- Digitalisation in the legal system has undergone rapid development in recent decades. Due to far- reaching activities at European and national level and the opportunities created by these, public authorities and in particular the law enforcement bodies work digitally among and with each other. In addition to facilitating the administration of justice, such as file management (electronic file), the creation of electronic access and exit, the possibility of using digital technology in legal procedures and processes, there are numerous information and work portals, regularly created for consumers, but also for the judicial authorities themselves, which bring about major changes.
