    The linguistic confidence rate provides us with information about the level of convergence or divergence between the sociolinguistic consciousness and the performance inside a speech community. This causes the stabilization of the linguistic varieties, when the coincidence occurs, or the linguistic change, in the case of discrepancy. For the analysis of the linguistic confidence, it is necessary to compare the attitude to the linguistic performance. This phenomenon is what this article aims at: To show and to analyze the correlation between the journalists' sociolinguistic attitude and the performance during the daily local broadcasting in Almeria (Spain).

    En el marco de las variedades del español de América se ha ido construyendo una variedad lingüística de uso común en los medios de comunicación, en las producciones audiovisuales con vocación internacional y en los doblajes realizados en Latinoamérica, conocida popularmente como español latino. Este artículo tiene como propósito analizar el concepto de español neutro — español latino, su papel como variedad estándar hispanoamericana y sus ámbitos de uso, junto con sus características lingüísticas.
    Within the framework of the varieties of the Spanish language in America, there has been built a linguistic variety, popularly known as Latin Spanish, commonly used in the international media, audiovisual productions and in the dubs made in Latin America. This article aims to analyse the concept of neutral or Latin Spanish (español neutro and español latino), its role as a standard Spanish-American variety, its fields of use, as well as its linguistic characteristics.
    W ramach odmian języka hiszpańskiego w Ameryce powstała pewna odmiana językowa powszechnie używana w mediach, w produkcjach audiowizualnych o międzynarodowym zasięgu i dubbingach w Ameryce Łacińskiej, popularnie zwana językiem hiszpańskim latino (español latino). Celem tego artykułu jest analiza koncepcji hiszpańskiego neutralnego (español neutro) oraz latynohiszpańskiego (español latino), jego roli jako standardowej odmiany języka hiszpańskiego i obszarów wykorzystania, a także jego charakterystyka językoznawcza.

    Within the sports language, the lexical level is composed of slang, specialized terminology and figurative lexicon. This work analyzes the lexical-semantic characteristics of the football language in a corpus of news chronicles of Real Madrid football matches, published on the web site marca.com. We focus on the fundamental lexicon of these chronicles, as well as on the core concepts of them, their designations and the means of meaning.

    The technique for collecting available lexicon is based on surveys of open lists in which for two minutes informants recorded all the words that come to mind in relation to each center of interest, up to a total of 16 thematic stimuli. These stimuli were defined by Gougenheim et al. (1964) as the most universally representative semantic sectors. However, those centers of interest 'are disparate semantic categories: its ontogeny, their internal organization, nor its reach are the same' (Hernández Muñoz, 2006: 134). This article characterizes the centers of interest of the available lexicon tests and examines the taxonomies of the centers of interest proposed by different authors. Finally, it analyzes the organization of the lexical repertoires of Spanish as a Foreign Language, produced by a sample of 120 students from 3rd year in bilingual high school with Spanish in Warsaw (XXXIV Liceum), Kraków (VI Liceum) and Łódz (XXXII Liceum). Analysis gives attention to the type of partnerships that are prevalent in the bosom of the lexical sets, as well as describes in detail significant relationships that occur among the most frequent words.

    D. Tannen (1990) defines women's cooperative discourse versus men's egocentric discourse. Relating to the use of verbs, both kinds of discourse are characterized by a different use of the persons of conjugation, a lexically and semantically different selection of verbs and also diverse syntactic use of verbs. In this article, I show how both kinds of discourses appear in the broadcasting media, focusing on the use of verbs.
