W artykule podjęto rozwiązania nad możliwościami zwiększenia ilości energii wyprodukowane w systemie fotowoltaicznym przy zmianie wybranych parametrów. Przedstawione zostały podstawowe konfiguracje systemów fotowoltaicznych autonomicznych i połączonych z siecią energoelektryczną. Omówiono poszczególne elementy składowe systemu i ich wpływ na ilość pozyskanej energii elektrycznej. Skupiono się nad możliwościami poprawienia efektywności samego generatora fotowoltaicznego, jako elementu o najniższej sprawności poprzez ingerencji w jego konstrukcję i zmianę parametrów pracy.
In the article there is consideration of increasing the amount of energy generated from photovoltaic system when changing parameters. The basic configurations of stand-alone and grid-connect photovoltaic systems were described. There was shown the various system components and their influence on the amount of electrical energy. It focuses on the possibilities of improve the efficiency of the PV generator as a part of the system with lowest efficiency factor. It can be possible with interfering on its structure and changing work parameters.

Opis:
W artykule została przedstawiona koncepcja oraz gotowe rozwiązanie do opracowywania elektronicznych dokumentów programu kształcenia dla polskiego szkolnictwa wyższego. Celem tego przedsięwzięcia jest ułatwienie w sposobie tworzenia odpowiednich dokumentów, aby większość z nich mogła być generowana automatycznie. W artykule zaproponowano aby podstawowy dokument jakim jest karta przedmiotu (syllabus), była zapisywana w formacie rozszerzalnego języka znaczników XML (ang. Extensible Markup Language). Zapis taki pozwala na wyszczególnienie wszystkich pól dokumentu, które w sposób jednoznaczny można identyfikować. Zbiór syllabusów zapisanych w formie języka XML stanowi więc główną bazę danych, na podstawie której tworzy się pozostałe dokumenty. Podstawowym dokumentem generowanym automatycznie jest syllabus w formacie RTF (ang. Rich Text Format), odczytywalnym przez aplikację komputerową „Word”. Pozostałe dokumenty tworzone są przy pomocy aplikacji „Excel” w formie tabelarycznej. Główną zaletą takiego rozwiązania jest łatwość sporządzania wydruków za pomocą ogólnie dostępnych aplikacji oraz możliwość edycji treści nowopowstałych dokumentów.
This article presents the concept and ready-made solution for the development of electronic documents education program for Polish higher education. The aim of this project is to facilitate in the way of creating the relevant documents to most of them could be generated automatically. The article proposes that the basic document which is the card subject (syllabus), was recorded in the format extensible markup language XML. This provision allows to list all the fields of the document, which clearly can be identified. Syllabus collection stored in the form of XML is a central database, based on which forms the remaining documents. The main document which is generated automatically is the syllabus in RTF format, readable by a computer application, "Word." Other documents are creating by using the application "Excel" in tabular form. The main advantage is ease to print using commercially available applications and the ability to edit the contents of the newly created documents.

The paper presents the method of determining the management difficulty index for forest ranges of the State Forests To assess the management difficulty level, a set of 16 sub−indices was developed characterizing terrain obstacles, the structure of and threat to forest resources, as well as the extent of management tasks. The annual work time structure of range forest managers was a basis for the point rating of individual sub−indices. The usefulness of the method was proven in the management practice of the State Forests.

Opis:
The article presents the results of the research on the remuneration and promotion system in the State Forests in Poland. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey and utilises answers from 414 managers of forest districts and 105 representatives of all regional directorates of the State Forests. The respondents critically evaluated the current remuneration system, especially in the aspect of vocational promotion. negatively criticising the procedure and results of competitions for managerial positions. The paper also proposes the method for determining the amount of function allowance (according to difficulty level) for basic managerial positions. The results can be used for reviewing the employment policy in the State Forests.

The article presents the results of research concerning directions of improvement of human resource management in the State Forests, in terms of rationalization of non−manual employment. The research was conducted in the second half of 2009 using the questionnaire survey method. 414 forest district managers and 105 representatives from a group of directors, department heads and chief specialists from all the Regional Directorates of the State Forests in the country participated in the survey. Respondents emphasized the need to rationalize employment in the State Forests and expressed their opinions on the possibilities, scope and method of reducing staffing levels. The subject matter is shown against the background of employment changes taking place in forestry in the European countries. The results can be used for adjusting the human resource policy in the State Forests.

The article presents a method to standardize the administrative costs of forest districts using the management difficulty level index (STG). The scope of the study included the development of a revised structure of the STG for forest districts, comparison of the substantive and statistical factors that shape the level of administrative costs being incurred by forest districts with partial indicators that form the STG index, the development of the methods for determining the standard administrative costs of forest districts using the STG, and the selection of a method to be applied in the financial and economic practice of the State Forests. The source data for the administrative costs incurred by forest districts, as well as the data on the natural−forest conditions and annual economic tasks of the forest districts were obtained from the State Forests Information System databases for all the forests districts in Poland and from the Bureau for Forest Management and Geodesy. Information about the social environment of the forest districts was obtained from the Local Data Bank of the Central Statistical Office in Poland. In the methodological assumptions concerning the development of a method for shaping the level of administrative costs of the forest districts, two variants were adopted. The structuring of the STG for forest districts, as a tool to standardize administrative costs of forest districts, adopts the 'sum of relative values' method, where relative values of individual partial indicators (six simple and five complex ones) are obtained by dividing the absolute values of a specific indicator by the maximum value of this indicator for the whole population The obtained results of calculating the level of standard administrative costs of forest districts in two variants were similar. For the sake of clarity, simple mathematical formulas, and the ease of use by organizational units of the State Forests, the administrative cost standardization method based on the calculated average value of 1 item of the STG for forest districts per a given administrative cost group in the State Forests was used to build a makeshift of the State Forests plan for 2014−2016.
