    The paper presents an innovative method of data processing from the measurement device – Ballbar QC20W. It was created with a program for data transformation (Visual Basic.NET) and it used Fourier transformation. The paper deals with the measuring method of CNC machine tools using Ballbar QC20W. There is an influence between qualitative parameters of machine tools and qualitative parameters of products (tolerances, roughness, etc.). It is very important to hold the stability of qualitative parameters of products as a key factor of production quality. Therefore, is also important to evaluate the accuracy of machine tools and make prediction of possible accuracy.

    Opis:
    There is an influence between qualitative parameters of machine tools and qualitative parameters of products (tolerances, roughness, etc.). It is very important to hold the stability of qualitative parameters of products as a key factor of production quality. Therefore is also importance to evaluate the accuracy of machine tools and make prediction of possible inaccuracy. The paper deals with aspects of qualitative parameters of machine tools and their influencing on product quality. Several methods of measurement of accuracy of machine tools and monitoring methods will be presented.
    Występuje wyraźny związek między parametrami jakościowymi obrabiarek i parametrów jakościowymi produktów (tolerancja, chropowatość, itp.). W związku z tym bardzo ważne jest, aby trzymać stabilność wskaźników jakościowych produktów, będącej kluczem do jakości produkcji. Wynika z tego, że równie ważna jest ocena dokładności obrabiarek i narzędzi oraz możliwość prognozowania możliwości wystąpienia niedokładności. W artykule omówiono aspekty parametrów jakościowych obrabiarek i ich wpływ na jakość produktów, a także przedstawiono kilka metod pomiaru dokładności obrabiarek oraz metod monitorowania.

    In this paper the results of measurement uncertainty tests conducted with a Heidenhain TS 649 probe on CNC machine tools are presented. In addition, identification and analysis of random and systematic errors of measurement were presented. Analyses were performed on the basis of measurements taken on two different CNC machine tools with Heidenhain control system. The evaluated errors were discussed and compensation procedures were proposed. The obtained results were described in tables and figures.

    Analytical Intelligence is a set of methods and tools for acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information.     This paper presents the evaluation of the influence of the feedmotion speed on the value of selected geometric errors of CNC lathe CTX 310 eco by DMG, indentified by QC 20 Ballbar system. Diagnostically evaluated were: the deviation of the axis squareness, reversal spike, and backlash. These errors determine the forming of the dimensional and shape accuracy of a machine tool. The article discusses the process of the CNC diagnostic test, the diagnostic evaluation and formulates guidelines on further CNC operation. The results of measurements were presented in tables and diagrams.

    W pracy przedstawiono problematykę związaną z obróbką skrawaniem wybranych materiałów kompozytowych, powszechnie wykorzystywanych w przemyśle lotniczym. Przedmiotem badań były kompozyty polimerowe wzmacniane włóknem ciągłym (włóknami szklanymi, włóknami węglowymi, włóknami aramidowymi). Dokonano oceny stanu powierzchni bocznych obrabianych) próbek kompozytowych po obróbce frezarskiej. Przeprowadzono pomiary amplitudowych i długościowych parametrów chropowatości powierzchni. Dodatkowo analizowano stan krawędzi (górnych i dolnych) obrabianych próbek oraz obszar delaminacji. Wyniki badań przedstawiono w postaci wykresów i zobrazowań wizyjnych.
    This paper presents selected problems of composite materials cutting, commonly used in the aerospace industry. In this paper were studied polymer composites reinforced with continuous fibers (glass fibers, carbon fibers, aramid fibers). In this paper an evaluation of surface roughness after milling is presented. Results of tests are presented in graphs and imagines.

Powstała z myślą o młodych adeptach nauki i przybliża co prawda podstawowe ale niezwykle istotne - innowacyjne rozwiązania konstrukcyjne obrabiarek CNC.
    This paper presents some construction solutions of modern numerical controlled CNC machine tools. The paper presented the stream of development trends in innovation construction of CNC machine tools, its functionality and rich kinematic possibilities. This paper is based on the fair and presented at the meeting for study design companies solutions. Includes discussion of selected synthetic functional groups of CNC machine tools, their main characteristics, disadvantages and advantages. This paper was created for young adepts of science, and indeed brings the basic but extremely important - innovative design of CNC machine tools.

    Maintaining machinery in conditions capable of production requires certain level of maintenance which should be planned in order to avoid unnecessary downtiqmes. Technical diagnostics and monitoring provides data necessary for effective targeting, planning, and optimizing maintenance actions. This article describes a proposal of a system designed for monitoring various parameters on educational machine tools of EMCO Concept series, which are widely used at schools and universities and therefore, relatively easily accessible for research without any issues regarding confidentiality, common in industrial applications. The article describes a situation for which the device was designed, measured parameters, sensors its implementation and testing.
