    Opis:
    Seminary of the Latin rite in Przemyśl was erected in 1687 and entrusted to the Missionaries of St. Vincent de Paul, who led the formation and education of seminarians. Canon law was taught in the context of moral theology. After the dissolution of the seminar the students were educated in the General Semi-nary in Lviv. Re-opening of the seminar already under the care of diocesan priests took place in 1819. Since then the teaching of canon law were separate and the basic subject-oriented practice. Lectures commissioned educated and ambitious canonists, which subsequently presented in the article.

    Opis:
    The theme of the article is the “presence” of pilgrimages in the documents and the liturgy of the Church. To explore this issue, the missals were examined and it has been found that there is no form of piety in them. We therefore focused on the rite of the liturgy for special groups. There was a review of other documents of the Church: The Catechism of the Catholic Church, exhortations and apostolic letters. According to them, the choice of the Eucharist or other church services depends on the priest. The rituals of these services are presented in the Directory on Popular Piety and the Liturgy, the Book of Blessings adapted to the customs of the Polish dioceses, in the Family ritual and Liturgical agendas. The devotions proposed by agendas were compared by taking into account local customs and special circumstances of pilgrimages. The reference was made to the laws, practical guidelines and advice for pilgrims, provided by the rectors of sanctuaries, and even the Holy See. It has been concluded that all the gathered material concerning pilgrimages in the documents and the liturgy of the Church is skimpy and insufficient.

    Opis:
    The article shows a scientific approach which is rarely discussed. A legal and canonical analysis concerns a form of the proclamation of the Word of God which occurs during a retreat exercise. The article discusses etymology and a definition of retreat; retreat norms of universal law of the Church and the law of the particular Churches are invoked. The subject and content of the retreat are presented, their division (open, semi-open and closed) is made and then a possibility of practising retreat on the Internet is shown.
    Opracowanie stanowi przyczynek do naukowego ujęcia rzadko poruszanego zagadnienia. Analizie prawnokanonicznej poddano nadzwyczajną formę głoszenia Słowa Bożego, jaka ma miejsce w czasie ćwiczeń rekolekcyjnych. Omówiono etymologię i definicję rekolekcji, przywołano rekolekcyjne normy prawa powszechnego Kościoła i prawa Kościołów partykularnych, zaprezentowano podmiot oraz treść rekolekcji, dokonano ich podziału (otwarte, półotwarte i zamknięte), a następnie ukazano możliwości praktykowania rekolekcji w Internecie.
