within the Polish Catholic Mission In England and Wales” . Z tą samą datą przewodniczący Konferencji Biskupów Anglii i Walii kard. Vincent Gerard Nichols w odrębnym pismem potwierdził powołanie ks. prał. Stefana Wylężka na stanowisko national coordinatory/vicar delegate dla księży prowadzących duszpasterstwo w ramach Polskiej Misji Katolickiej na terenie Anglii i Walii w tradycji duszpasterstwa polskojęzycznego w Anglii i Walii Rektorem Polskiej Misji Katolickiej. W kontekście instrukcja Papieska Rada ds. Duszpasterstwa Migrantów i Podróżujących Erga migrantes caritas Christi z maja 2004 roku  w prezentowanym artykule analizuje wskazane wyżej dokumenty.

On the ground of the Erga Migrantes Caritas Christi 2004 instruction, the situation of refugees and expellees requires not only new analyzes and defining their position in the Universal and diocese Churches, but due to the dynamics of the migration phenomenon it is repeatedly necessary to update the pastoral tasks towards these categories of migrants. Political and social unrest in the first two decades of the twenty-first century was a catalyst for the development of the Apostolic See statement: Adoption of Christ in the refugees and forcibly expelled.
 Na fundamencie instrukcji Erga migrantes caritas Christi z 2004 roku sytuacja uchodźców i wypędzonych wymagała nie tylko nowych analiz i zdefiniowania ich sytuacji w Kościele Powszechnym oraz w Kościołach diecezjalnych, ale ze względu na dynamikę zjawiska migracji wciąż na nowo konieczna jest aktualizacja zadań  duszpasterskich wobec tych kategorii migrantów. Niepokoje polityczne i społeczne w pierwszych dwóch dekadach XXI wieku były swoistym katalizatorem wypracowania przez Stolicę Apostolską instrukcji: Przyjęcie Chrystusa w uchodźcach i przymusowo wypędzonych.

Seit Mai 2004 werden Probleme der Migrantenseelsorge in Europa sowohl im Kontext der Mitgliedschaft Polens in Strukturen der Europaischen Union als auch im Kontext der Sendung und Dispositionen der Instruktion vom Päpstlichen Rat fur die Seelsorge der Migranten und Reisenden Erga migrantes caritas Christi vom Mai 2004 behandelt. Das Migrationsbild wird durch Beweggrunde der Ausreise aus Polen gestaltet. Es können drei Faktoren genannt werden, die langfristig gegenwärtige polnischsprechende Milieus (und dadurch auch polnischsprechende Seelsorge) in Europa gestalten. Zu diesen Faktoren gehoren: der Erwerb von polnischen Bürgern der EU Bürgerschaft, die polnische demographische Situation und die Dynamik der postindustriellen Epoche. Der Grundsatz der Seelsorge fur Polen, die in einem fremden Land leben ist die kirchliche Integration. Durch diesen Grundsatz geleitet versorgen Seelsorger in polnischsprechenden Seelsorgezentren sowohl „alte” Migranten der zweiten und folgenden Generationen als auch diejenigen, die erst nach 2004 sich in den historischen Strom der polnischen Migration eingeschlossen haben. In den gegenwärtigen Problemen der polnischsprechenden Seelsorge soll besonders die Seelsorge der Ehen, Familien und Probleme der „Eurowaisen” behandelt werden. Angesichts sich zeichneten Absenz der Priester, die gern in der Seelsorge für die polnische Diaspora in Europa arbeiten wurden, sollten schon jetzt Leihen für die Einschaltung in die Sorge der Kirche um Polen in der Fremde vorbereiten werden.

Opis:
Die Instruktion des Päpstlichen Rates bezüglich der Seelsorge für Migranten und Reisende Erga migrantes caritas Christi vom 3. Mai 2004 öffnet ein neues Kapitel in der Geschichte der allgemeinkirchlichen Dispositionen und Regulierungen in Bezug auf das Engagement der Kirche für Migrierende. Die ab 1969 verpflichtenden Richtlinien motu proprio vom Papst Paul den VI Pastoralis migratorum cura und Normen der Instruktion der Bischöflichen Kongregation De pastorali migratorum cura fruchteten durch die aus diesen Richtlinien und Normen sich ergebende Erfahrungen in Erga migrantes… in eine neue evangelisierende und missionarische Dynamik. Der theologisch-pastorale Teil im Vorhaben des Päpstlichen Rates wurde in der Instruktionsstruktur integrell mit dem rechtlich-pastoralen Teil verbunden und beide resultieren aus dem konziliären Dekret Chrystus Dominus. Die in der Erga migrantes dargestellten rechtlich-pastoralen Dispositionen haben das Ziel, Imigranten in der Gemeinde am Wohnort eine adäquate seelsorgerische Betreuung zu ermöglichen. Sie sollen ebenso dazu verhelfen, Spannungen zwischen örtlichen territoriellen Gemeinden und Seelsorgezentren für Migranten sowie zwischen dem Pfarrer der örtlichen teritoriellen Gemeinde und dem Kaplan/Missionär der Migranten zu vermeiden oder zu minimalisieren. Zugleich sollen die Dispositionen von einer monoethnischen Seelsorge der örtlichen Gemeinde zu einer Gemeinde von Morgen als einer multikulturellen oder mehrsprachlichen Gemeinde führen.

Opis:
Die neue Situation der Seelsorge für polnischsprechende Menschen in Deutschland, die aus Globalisierungsprozessen resultiert und durch die Europäische Integration bestimmt ist, benötigt sicherlich neue Regulierungen. Diese Aufgabe wurde durch die Konferenz der Deutschen Bischöfe und die Konferenz der Polnischen Bischöfe übernommen. Daraus entstand ein Dokument „Vereinbarung (...) zur Regelung der Seelsorge für polnischsprachige Gläubige in Deutschland”, das sich auf die lange Tradition der polnischen Seelsorge in Deutschland sowie auf die konziliare und nachkonziliare Kirchenlehre beruft und die geltenden Normen der Migrantenseelsorge berücksichtigt. Dieses Dokument wurde am 17. September 2001 durch die Vorsitzenden der beiden Bischofskonferenzen Kard. K. Lehmann und Kard. J. Glemp in Warszaw unterschrieben (K. Purrmann).

The motu proprio Intima Ecclesiae natura of Pope Benedict XVI from 11th November 2012 takes its place in the complete vision of the pastoral care for migrants presented in the instruction Erga migrantes caritas Christi published on 3rd May 2004 by the Pontifical Council for the Pastoral Care ofMigrants and Itinerant People. The document on which the author reflects has its concretisation in the Church's ministry to migrants. In a very special way it rounds out canon 213 of the Code of Canon Law and canon 16 of The Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches, and implicitly extends the institutional ministry of the Church for widely understood charitable assistance embracing all migrants regardless of their denomination or religion.

As we face difficulties in defining marriage in accordance with the intention of the Creator, the author of marriage, St Paul’s letter to the Ephesians 5:21-23 brings the reader closer to an understanding of marriage as a communion of life and love which realizes its divine vocation in the sign of the spousal love of Christ toward His Church. An analysis of Paul's message to the Ephesians allows the author of this article to attempt an understanding of the theological aspects of marriage, pointing to the theological source of the rights and obligations in marriage and presenting marriage as a communion of spouses according to God’s will, mutually bestowing love, and being subject to each other.
