In this paper, the most important aspects of the implementation strategy of innovation in the enterprise, from the generation strategies through strategic analysis to the implementation of the strategy. Will be presented original model generation strategy by giving meaning to data, information and knowledge. Strategy is presented as the wisdom of the organization, based on systems thinking, trans-disciplinary and interdisciplinary and the use of heuristics. Presented is a model of innovation strategy based on the values and the creative process.
W artykule przedstawione zostaną najważniejsze aspekty strategii wdrażania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwie, począwszy od generacji strategii, przez analizę strategiczną, aż po implementację strategii. Pokazany zostanie autorski model generacji strategii przez nadawania sensu danym, informacji oraz wiedzy. Strategia przedstawiona jest jako mądrość organizacji, opierająca się na myśleniu systemowym, transdyscyplinarnym i interdyscyplinarnym oraz stosowaniu heurystyk. Zaprezentowany zostanie model strategii innowacji opartej na wartościach oraz procesie twórczym.

Introduction and objective. The aim of the article is to present the consequences of traumatic brain injury in children, associated with general cognition and behavioural disorders, mainly of the anti-social type. Materials and method. A total of 20 school-age children took part in the study – 6 girls and 14 boys; average age of the children – 13.35 years (standard deviation SD = 1.95). The research instruments included an analysis of documentation, a structured clinical interview, MMSE and Frontal Behavioral Inventory (FBInv) with an additional set of 5 supplementary questions directed at the detection of anti-social behaviour. Results. The functioning of the children with traumatic brain injury is severely disrupted because of the presence of cognitive impairment; however, dementia was not manifested. In a significant number of the children with traumatic brain injury, not only frontal syndrome was found, but also the occurrence of anti-social behaviour. The most commonly reported behavioural problems were: disorganization, commonly referred to as laziness, hypersensitivity, and anxiety. The most common types of anti-social behaviours were: impulsivity, physical and verbal aggression, as well as outbursts of anger. Conclusions. The children with traumatic brain injury suffer from cognitive disorders and behavioural problems, especially impulsivity, physical and verbal aggression, increased anxiety, and disorganization. The occurrence of frontal syndrome is related to the development of anti-social behaviour.

Opis:
Based on the experimental research the impact of temperature of the source on energetic parameters of a heat pump with an electrically driven compressor such as: thermal rate, power input, rate of the accurateness of real thermodynamic cycle, coefficient of performance. The raise of the source temperature from 3°C to 30°C enables the enhancement of the condenser thermal rate from 9 kW to 15 kW, however, the coefficient of performance relatively increases only by approx. 12%. This is the effect of the indicated drop of the accurateness of the real thermodynamic cycle.
Metodą eksperymentalną określono wpływ temperatury źródła na parametry energetyczne pracy sprężarkowej pompy ciepła, takie jak: zakresy temperatur czynnika, moc grzewcza, moc pobierana, stopień doskonałości obiegu rzeczywistego, współczynnik efektywności grzewczej. Podniesienie temperatury źródła z 3°C do 30°C pozwala zwiększyć moc grzewczą skraplacza z 9 kW do 15 kW, ale współczynnik efektywności wzrasta zaledwie o ok. 12% w skali względnej. Wynika to z wykazanego spadku doskonałości obiegu termodynamicznego.

The antibiotic resistance in many pathogenic bacteria has become a major clinical problem, therefore, the necessity arises to search for new therapeutic strategies. The most promising solution lies in bacteriophages, phage endolysins and antimicrobial peptides. The aim of this study is to review the possibilities for the common use of bacteriophages, phage endolysins and antimicrobial peptides, both in the form of combined therapies and new strategies for the production of peptide drugs. Bacteriophages are viruses that specifically infect and destroy pathogenic bacteria by penetration into bacterial cells, causing metabolism disorders and, consequently, cell lysis. Phage-encoded endolysins are bacteriolytic proteins produced at the end of the phage lytic cycle that destroy elements of bacterial cell wall and enable the release of phage progeny from host cells. Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) constitute an element of the innate immunity of living organisms and are characterized by the activity against a broad spectrum of bacteria. In the literature, there are only a few reports on the direct interaction of bacteriophages, phage endolysins and antimicrobial peptides against pathogenic bacteria. In each of them, a synergistic effect was observed, and Phage-encoded antimicrobial peptides as a specific group of AMPs have were also discussed. Phage-display technique was also reviewed in terms of its applications to produce and deliver biologically active peptides. The literature data also suggest that bacteriophages, phage endolysins and antimicrobial peptides can be used in combined therapy, thus negating many of the limitations resulting from their specificity as a single antimicrobial agent.

W artykule przedstawiono innowacyjny materiał i prostą technologię stosowania gumy ze zużytych opon samochodowych w nawierzchniach asfaltowych z zastosowaniem nowego produktu - granulatu gumowo-asfaltowego "tecRoad". Dotychczas stosowane skuteczne technologie modyfikacji asfaltu gumą metodą na mokro wymagają specjalnych, kosztownych instalacji. Mieszanki z granulatem asfaltowym wykazały dobrą odporność na deformacje w wysokiej temperaturze, dobrą odporność na pękanie w niskiej temperaturze oraz na działanie wody.
The paper presents innovative material and simply technology for application of crumb rubber from tyres in asphalt pavement with use of new product - rubber-bitumen granulate "tecRoad". Effective technology of wed method applied up-to-now requires specific and expensive installations. Mixes with asphalt granulate showed good resistance to deformation at high temperature, good resistance to cracking at low temperature, and to water as well.
