The article is devoted to the study of the processes in the modern world educational system in the conditions of globalization. An effort of systematically analysis of the characteristics of the institutional dimension of internationalization and transformation of the educational system in a globalized world. It is proposed to use globalization and the informational and technological revolution to rebuild education in the direction of its democratization and progressive social changes radically. In order to solve these problems there exist a necessity in the education to be-come a social institution in the interests of the social majority, as it proposed by representatives of modern pedagogy.

We observe a number of evolutionary processes common to many societies, which form the general social effect, in particular in the form of globalization of education. Becoming a dominant trend in the development of the world economy and education, globalization has a transformative impact on national systems of higher education. The article is devoted fundamental problems and values strategies of education. Examines the impact of globalization trends on the processes in societies in transformation transitive systems. The necessity of pluralism of paradigms on the way of new development in higher education is substantiated. The quality of education, in turn, is determined not only by the ability of society to quickly assimilate the knowledge gained. It is increasingly dependent on its moral, ethical and cultural components, that is, elements of the education system, its quality management. The educational process appears in this context as an object of both pedagogical and managerial, and social analysis in the context of the implementation of educational, educational and educational trends in global development in the European educational system.

The social changes that led to the transformation of the educational sphere are described in the article. The global social transformations and the educational and upbringing reform associated with them are intended to implement a certain homogenization of the systems of social education and management of education in the spirit of efforts to create a global cultural, economic, political, legal and socio-civil space are analyzed from the point of view of the methodology of education. The modern conceptions of education and educational management are examined.The prospects of humanization of educational systems, management and upbringing are examined.It is mentioned that among the prerequisites of the existence of a developed civil society a successful formation and functioning of educational systems is necessary. The main task of modern education is the formation of literacy in the youth in according to the future (futures literacy) is described.
