Opis:: The article presents the results of the adjustment of the experimental horizontal geodetic network using the classical method and the estimation of strengths in identifying observations with gross error and analyzing the accuracy of the obtained results. The presented analyses were made considering the possibility of their use in implementation networks and measurement and control networks used for monitoring building structures. The paper's subject was a horizontal network established on the Morasko campus (Poznań). While creating it, the practical needs and economics of measurements were taken into account. The obtained results of numerical analyzes confirmed the benefits of using the methods of estimating strengths in the equalization process, which give satisfactory results in the case of outliers.

Opis:: With regard to the municipal spatial policies, the issue of flood protection, and hence the directions of development of flood-endangered land seem rather significant, given the possible social and economic consequences of a wrong decision. Currently, there is no legal obligation, within the statutory activities of flood protection institutions, to implement guidance documents prior to the works on the municipality development. It is determined by the local government in the planning documents, which are in accordance with the applicable regulations, acts of local law. Space management, through planning development and land use or the landscape protection, requires the access to comprehensive and reliable information. GIS technology, 3D models and mathematical models using neural networks in spatial analysis and monitoring changes in space to protect flood risk land, give the possibility of collecting the information that constitutes the basis of knowledge on the area, which helps to make decisions regarding a purpose and a method of the land use. The data obtained in this way are a valuable source of knowledge on the stage of preparation of planning documents that determine the directions of municipal spatial development. Under the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development [spatial planning and development act 2003], these documents are a municipal study of the conditions and directions of the spatial planning and a local zoning plan.

Opis:: This article aims to assess the income situation of households in Poland, considering the level of receipts and income as well as their dynamics and structure. An analysis was also carried out with respect to differences between particular socio-economic groups and between households depending on the number of persons in a household. The Gini coefficient was used for analytical purposes. Moreover, an attempt was made to identify the causes of income diversification. The analysis was carried out based on data derived from household budget surveys conducted by Statistics Poland. The research covered the period from 2000 to 2019 (individual years). The study showed a real increase in the average monthly net receipts and available income in all households. The most favour[1]able financial situation was observed in white-collar workers, self-employed persons and one-person households. The least favourable income situation was found in households of blue[1]collar workers and pensioners and households of six or more persons. However, attention should also be paid to changes taking place in the structure of sources of income generated by household members. There is an increase in income from hired work and social assistance benefits. The highest variations in receipts and available income were observed in households of farmers and those of six or more persons. In contrast, the smallest variations were recorded with respect to households of old-age pensioners and one-person households.
