Opis:: The project will be tested State Uruguay. The country is characterized by political stability, economic attractiveness of tax-free zones for investors, and also has a good infrastructure, communication network, as well as one of the best education systems in their continent. The aim of the study is to verify whether the selected factors affect the volume of consumption (per unit) in Uruguay. Selected factors are investment (per capita), imports (per capita), exports (per capita), government spending (per capita) and the level of consumer prices. Individual data are annual data, and analysis period in the years 1950-2009. Audit of Granger causality indicates that the inclusion of the individual regression equations delayed variables can better explain and predict the evolution of the size of consumption in Uruguay.

Opis:: W artykule podjęto próbę przedstawienia problemu dyskryminacji kobiet w aspekcie społeczno-ekonomicznym, uwzględniając poglądy J.S. Milla oraz G.S. Beckera. Praca Milla pt. Poddaństwo kobiet, zaliczana jest do kanonu myśli feministycznej, a Ekonomiczna teoria zachowań ludzkich autorstwa G.S. Beckera pokazuje, że na gospodarkę rynkową wpływ mają różne czynniki, które niekoniecznie są bezpośrednio z ekonomią powiązane. Obaj naukowcy, których poglądy zostały przedstawione w niniejszym artykule, są zdania, że kobiety są ofiarami dyskryminacji. Zarówno J.S. Mill, jak i G.S. Becker uważają, że gorsze traktowanie kobiet negatywnie wpływa na gospodarkę. Zdaniem tych wybitnych i zasłużonych ekonomistów każdy człowiek powinien mieć takie same prawa społeczne, ekonomiczne i polityczne

Opis:: The first step, allowing women to actively participate in political life was to give them the right to vote. The first country, which was made New Zealand at the end of the nineteenth century. Thus, no matter sex. Anyone who has acquired the right to vote can take an active part in political life. The study cited examples of women in the political arena confirm that the role of head of state in Europe has only six women. This is clear evidence that women may have limited access to important political positions. One of the reasons for this situation is the fact that society continues to believe that the woman the position of head of state is not the right person. Another important reason for the lack of women in politics are stereotypes, which are unfortunately very firmly rooted in the thinking of society.
