    Pedagogical innovation is a creative change in the didactic and educational activity of the school. Applies to the school’s program, methodology and organization. According to the standards of the current education reform, pedagogical innovation is the responsibility of every school, which should shape students’ innovative, entrepreneurial and creative attitude. The methodology for pedagogical innovation requires creative competence and commitment from teachers. In the case of a pedagogical experiment, cooperation with scientists and the permission of the ministry are additionally required. Innovation is a factor in the development of the school and effective service to the young generation.

    Modern Catholic school is subject of the ordinary teaching of Pope Francis. There are also important inspirations included in official documents. Pope emphasizes the topicality of the Catholic school, especially its role in the integral education of the young. Simultaneously, he calls for the commitment to the new evangelization, to be open to the poor, to dialogue with different cultures, to be faithful to Christian values. Pope Francis teachings also inspire to deepen individuals’ faith, take an integral part in the ecology together with practice of charity. Pope focuses on quality of Catholic school.

    Przedmiotem analizy jest relacja miłości i odpowiedzialności, ujęta w aspekcie aksjologii pedagogicznej. Fundamentem i źródłem obu wartości jest natura osoby ludzkiej. Miłość i odpowiedzialność, różniąc się między sobą, mają wspólne elementy w zakresie przedmiotu oddziaływania (Bóg, człowiek), treści (dobro), są podobne w dynamice rozwoju, stopniowalności i mają dialogiczny charakter. Zarazem występują w określonych zależnościach: ontycznych (miłość nie istnieje bez odpowiedzialności) i rozwojowych (dojrzałość miłości jest wprost proporcjonalna do rozwoju odpowiedzialności). Związki i zależności między obu wartościami implikują konieczność równoczesnego i umiejętnego wychowania do miłości i odpowiedzialności, które w dużym stopniu decydują o integralnym rozwoju wychowanka, jego człowieczeństwa i dojrzałości. Jest to istotne zadanie dla wychowawcy, którego działalność powinna cechować miłość i odpowiedzialność wychowawcza.
    The subject of the analysis is the relationship of love and responsibility in terms of pedagogical axiology. The nature of the human person is the foundation and source of both values. Love and responsibility, while differing from each other, have common elements in terms of their object of action (God, man), their content (the good), they are similar in the dynamics of development, gradualism and have a dialogical character. At the same time, they occur in specific relationships: ontic (love does not exist without responsibility) and developmental (the maturity of love is directly proportional to the development of responsibility). The connections and dependencies between the two values imply the necessity of simultaneous and skilful education to love and responsibility, which to a large extent determine the integral development of the pupil, his humanity and maturity. This is an important task for the educator, whose activity should be characterized by love and educational responsibility.

    Programme basis and organisation of the education process implies the possibility of implementing early school education as an integral one, which is connected with the student’s development in the psychophysical, social and cultural spheres, not excluding the spiritual one. Spirituality understood naturalistically or religiously (in Christian terms) binds such categories as sense (ultimate sense), values (highest, ultimate), moral perfection, and sanctity. The spiritual development of children during early school education is an important phase in their integral development, aimed at personality maturity integrated with spiritual maturity and religious maturity.

    The Polish education system emphasizes the significant role of the teacher in the process of educating children and youth. His subjectivity and autonomy stem from the teacher’s personal nature and, at the same time, from the norms of educational law. Subjectivity determines the duties and rights of the teacher, while autonomy obliges them to creatively develop themselves and their own competences. The teacher’s subjectivity and autonomy are characterized by dynamics, their progression is conditioned by personal improvement and an increase in pedagogical professionalism.

    The Jacobi and Poincaré shape transitions are very promising way to investigate the shape of the nucleus. The presented here quasi-phenomenological approach allows to estimate the experimental conditions which are necessary to observe these phenomena. The static energy minimum gives the spin ranges and the fissility of atomic nuclei soft for the shape transitions and available experimentally. Dynamical effects taken into account through the solving collective Hamiltonian for zero-point vibration estimation, changes the spin rages for the shape transitions. The static deformation of the nucleus constrained by the minimum of energy for given spin has been enhanced to dynamical nuclear shapes permitted by the zero point energy. The large amplitude vibrations around the static deformation gives the ensemble of nuclear shapes possible to be observed.

    Modelling is a crucial step in designing MEMS devices. It is needed to estimate the device performance without its fabrication. Initially, simple calculations are needed to verify the possibility of device production with a given performance and to know the basic parameters necessary to achieve the desired goals. Further, optimization is commonly performed in order to improve the design. Both steps require simulation methods that are very fast and precise enough to reduce time to market. In many cases, classical, precise FEM simulations are not necessary and simple analytical models are used. MEMS devices like accelerometers, commonly uses elements of simple shapes that can be easily described with simple analytical formulas. However, analytical modelling is getting more complicated in case of capacitive transduction. Typically, these devices operate in the range of linear response but nothing can be done to avoid the influence of non-uniform electric field. Due to fringing field, a capacitance is often underestimated when using classical parallel plate formula. Therefore, there is a need for proper fringing field modelling. In this chapter, analytical modelling of fringing field on an example of MEMS accelerometer is presented. Specific structure type known as comb-drive consists of many small capacitors that enhance the impact of fringing field. Accelerometers in all axes are analyzed. Moreover, Z-axis accelerometer induces different electric field distribution due to the use of thinned fingers. Thus, analytical formulas are derived for various conditions. Finally, the model is compared with Coventor MEMS+ and fabricated strictures are measured in order to validate analytical approach.

    The aim of this paper is to bring up modal analysis of MEMS gyroscope operation with COMSOL and Matlab/SIMULINK software. Two different geometries are assumed and simulation results are presented. The other objective of the paper is to present modal analysis results by taking into consideration spring constants and variation in the damping coefficients as an effect of temperature variation.
