Opis:
Following the thought of Ricoeur, humanization of health lies between virtue and duty. The first observation is to emphasize the effort. Ricoeur focuses the articulation that the author makes the teleological tradition, embodied especially in Aristotle, with the deontological tradition, with attention mainly Kant. Noting that each tradition has its share of truth, since the moral life is looking good and obedience to rules, Paul Ricoeur seeks to articulate the two traditions: the search for the good life must pass the scrutiny of the rules, that the tradition cultural consecrated. In this articulation, the first set as a criterion of the moral demand of the good, the good life, the life fulfilled life. Meanwhile, Ricoeur gives primacy to the Aristotelian tradition.

E. Lévinas begins by considering that the Other reveals itself as the “distant”, where transcendence is ensured, then, the “philosopher of the Other”, to accept the Other as the next, affirming here transcendence. The Other is the one I meet - face to face - (facie ad faciem). The Other has a similarity with the “Un-valid”, on the way, in the street, (street man) of the parable of the Good Samaritan. It is the one who is helpless (Other) on the street and that the meeting in need, marginalized and treated by brother. According to Lévinas, the Face is the most expressive part of the Other. And it is in the Face that the other manifests as truly Another. It seems evident in the “philosophy of the Other” that it manifests itself in the Face. Who’s the other one? But, according to Levinas, transcendence would not be possible when the Other was initially the similar or the next. The effort of Lévinas that goes beyond considering the other just as the friend or relative. The Other arrives, confronts me with the “flip-flops,” facing me, as if he has all the rights to me, facing me regardless of my will or my adhesion to him. Inevitably, the Other presents me hostile, my friend, my teacher, my student, through my Idea of Infinity. It could be said that the Other (the next) is the man of the street, the man of the road (helpless), who passes, the first that arrives. The next as another, “says Lévinas,” does not allow himself to be preceded by any forerunner who would describe or announce his silhouette. Similarly, in the parable of the Good Samaritan, the Other is the man of the road - half-alive - (Jesus Christ), who was the first to be present because of the robbers (Luke 10:30). The Other is the “half-dead” on the side of the road of life. The Other is the first to appear, which falls into the hands of the robbers. The Other is the first to arrive. According to the parable of the Good Samaritan, the first who arrived, from the way from Jerusalem to Jericho, was the Other (represented symbolically in Jesus Christ).

Many bioethical questions arise in everyday clinical reality and therefore have a strongly practical profile: how can MORALS, ETHICS and MEDICINE be combined and merged? Where does the the- me of this triangle come from? Starting from an introduction to the medical field and on the contri- bution of clinical ethics, I will proceed to analyze purposes, functions and practicality, highlighting how ancient this triage movement is, also determined by significantly social dynamics with respect to moral choices and decisions. On health and illness on an individual, interpersonal and social level. The principles and values are spreading like wildfire in the single realities and in the different practi- cal situations with the common aim of promoting health and directing attention to those who will be able to receive care through appropriate communication and information methods.

As a natural science interested in the study of our home, ecology shows a clear relationship with the need to approach it from the perspective of ethics. The discipline of philosophy in charge of discerning morality in our behavior has much to say about the way we interact and modify the medium. So, the objective of this study is to take a walk through ecology from the perspective of ethics and philosophy, because we speak of science, man and universe. in this way, we will analyze it as a discipline of science with a recent history, as well as its interdisciplinarity. When analyzing it from ethics, and with other authors as a referen- ce, we postulate the need for this ecological ethics, as well as reviewing our responsibility in this milestone. To end with the world of social movements, for we will also review the need for this ecological reason or ecological ethics.

Historian, humanist, physician and philosopher, must be seen and studied in the socio-political context of the time, although his work overcoming temporal barriers, leaving writings of great value to all who are interested in the study of the human person. He was a multidisciplinary scientist and an essayist and member of the Language Academies. Doctor of Medicine and a degree in Chemical Sciences. Doctor honoris causa by several Universities. His essays eventually led him from medicine to anthropology. He has authored many journalistic articles and more than forty essay books. Through the articulation between scientific knowledge and the most innovative impulses of contemporary philosophy, Laín Entralgo was able to keep the tradition of Spanish philosophy alive and prosperous and became a dedicated and vigorous teacher. Entralgo recognizes the intellectual debt he has with Xavier Zubiri, among others, but it is noteworthy that the former was able to autonomously pursue his line of thought.

The Theory of Relativity from Einstein starts from some everyday system of Cartesian space- coordinates plus a linear time-parameter, read from a good old grand-father’s clock. The theory then contemplates a group of certain homogeneous, linear transformations with constant coefficients, transformations which involve all four coordinates and which there is reason to interpret as going over the another inertial systems, that moves with constant translational velocity with respect to the first. In fact the very backbone of the theory is that all laws of nature shall be the same for every frame reached in this way, including the original one from which we started, there should be no difference or distinction in principle between all these inertial frames, any one of which can be reached from any other one by a transformation of that group a so called Lorentz-transformation. In short, all laws of nature are assumed to be invariant to Lorentz-transformation.

Opis:
In this article, I explain the macroscopic aspect of the functions of Nature’s Laws that they are based on actual causality from n-physic structures. However, in the microscopic situation, the Nature’s Laws are statisticals and subjects sentences, that in metric and objective indeterminism of wave-particle duality in fieri are ground. Meanwhile, we propose the philosophical foundations of properties of Nature’s Laws and your epistemological discussion, according to the W. Heisenberg’s principles condition. The uncertainty principle describes limits imposed by nature on the precision of simultaneous measurements of the position and momentum of an object. Mathematically stated, if an object is said to be at a position x within an uncertainty of Δ ; then any simultaneous measurement of the x component of momentum must have an uncertainty Δ x consistent with: Δ x . Δ p x ~ h.

Opis:
In my responsibility that answers for the freedom of the other (helpless), in the astonishing human fraternity in which fraternity according the Good Samaritan, would not by itself explain the respon- sibility between separated beings it calls for. The freedom of the other (destitute) could never begin in my freedom (Samaritan). The responsibility for the other, according Lévinas, cannot have begun in my commitment, the I am here by Samaritan or in my decision. The responsibility for the other (autrui) is the locus in which is situated the nonplace of subjectivity from Samaritan to the Helpeness on the Road. In the Good Samaritan parable there is a very important relationship between the faith, mercy, and hope, according the spklancnophanic convolutions of the Samaritan. This story nnarrated by Jesus Christ is dialectically founded upon these three pillars which define a newe plesiologic aretology and refers a new poietic ethics by the new paradigm of splancnophanic aretology. And Jesus Christ des- cribes the sense of the Helpless at the Roadside (Lc 10, 25–37). In the Health Humanization there is a very significant splacnophanic deliberation because we have a role to the physician and others health technicians in the Rodside by the Helpless, tha is Jesus Christ.
