Opis:
Magneto-elastic nonlinear non-axisymmetric resonance is investigated for a rotating annular plate in a double-direction magnetic field. According to transverse and longitudinal magneto- -elastic non-axisymmetric vibration equations of the thin annular plate, and considering the influence of the static load term, non-axisymmetric vibration differential equations by combined parametric and forced excitations are obtained through application of the Galerkin method. Then, the method of multiple scales is applied to solve differential vibration equations. By numerical computations, the influence of magnetic induction intensity, inner and outer diameters, excitation and radial forces on transverse and longitudinal resonance characteristics are analyzed.

Opis:
The growth process of cobalt on Ru(0001) was characterized by photoelectron spectroscopy excited by X-ray and synchrotron radiation. The binding energy position and intensity of the Co 2p$\text{}_{3}\text{}_{/}\text{}_{2}$ and Ru 3d$\text{}_{5}\text{}_{/}\text{}_{2}$ core levels as well as the shape and structure of the valence band spectra corresponding to the different stages of the deposition were investigated. An observed small positive binding energy shift is a consequence of an increase in the cobalt adatoms coordination number. The core-level shift between bulk and surface Ru atoms is determined as -360 meV. Upon adsorption of cobalt, the interface peak appears with a shift of -(70÷80) meV relative to the bulk one. On the basis of unchanged energy positions and widths of the Ru-derived features of the valence band spectra, a weak interaction between cobalt and substrate is suggested. The measured valence band could be reproduced by superimposing the spectra of the pure elements.

Opis:
A new T-type connection structure consisting of composite sandwich plates, reinforced cores and adhesive was proposed for the construction of lightweight ships to resolve connection problems between bulkheads and decks of composite lightweight ship superstructures. Based on the design principles and mechanical properties of composite structures, the mechanical behaviour of the structure under a dangerous loading condition was investigated. In addition, the ultimate bearing capacities and damage modes were examined, the results of which demonstrated that the strength of the structure is weak, and that the adhesive and reinforced core between the face plate and the web plate is the primary weakness of the structure. A numerical simulation method was verified using the results of the mechanical tests, and five characteristic paths at the connection area were established. The stresses and displacements along the five paths were calculated using the numerical method. Then, variations in the geometric parameter and the strength and weight of the connection were summarised. The optimal angle of the adhesive bonding area is approximately 60°, which supports the optimal design and practical application of the lightweight ship adhesive-bonded connection structure.

Opis:
An image compression and encryption algorithm by combining the advanced encryption standard (AES) with the hyper-chaotic system is designed, in which Arnold map is employed to eliminate part of the block effect in the image compression process. The original image is compressed with the assistance of a discrete cosine transform and then its transform coefficients are encrypted with the AES algorithm. Besides, the hyper-chaotic system is adopted to introduce the nonlinear processfor image encryption. Numerical simulations and theoretical analyses demonstrate that the proposed image compression and encryption algorithm is of high security and good compression performance.
