Artykuł prezentuje także podstawowe warunki techniczne, jakie muszą być spełnione i ustalone w Republice Słowackiej aby w miastach i lokalnych regionach wzrosła liczba zintegrowanych systemów transportowych.
    The paper deals with current state of integrated transport systems in the Slovak Republic (SR). There is an analysis of legislative framework of transport system (ITS), description of ITS attributes, advantages and disadvantages of ITS operating in SR in the paper. The paper also points out underlying technical conditions necessary for existence of ITS, which should be established in SR in order to increase the number of ITS projects in cities and regions in SR.

    Opis:
    The paper describes the choice of target segment to which the company will focus in the international environment in the future. The selection criteria of rational reasons are used in certain sequences, so the entire targeting process can be divided into several levels. An important instrument by foreign target market selection is the method of selectivity analysis that is described in this paper based on the modification of the selectivity analysis by Šupín, M. This method evaluates companies based on selected criteria = evaluation criteria. The result of method isan evaluation of foreign markets under consideration as potential markets in which the company wants to enter, and then the selection of best value market. The value of each market is created as a multiplication of an importance which is attached by the evaluator to particular criteria and performance (rate of impletion of the criteria by the market). The selectivity analysis is performed on several levels, in each level other group of evaluation criteria is used and each level, respectively an evaluation level represents another step towards a real appropriate foreign market from those chosen by the company as potential target markets at the beginning. Condition of selectivity analysis performance is: - to determine the segment of foreign markets after the previous segmentation based on particular segmentation criteria, - to determine the set of evaluation criteria. The selection process can be divided according to the degree of accuracy for gross and fine selectivity analysis.

In the first part, it describes the current state of transport services financing in the Slovak Republic and risk analysis, which is related to conclusion of the service contract in the transport services ensuring. The rest of the paper defines the impact of services contracts of ensuring the transport services on performance contracting entity requirement.
    Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit dem Problem der Auswirkungen von der Auswahl der Vertragsarten der Sicherstellung der Verkehrsleistungen auf die Ansprüche der Leistungbesteller. Der erste Teil beschreibt den aktuellen Stand der Transportdienstleistungen Finanzierungen in der Slowakischen Republik und die Risikoanalyse, die im Zusammenhang mit Abschluß des Dienstleistungsvertrags in der Sicherstellung der Verkehrsleistungen ist. Der Rest des Betrags definiert die Auswirkungen der Vertragen der Sicherstellung der Verkehrsleistungen auf die Ansprüche der Leistungbesteller.

W pierwszej części, opisany został obecny stan usług transportowych finansowanych na Słowacji i analizy ryzyka, które jest powiązane z zamówieniami usług transportowych i wnioski z umowy o świadczeniu usług w ubezpieczeniu usług transportowych. Reszta artykułu definiuje wpływ metody zamówień usług transportowych na wymagania finansowe umowy o wydajności podmiotu.
