    Opis:
    The article presents Wincenty Stys's programme of reorganization of the agricultural system, which aimed at increasing agricultural productivity and elimination of income inequality in rural areas. The author describes activities proposed by Stys, which aimed at repairing the agricultural system based on increasing the rural population's share in property and the generated income. The article depicts Stys's belief in the importance of the development of cooperatives, which would help to introduce technological progress in agriculture. It also highlights Stys's role in the process of development and occupancy of Western Lands and indicates that, besides developing new political systems for agriculture, he also took part in the organisation of the first Polish cooperatives of settlements around Wrocław.

    Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie głównych założeń doktryny Murraya N. Rothbarda, w tym zwłaszcza jego poglądów na rolę państwa w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym. Wskazano, że Rothbard był krytykiem wszelkich form interwencji i stworzył własną wizję społeczeństwa bezpaństwowego. Popierał anarchokapitalizm, który oznaczał zastąpienie państwa konkurencją rynkową. W artykule przedstawiono postulat Rothbarda, dotyczący przejęcia przez prywatne firmy zadań rządu w dziedzinie ochrony mienia i sądownictwa. Dowiedziono, że centralnym punktem swojej teorii uczynił prawo własności, które wyniósł do poziomu wartości absolutnej. Przyjął, że wolność jest pochodną prawa własności i ma uniwersalny charakter. Sformułował aksjomat nieagresji, który wykluczał jakiekolwiek działania przeciwko własności, a użycie siły dopuszczał tylko w celu obrony przed atakiem. W ostatniej części artykułu dokonano analizy rozważań Rothbarda na temat państwa opiekuńczego i systemu pomocy społecznej, który uzależnia i demoralizuje ludzi. Wykazano, że zamiast rządowego systemu opieki społecznej proponował organizację programów wzajemnej pomocy.
    The objective of the paper is to present the major premises of Murray N. Rothbard’s doctrine, including his views on the role of the state in social and economic life. It was shown that Rothbard was a critic of all forms of intervention and created his own vision of a stateless society. He was a supporter of anarcho-capitalism, which involved replacing the state with market competition. The paper presents Rothbard’s postulate regarding the takeover of government tasks in the area of property protection and judiciary by private companies. It shows that property law became the central point of his theory and was raised to the level of an absolute value. He assumed that freedom is a derivative of property law and is by nature universal. He formulated an axiom on non-aggression, which excludes any action against property, and the use of force is only allowed to protect yourself against attack. The last part of the article features an analysis of Rothbard’s discussion on the welfare state and the system of social support, which renders people addicted and demoralized. It was proved that instead of a government system of social support Rothbard proposed organizing mutual support programs.

    Etap projektowania odgrywa znaczącą rolę w wytwarzaniu oprogramowania. Wykonanie modeli szkieletowych pomaga zrozumieć specyfikację oraz wymagania produktu. Narzędzia przeznaczone do projektowania, jak również każde inne, powinno skupiać się na doświadczeniach użytkownika, czyli User Experience. Celem publikacji jest porównanie narzędzi do szkicowania interfejsów z uwzględnieniem User Experience. Głównym kryterium oceny narzędzi było badanie polegające na pomiarze czasu oraz przebytej drogi myszy komputerowej podczas wykonania zadanego szkicu aplikacji w 8 wybranych narzędziach. Następnie badani oceniali możliwości oraz doświadczenia wynikające z pracy w danym narzędziu. Uzupełnieniem była ocena kryteriów technicznych. Ostatecznie wyłoniono narzędzia najlepsze oraz najgorsze według podgrup badawczych. Udowodniono, że poziom wykształcenia wpływa na ocenę narzędzi do projektowania szkiców interfejsów.
    The design stage plays a significant role in software development. Making skeleton models helps to understand the specification and requirements of the product. Design tools, as well as any other tools, should focus on User Experience. The aim of the publication is to compare tools for sketching interfaces taking into account User Experience. The main criterion for the evaluation of the tools was a test consisting in measuring the time and distance of a computer mouse during the execution of a given application sketch in 8 selected tools. Then, the respondents assessed the possibilities and experiences resulting from working in a given tool. This was supplemented by the assessment of the technical criteria. Ultimately, the best and the worst tools were selected according to the research subgroups. The level of education has been proven to influence the evaluation of interface sketch design tools.

    Opis:
    Maintaining continuity of use is extremely important in the modern world and in particular in the armed forces. Analysis of the system exploitation course allows obtaining information about the time in which the system was in a state of total or partial capability or in a state of inability to use. Based on information about the amount of time spent in a given state, user of the system or device can plan the operation of the device in the context of the future. On the basis of operating data, operational readiness can also be calculated, which information can be found in the article. The fallowing paper presents the possibilities and conditions of forming operating readiness for full and partial capability states of a ZSŁ (Integrated Communications Systems) with its selected components current serviced at AFIT (Air Force Institute of Technology). A probabilistic approach to the analysis of the issues associated with the determination and prediction of reliability and capability of integrated communications systems was discussed, with the use of the theory of operating states and Markov chains. The assumptions to the adopted method of modelling operating states for electronically integrated ZSŁ type communications systems were presented. Conditions for the determination of operational readiness and the possibility of forming it on the basis of an IT system were presented based on the obtained results of analytical studies. The article also presents the test stand for the integrated communication system. Information on capability of individual system components is also included, an example is based on the SK1 communication server. It's presented graph of transitions between it's individual partial capability states. The server can be in five operating states. By modelling individual components of the system in this way, you can estimate how the system will behave during operation. At the end of the article there is information about the actual and estimated operational readiness of the system.

    The Overall Assessment of the Speaker’s Experience of Stuttering (OaSES; yaruss & Quesal, 2006; 2016) is a comprehensive evaluation tool designed to support holistic, evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making for children, teenagers, and adults who stutter. The OASES is based on the World Health Organization’s International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (WHO, 2001) as adapted to stuttering by Yaruss and Quesal (2004; see also Tichenor & Yaruss, 2019). It enables diagnosticians to gather information about the totality of the stuttering experience, including its social, emotional, and cognitive aspects. It also allows a deep exploration of the quality of life of an individual who stutters. This paper presents the study results for the Polish version of the OASES-S (for school-age children, ages 7 to 12). The general purpose of the study was to develop the Polish translation of the OASES-S and then to evaluate the validity and reliability of that translation. The OASES-S-PL was evaluated based on a sample of 55 Polish-speaking school-age children who stutter. The study findings show that OASES-S-PL can be considered a high validity test. Given the limited number of evidence-based and standardized Polish diagnostic tools, the OASES-S-PL has important therapeutic implications for the treatment of stuttering in the population of polish children.
