Opis:: Dependability and safety assurance is an essential part of the programme providing technical object quality. Because product improvement should become a continual effort of manufacturers, this aspect should not be dealt with only on the grounds of necessary certification procedures given by standards. Within the scope of technical systems there is introduced the programme RAMS which, in an integrated way, covers the area of dependability and safety during the whole life cycle. More sensitive objects in terms of safety are the ones where tens and hundreds of users meet, not just single ones. Railway transport is regarded as one of such areas, which has gone through a dynamic development recently. The article covers initial steps in the programme RAMS, which are carried out in relation to the rail applications safety.
Zapewnienie niezawodności i bezpieczeństwa jest zasadniczą częścią oprogramowania służącego do projektowania. Polepszanie tych parametrów powinno być stale na uwadze producentów w wyniku dynamicznego rozwoju produktów. Problematyka ta powinna rozpatrywana nie tylko ze względu na potrzeby spełniania określonych norm, standardów lub certyfikacji procedur. W obszarze systemów technicznych z powodzeniem funkcjonuje oprogramowanie typu RAMS, które w zintegrowany sposób pokrywa zapotrzebowanie na obliczenia niezawodności i bezpieczeństwa w ciągu cyklu życia tych systemów. W kontekście bezpieczeństwa bardziej wrażliwe obiekty to te, z których korzysta codziennie tysiące użytkowników. Transport kolejowy jest jednym z takich systemów, który równocześnie podlega dynamicznemu rozwojowi. Ten artykuł przedstawia podstawowe kroki postępowania w modelowaniu bezpieczeństwa w ruchu kolejowym z zastosowaniem aplikacji typu RAMS.

Opis:: As we deal with risk in many aspects and in different phases of the technical object's life cycle, we should choose and apply proper methods for risk assessment. Some of the methods are common and typical, and some of them are rarely used. The paper presents a general overview of the methods and techniques, which are to be of use in the risk assessment, namely, in the risk analysis. Obviously, we have to take into account such methods applicable for risk reconnaissance as well as the risk treatment. Nevertheless, the methods of risk analysis are the most frequently used and not very well known at the same time. Due to limited space, the paper offers only a general overview and not very deep and comprehensive information.
Aby prawidłowo zarządzać ryzykiem w różnych aspektach i w różnych fazach życia obiektu technicznego, należy wybrać i zastosować właściwe metody oceny ryzyka. Niektóre z metod są powszechnie stosowane i typowe, innych używamy bardzo rzadko. Artykuł przedstawia ogólny przegląd metod i technik, które mogą być wykorzystane w ocenie ryzyka, a mianowicie - w analizie ryzyka. Oczywiście podczas takiej oceny należy wziąć pod uwagę zarówno metody wykorzystywane do identyfikacji, jak i minimalizowania ryzyka. Jednak to metody analizy ryzyka są najczęściej wykorzystywane, jednocześnie często będąc mało znanymi. Ze względu na ograniczoną ilość miejsca, artykuł prezentuje jedynie generalny przegląd informacji na temat istniejących metod i technik stosowanych podczas oceny ryzyka.

Opis:: This paper deals with the modelling and analysis of the reliability of complex systems that use one-shot items during their operation. It includes an analysis of the impact of the reliability of used one-shot items on the resulting reliability of the system as a whole. Practical application of the theoretical knowledge is demonstrated using a model of reliability of an aircraft gun that was used for optimization of the gun’s design during its development and design. Furthermore this paper demonstrates utilization of a proposed model to determine an optimum number of pyrotechnic cartridges that will achieve a required probability of fulfilment of the mission with the given reliability of individual subsystems of the gun, rounds and pyrotechnic cartridges. The proposed procedures of modelling and analysis of the reliability of complex systems with oneshot items were used in practice in designing and development of the PL-20 aircraft gun. Development of the gun was successfully finished in 2005, and the gun was fielded in the armament of the Czech Republic Air Force.

Opis:: In recent years the intensive efforts in developing and producing electronic devices have more and more critical inference in many areas of human activity. Engineering is one of the areas which have been also importantly affected. The paper deals with dependability namely reliability analysis procedure of a highly reliable item. The data on manufacturing and operating of a few hundred thousands pieces of electronic item are available and they are statistically a very important collection/set. However, concerning some items the manufacturing procedure was not checked and controlled accurately. The procedure described in the paper is based on the thorough data analysis aiming at the operating and manufacturing of these electronic elements. The results indicate some behaviour differences between correctly and incorrectly made elements. It was proved by the analysis that dependability and safety of these elements was affected to a certain degree. Although there is a quite big set of data the issue regarding the statistical comparability is very important.

Opis:: The application of electronic elements introduces a number of advantages as well as disadvantages. The paper deals with advanced method of dependability - reliability analysis procedure of a highly reliable item. The data on manufacturing and operating of a few hundred thousands pieces of the highly reliable devices are available and from the statistical point of view they are very important collection/set. However, concerning some pieces of the items the manufacturing procedure of them was not made, controlled and checked accurately. The procedure described in the paper is based on the thorough data analysis aiming at the operation and manufacturing of these electronic elements. As the data sets collected are statistically non-coherent the objective of the paper is to make a statistical assessment and evaluation of the results. Failure rates calculations and their relation comparability regarding the both sets are presented in the paper.

Opis:: Nowadays the system requirements are set up and evaluated in various manners. We have plenty of excellent options available taking about an item technical state. We can also consider other states by many diagnostic options. The paper deals with the mathematical processing, monitoring and analysis of the oil field data got as a result from the laser spectrography in frame of the tribodiagnostic oil tests. The mathematical methods based on time series and their analysis and calculation processed by suitable method are used in the paper for oil data analysis. Due to the fact that the data sample is classified as fuzzy and uncertain from many reasons the FIS (Fuzzy Inference System) is used.
Obecnie wymagania systemu mogą być ustalane i oceniane w różny sposób. Mamy do dyspozycji wiele doskonałych opcji oceny stanu technicznego obiektów. Istnieje również wiele możliwości diagnozowania innych stanów. W artykule przedstawiono proces matematycznego przetwarzania, monitorowania i analizy danych eksploatacyjnych dotyczących oleju uzyskanych na podstawie spektrografii laserowej przeprowadzonej w ramach diagnostyki tribologicznej. Do analizy danych wykorzystano metody matematyczne oparte na szeregach czasowych oraz odpowiednie metody analizy i obliczania szeregów czasowych. Ponieważ dostępne dane sklasyfikowano jako rozmyte i niepewne, zastosowano System Wnioskowania Rozmytego FIS.
