    The article describes the Polish Armed Forces after 1989, and the restructuring and modernization process, as well as cooperation with NATO. The Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland is presented as a basic element of the state defense system, guaranteeing state defense, counteracting aggression within the framework of allied obligations, protecting the independence of the state and indivisibility of its territory, and ensuring the security and inviolability of its borders. In addition, the Polish military participates in the process of stabilizing the international situation, as well as in crisis response operations, humanitarian missions and the promotion of internal security. The aim of the study is to try to identify the security system of Poland - Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, and the changes taking place after 1989.

    Consider and reflect on the topic of broadly understood food safety. This is an issue that is currently arousing wide public interest, is more and more often discussed in the media and on discussion forums of many scientific organizations. This work aims to indicate what standards of international, European and national law regulate issues related to food safety. It is also to bring closer the procedures, instruments and systems to guarantee the preservation of the quality and safety of food products. In addition to the opportunities shown to increase the level of security, it also indicates food hazards and problems. It presents organs and institutions controlling compliance with food laws and supervising product safety systems. The structure of work based on the analysis of literature serves this purpose.

    The concerns related with functioning of the companies providing the security services in Poland is presented in this papers in broad extent. Such companies are called Professional Armed Security Formations (SUFO) (pol. Specjalistyczne Uzbrojone Formacje Ochroniarskie (SUFO)). This article gives insight into basic terms, as well as into the role and tasks of companies handling with provision of security services. The article also presents the forms of cooperation with selected services, such as: Police, State Fire Service and other similarly important ones, statutorily enacted for the performance of functions related with internal security.

    The article presents Legal regulations and administration of food safety affects the whole chain of correlated participants of the food market, which are producers of agricultural raw materials and food, processors, distributors, legal regulations bodies as well as government institutions that enforce and control the law enforcement and the final link in the chain of consumers. Food security is inextricably linked to legal obligations related to their provision. The manner and form of implementation is inscribed in the political sphere of countries, depends on their political system, legal solutions, as well as geographical conditions and climate. The right to safe food is inscribed in human rights, life, human dignity and food. The foreign literature analysis was used to implement the above objectives.
