    System głównego odwadniania kopalni jest elementem niezbędnym w eksploatacji podziemnych zakładów górniczych. System ten składa się z wielu elementów takich jak kanały i chodniki wodne, zbiorniki podziemie pompy z napędem oraz rurociągi tłoczne. Działanie tego systemu jest uniezależnione od aktualnego wydobycia, stanowiąc dla kopalni stały koszt utrzymania. W zależności od głębokości kopalni oraz średniego napływu wody na koszt ten składają się koszt energii elektrycznej zasilającej pompy, koszt amortyzacji urządzeń, koszt obsługi oraz koszty ewentualnej utylizacji wody wraz z opłatami środowiskowymi. W artykule przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące ograniczenia kosztów funkcjonowania odwadniania głównego poprzez odpowiednią eksploatację urządzeń oraz odpowiednią politykę remontową. Przedstawione wyniki oparte zostały o rzeczywistą analizę funkcjonowania systemu odwadniania jednej z polskich kopalń.
    The main mine dewatering system is an essential element in the exploitation of underground mining plants. The system consists of many elements such as water channels and water walkways, underground tanks, powered pumps, and discharge pipelines. The operation of this system is independent of the current extraction, constituting a fixed cost of maintenance for the mine. Depending on the depth of the mine and the average inflow of water, this cost consists of the cost of electricity supplying the pump, the cost of depreciation of equipment, the cost of service and the costs of possible water disposal along with environmental charges. The article presents considerations regarding the reduction of main drainage operation costs through appropriate equipment operation and appropriate repair policy. The presented results are based on a real analysis of the functioning of the drainage system of one of the Polish mines.

    Mining machinery maintenance strategy based on the current dynamic condition of the equipment not only improves reliability, reduces repair and renovation costs, but also affects electricity costs. Due to the use of modern monitoring and diagnostic systems, as well as advanced control and supervision methods, it is possible to improve the efficiency of devices and thus reduce energy costs. Due to the high power of the devices, even a slight decrease in efficiency translates into significant financial resources. Taking into account the prices of electricity as well as ecological aspects, investments in modern solutions give specific financial and social savings.

    W artykule omówiono wiele aspektów związanych z Przemysłem 4.0. W wstępie przytoczono definicję Przemysłu 4.0, a następnie poruszono tematy związane z inżynierią utrzymania ruchu i eksploatacją maszyn, diagnozowaniem maszyn z wykorzystaniem AI, wykorzystaniem AI do utrzymania ruchu zakładu przemysłowego, układami sensorycznymi, przetwarzaniem danych pomiarowych w chmurze, redystrybucją informacji krytycznych oraz integracją systemów. Przeanalizowano także wymierne efekty Przemysłu 4.0, takie jak poprawa wydajności produkcji, skrócenie czasu przestoju maszyn, redukcja kosztów utrzymania ruchu, zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa pracowników oraz optymalizacja procesów logistycznych. Wszystkie te elementy wskazują na to, jak wiele korzyści przynosi Przemysł 4.0 dla przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych. Jest to jednak proces wymagający dużego nakładu pracy i inwestycji w nowe technologie, a także odpowiedniego przeszkolenia pracowników, którzy będą obsługiwać te nowoczesne urządzenia.
    The article discusses many aspects of Industry 4.0. In the introduction, the definition of Industry 4.0 was quoted, followed by topics related to maintenance engineering and machine operation, machine diagnosis using AI, the use of AI to maintain industrial plant operation, sensor systems, cloud measurement data processing, redistribution of critical information and system integration. The measurable effects of Industry 4.0 were also analyzed, such as improving production efficiency, reducing machine downtime, reducing maintenance costs, increasing employee safety and optimizing logistics processes. All these elements show how many benefits Industry 4.0 brings to industrial enterprises. However, this is a process that requires a lot of work and investment in new technologies, as well as appropriate training of employees who will operate these modern devices.

    Opis:
    This article presents an economic analysis of the exploitation of the main mine drainage according to the condition of machines. The study is based on actual operating data obtained during the operation of an underground hard coal mine. Through the selection of state estimators, appropriate sensory systems, as well as a long-term economic approach, operating procedures were developed that allowed for the introduction of significant financial savings. Operating costs are reduced by lowering energy consumption and reducing the costs of current repairs and spare parts. In addition to the classic approach to monitoring the state of a machine, based on the observation of residual processes, a global coefficient, referred to as unit energy consumption, has been proposed. Thanks to this, the operation of the machine occurs not only on the basis of its current dynamic state, but also due to the control processes of the machine’s operation. Moreover, the article refers to the area related to water safety and the reliability of the pumping station.

    Aim: The purpose of the paper was to determine changes in acceleration of the body parts while walking.Material and methods: A tri-axial accelerometric sensor which was fastened to the foot, shank, knee, thigh, hip, L3 and L7 spinous process or the head of the person who took part in the test was used. Eleven healthy adults aged 18-24 participated in the test. Test participants were asked to walk 20 meters at their chosen, normal speed. The results were recorded on a computer at the time of the test.Results: Tests results show that the higher the body part, the lower the amplitude of accelerations. The highest acceleration values for almost all test participants were observed at the heel level. Acceleration values gradually decreased in higher parts, though it must be noted that the results varied with regard to individual participants. As it was supposed prior to the test, in half of the participants the lowest values were the ones measured at the head level, while the other half showed lowest values in C7 spinous process. It turned out that the highest absorption rate of transient impulsive forces was in the ankle, which is considered to be the consequence of a special anatomical structure and the eversion mechanism during walking. The tests also confirmed the lack of symmetry between the right and the left side of the body.
    Cel: Celem niniejszej pracy było określenie zmian przyspieszeń na różnych poziomach ciała podczas chodu.Materiał i metody: W badaniu wykorzystano trzyosiowy czujnik akcelerometryczny, który był mocowany do stóp, podudzi, kolan, ud, bioder, na wyrostkach kolczystych L3 i C7 oraz na czubku głowy badanych. W teście wzięło udział 11 zdrowych osób w wieku 18-24 lat. Badani mieli do przejścia 20 metrów z wybraną przez siebie, naturalną prędkością. Wyniki były zapisywane przez komputer w czasie rzeczywistym.Wyniki: Badanie potwierdziło zmniejszanie się amplitudy przyspieszeń w miarę wzrostu poziomu ciała. U prawie wszystkich badanych najwyższe wartości przyśpieszenia zaobserwowano na piętach. Na wyższych poziomach przyspieszenia stopniowo malały, choć wyniki były zróżnicowane indywidualnie. U połowy badanych najmniejsze wartości zostały zarejestrowane na głowie, u pozostałych na wyrostku kolczystym C7. Najwyższy procentowo stopień absorpcji drgań miał miejsce w stawie skokowym i stopie, co przypisuje się specjalnej budowie tego stawu i mechanizmowi ewersji podczas chodu. Badania potwierdziły brak symetrii między prawą i lewą stroną ciała.

    The paper presents the concept of vibration measurement and reduction system for rails in hyperloop technology. It is based on the experience of measuring vibrations in high-speed rail, the first commercial magnetic rail, and vibration reduction systems for these rails. The authors outlined a conceptual vibration monitoring system based on the MQTT protocol and the vibration reduction method. The vibration reduction systems based on variable-characteristic silencers and solutions used in research centers, especially in CERNie and LIGO, were de-scribed.
