Opis:
The paper presents an approach to this type of problem. Was submitted the general approach to construct the model and presented selected aspects of the application AIRS enabling decision making support on minimizing taxiing aircraft at take-off and landing operations. Taxiing operations of aircraft on the apron are the binding part of planning and air traffic control phase including the sequencing of arrivals and departures, planning of air traffic in the immediate vicinity of the airport and issues of passenger traffic in the terminals and ground handling of aircraft. The airport is presented as a model which was implemented in the form of a computer application AIRS. Application AIRS is suported to determine the optimal taxiways on schedule. The procedure for decision support in carrying out the operation of aircraft consists of: data on the types of aircraft, data staging aircraft, data about the time of use of the types of aircraft, technical and organizational parameters of the process taxiing, the structure of the apron to the process of taxiing, routing algorithms of landing aircraft, routing algorithms of taking off aircraft, algorithms for taxiing in other cases.

Opis:
Advancing process of transport market deregulation is a phenomenon which can be observed in recent years. At the same time the scope of available abilities of computerized traffic and transport management systems is widening as well as abilities of positioning transport entities and systems of telecommunication connecting transport components and subsystems. The paper presents some elements of SESAR conception and the authors own ideas about future systems of transport entities management (chiefly aircraft) as well as management of the whole transport system (for the most part air transport) in uniform European area in years 2020-2030.
W ostatnich latach obserwujemy postępujący proces deregulacji rynku transportowego. Jednocześnie rozszerza się zakres dostępnych możliwości komputerowych systemów zarządzania ruchem i transportem, systemów pozycjonowania jednostek transportowych, systemów teletransmisyjnych łączących elementy i podsystemy transportowe. W niniejszym opracowaniu zawarte są niektóre elementy koncepcji SESAR i własne przemyślenia autorów na temat przyszłych systemów zarządzania ruchem jednostek transportowych (głównie statków powietrznych) i zarządzania całym systemem transportu (głównie transportu lotniczego) w jednolitej europejskiej przestrzeni w latach 2020-2030.

Opis:
The methodology of modelling flight dynamics of UAV using perceptron artificial neural networks has been presented. The modelling is based on experimental data recorded during flight characteristic and performance tests of UAVs that is a part of a set to give training to anti-aircraft artillery. The artificial neural network structure in quasi-static and dynamic flights have been given. The accuracy indexes also have been given.
W artykule przedstawiono metodologię modelowania dynamiki lotu bezpilotowego statku powietrznego z wykorzystaniem perceptronowych sztucznych sieci neuronowych. Modelowanie oparto na wynikach eksperymentu uzyskanych podczas badań własności lotnych i osiągów bezpilotowego statku powietrznego wchodzącego w zestaw celów powietrznych do szkolenia wojsk OPL. Podano, w zagadnieniu quasi-ustalonym oraz dynamicznym, strukturę sieci neuronowej odwzorowującej własności lotne takiego obiektu oraz wskaźniki oceny dokładności.

The presented paper concerns with the technical object reliability evaluation based on the parametric and momentary failures during the process of object operating. The real world data observation shows that in the case of high quality technical objects the catastrophic failure events are too rare to the credible evaluation of the object’s reliability. For that reason, the parametric and momentary failures are in the centre of attention in this paper. The set of analysed failures was obtained with the classifiers of the field data provided by the monitoring system (the failure alarms) and the diagnostic system (the functional and technical condition parameters deviation). The changes of the functioning condition potential are used to determine the symptoms of momentary failures and the changes in the potential of the technical condition to determine the symptoms of parametric failures (non-total). The assumed reliability characteristics model has the form R(t) = f(_, Rb(t), Rc(t)), (where: Rb(t) and Rc(t) – the estimators of reliability for parametric and momentary failures, symbol ‘_’ denotes catastrophic failures not covered). For the identification of R (t) as an analytical function, the estimators are computed with the field data. The Weibull distribution function due to its flexibility is often used. Such is the case in this paper. Two parameters a and b known as the scale and the shape parameters are estimated with the computerized procedure realizing least-square method. The presented examples show good fit quality even for small set of data.

Opis:
Testing and reasoning are two main closely related diagnostic activities. Diagnostic testing is realized in Newtonian (short) time while diagnostic reasoning - in (long) Bergsonian time. Both sort of time are used to analyze different kinds of problems in diagnostics and reliability of technical objects. Newtonian and Bersonian time differentiation needs some expert knowledge. In this paper, considerations are based on observation that Newtonian time of diagnostic testing is related to object maintenance (adjustment) and Bergsonian time is related to object is reliability. A significant change of the object’s technical condition (signals or parameters of the state) causes changes of its regulation state (quality indicators change) and the characteristics of reliability. As it is required for the operation and reliability to be always appropriate and permanent, the control should be adjusted to functional needs of the object, and the use should be adapted to the current characteristics of reliability. Therefore, change of the settings of the control device (made during the handling of the object) represents the change of technical condition and state of reliability. It is presumed that, during the operation of a technical object, the selection of the control settings for damaged object is impossible. This fact, when predicted, becomes the basis for the prediction of the object reliability.

This work presents a practical and effective method to evaluate the reliability status of an object basing on the observation ofchanges in its functioning (automatics) and its technical condition (diagnostics). It has been observed that changes of the functioning condition potential could serve to determine the symptoms of transient (momentary) damages and the changes in the potential of the technical condition to determine the symptoms of parametric damages (non-total). Such an information, as it turns out, is sufficient to calculate reliability characteristics before dangerous catastrophic damages occur and to calculate reliability characteristics for every single object without having to deal with a numerous set of objects. This paper presents a framework for the reliability characteristics estimation on the experimental data. The framework consists of the set of failures, the experimental data sources, the set of reliability characteristics, the estimation methods, the estimation goodness tests and the expert system supporting estimation and statistical inference processes. The experimental data was obtained with two main theoretical means: control theory and diagnostics. It has been observed that changes of the functioning condition potential could serve to determine the symptoms of transient (momentary) failures and the changes in the potential of the technical condition to determine the symptoms of parametric faults. Such an information is sufficient to calculate reliability characteristics before dangerous catastrophic failures occur and to calculate reliability characteristics for single object without having to deal with a numerous set of objects. The set of reliability characteristics models consists of the analysed failures combination and distribution functions used in the reliability engineering. The set of estimation methods includes analytical and numerical ones. The proposed expert system supporting estimation and statistical inference processes consists of data base (the experimental data), rule base and inferring machine.
