      In today’s world the valuation of the company as a measure of the efficiency of its operations is of great importance for the functioning of the future. Knowledge about how much the company is worth is of fundamental importance at the time of a commercial transaction, as well as the possibility of its business.   Presents the objectives of the valuation of the company and company specific life stages at which such a valuation is required. In the paper the classification of valuation methods used in modern enterprises. On this basis, the methodology of the valuation by the concept of MDI–R (Assets, Income, Intellectual Capital – Market), which measures the effectiveness of a broad spectrum of activities of the company and in accordance with the current characteristics of a goodvaluation seeks to determine the fair value of the company. At the same time an attempt to draw attention to the risks arising from modern methods of business valuation and its challenges in the future.

    Proces globalizacji przez możliwość wymiany i wzrost konkurencyjności spowodował rozwój problematyki zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem w globalnym otoczeniu. W artykule przedstawiono podział i procentową strukturę wykorzystywanych w praktyce życia gospodarczego w Polsce innowacyjnych instrumentów zarządzania ryzykiem walutowym i dokonano porównania z rynkami zagranicznymi (USA i Niemcy). Podjęto próbę zdefiniowania i klasyfikacji innowacji finansowych na rynku walutowym oraz wskazania na szanse i zagrożenia, jakie niosą ze sobą te instrumenty.
    The process of globalization, the opportunity to exchange and increase competitiveness has given rise to problems of business management in a global environment. The article presents the classification and rate structure used in the practice of economic life in Poland and innovative instruments for managing currency risk and compared with foreign markets (U.S. and Germany). An attempt was made to define and classification financial innovation in the currency market and to identify the opportunities and threats posed by these instruments.

Ukazano prawidłowości w zachowaniach konsumentów w wirtualnej przestrzeni, które implikują społeczne i praktyczne zmiany w zarządzaniu organizacjami. Specyfika rynku technologii informacyjnych powoduje szerokie interakcje między zachowaniami konsumentów a działaniami przedsiębiorstw.
    The purpose of this article is to analyze the major socio-economic trends that occur at the interface between consumers and businesses in the virtual space of the European Union countries. Trends driving the development of the virtual space to a large extent, define social and economic development through the modernization of traditional activities. The research methodology is based on statistical analysis, evidence and inference. The article shows the status and prospects of development of electronic commerce through the prism of the new trends in the behavior of consumers and busi-nesses. It shows patterns of consumer behavior in the virtual space, which implies social and practical changes in the management of organizations. The specificity of the information technology mar-ket creates extensive interactions between consumer behavior and actions of companies.

Dlatego w artykule przedstawiono sposoby zabezpieczania informacji wrażliwych w ramach polityk prowadzonych przez państwa UE oraz kierunki rozwoju e-administracji.
    The paper presents a quantitative analysis of the use of e-government services in Poland compared to EU Member States and inhibiting factors affecting the development prospects. The elements limiting the further development of the information society and e-services of public organizations is undoubtedly the security of sensitive information. Therefore, the article explains how to protect sensitive information in the context of policies pursued by the EU and the directions of the development of e-government.

    Monitoring of a financial situation of enterprises is highly significant, what was proved by the latest world financial crisis.     Opis:
    The global crypto marketplace has an impact on the functioning of financial markets and has huge implications for entire economies. The article discusses the functioning of the global cryptocurrency market, and based on the analysis of the history of the most popular cryptocurrency, bitcoin, an attempt was made to determine possible development prospects. The aim of the article is to assess the development of the current crypto marketplace in the world and to present possible development prospects. The foresight method was used to implement the research objective, in particular trend analysis (quantitative data) and discrete event system (qualitative and expert data). This allows us to learn about the regularity of the cryptocurrencies in the sphere of investment management from the investors' point of view and the creation of an appropriate legal framework by the supervisory authorities and ensuring the social security of the financial system.
    Światowy rynek kryptowalut ma wpływ na funkcjonowanie rynków finansowych i powoduje ogromne implikacje dla całych gospodarek. W artykule omawiono funkcjonowanie globalnego rynku kryptowalut, a na podstawie analizy historii najpopularniejszej kryptowaluty – bitcoina, podjęto się próby ustalenia możliwych perspektyw rozwoju. Celem opracowania jest ocena rozwoju obecnego rynku kryptowalut na świecie oraz przedstawienie możliwych perspektyw rozwoju. Aby osiągnąć cel badawczy pracy, wykorzystano metodę foresightu, a szczególnie analizę trendów (dane ilościowe) oraz system zdarzeń dyskretnych (dane jakościowe i eksperckie). Pozwala to na poznanie prawidłowości na rynku kryptowalut w sferze zarządzania inwestycjami z punktu widzenia inwestorów oraz tworzenia odpowiednich ram prawnych przez organy nadzorujące i zapewniające bezpieczeństwo społecznego systemu finansowego.

    The article presents modern trends related to the development of currency risk management methods and the opportunities and benefits associated with their implementation. Risk is a factor that should be considered when conducting business. Because economic decisions should be made in accordance with the economic calculation taking into account the opportunity costs and the effects of internal and external factors. To emphasize the importance of this issue, it is worth noting that currency risk can be the cause of both significant losses and large profits, as evidenced by numerous cases in real economic practice. Actions taken to manage currency risk increase the company's financial security. The article presents the currency risk control system on the example of Polish shipbuilding companies. At the same time, contemporary solutions used in shipbuilding enterprises in Poland were assessed together with an assessment of their effectiveness.
    Artykuł przedstawia nowoczesne trendy związane z rozwojem metod zarządzania ryzykiem walutowym oraz możliwościami i korzyściami związanymi z ich realizacją. Ryzyko jest czynnikiem, który należy wziąć pod uwagę podczas prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. Decyzje gospodarcze powinny być bowiem podejmowane zgodnie z kalkulacją ekonomiczną uwzględniającą koszty alternatywne oraz skutki czynników wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych. Aby podkreślić wagę tej problematyki, warto zauważyć, że ryzyko walutowe może być przyczyną zarówno znacznych strat, jak i wielkich zysków, o czym świadczą liczne przypadki w rzeczywistej praktyce gospodarczej. Działania podejmowane w celu zarządzania ryzykiem walutowym pozwalają na zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa finansowego spółki. W artykule przedstawiono system kontroli ryzyka walutowego na przykładzie polskich firm stoczniowych. Jednocześnie dokonano oceny współczesnych rozwiązań stosowanych w przedsiębiorstwach stoczniowych w Polsce wraz z oceną ich efektywności.
