    Artykuł jest sprawozdaniem z badań dotyczących zadań elementów zarządzających szczebla krajowego w zakresie przeciwdziałania sytuacjom kryzysowym. W badaniach założono, że zarządzanie kryzysowe nie może dotyczyć tylko sytuacji związanych z zagrożeniami czasu pokoju, ale i wojny. Ponadto przyjęto, że uregulowania wymagają kwestie dotyczące obrony cywilnej. W badaniach wykorzystano m.in. analizę porównawczą w celu zidentyfikowania zmian jakie zostały zaproponowane w projektowanych przepisach prawa regulujących tematykę badań. Niniejsze opracowanie przedstawia także pojęcia takie jak zarządzanie kryzysowe, ochrona ludności i obrona cywilna.
    The article is a report on research on the tasks of national level management elements in counteracting crisis situations. The research assumed that crisis management cannot only apply to situations related to peacetime threats, but also to wartime ones. Moreover, it was assumed that issues related to civil defence require regulation. The research used, among others, comparative analysis in order to identify changes that have been proposed in the proposed legal provisions regulating the subject of research. This study also presents concepts such as crisis management, civil protection and civil defence.

    The article is a report on the research on the tasks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland carried out in order to counter terrorist threats in cyberspace. The research covered the main acts of Polish law regulating the above-mentioned issues. The presented undertakings of the armed forces are related to the tasks performed to ensure security in cyberspace. In addition, the article presents the terminology in the field of cybersecurity in force both in Poland and in international organizations such as the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union.

    The article is a report on research carried out to identify the tasks performed by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland to counteract terrorist threats on land. The research included an analysis of legal acts on the basis of which such activities can be carried out. Separating anti-terrorist tasks may contribute to increasing knowledge and may help prepare the army to counteract terrorist threats independently and in cooperation with the Police, Border Guard and the State Protection Service.

    Artykuł jest sprawozdaniem z badań mających na celu weryfikację sposobu aktywacji Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (SZ RP) do wsparcia Straży Granicznej (SG) w działaniach mających na celu przeciwstawienie się zagrożeniom dla statków i portów powstałym na skutek użycia statku lub innego obiektu pływającego jako środka ataku terrorystycznego. Kryterium weryfikacji aktywacji sił zbrojnych jest czas. Powyższe ma umożliwić znalezienie słabych punktów aktywacji, które autor stara się wyeliminować proponując usprawnienia w tym względzie. Zaproponowane zmiany mają umożliwić SZ RP przeciwstawienie się zamachowi terrorystycznemu na porty oraz statki znajdujące się na obszarach morskich będących pod jurysdykcją RP.
    The article is a research report for verifying the method of activating the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland (Polish Armed Forces) to support the Border Guard (SG) in activities aimed at countering threats to ships and ports resulting from the use of a ship or another floating object as a means of a terrorist attack. The criterion for verifying the activation of the armed forces is time. The above allows identifying weak activation points which the author tries to eliminate by suggesting improvements. The changes suggested are to enable the Polish Armed Forces to counter the terrorist attack on ports and ships located in maritime areas under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland.

    Parks are undoubtedly areas of great natural value to the city, mainly due to the ecosystem services and ecological functions they provide. An important component of every park is its forest stand. In this paper, the study of dendroflora were conducted in seven parks of Bielsko-Biała. The parks were created in the 19th century. They are located mainly in the central part of the city. This paper presents the results of the study on the species composition as well as the quantity of each species in the parks. Furthermore, basic dendrometric characters such as tree height and circumference at the breast height were also analyzed. A total of 615 trees belonging to 32 species from 21 genus and 12 families were found in parks. There was a dominance of deciduous trees (28 species) over conifers (5). The largest number of examined trees was in Strzegowski Park, and the smallest in Park at Komorowicka Street. In turn, the largest number of species was in Słowacki Park, and the smallest in the Park near to Zipser villa. In addition, the presence of 144 specimens with monumental dimensions was indicated. Most of the park trees had dimensions in the range of 200–300 cm in terms of circumference at the breast height and height in the interval 20–30 m. Typical trees that occur in the natural forest communities of Poland were noted in the parks. These include: oaks, beeches, ash trees, hornbeams, alders, maples or lindens. Some of them are often selected for planting in parks and avenues. Of the 32 tree species, 10 were most numerous: Tilia cordata, T. platyphyllos, Acer platanoides, A. pseudoplatanus, A. saccharinum, Fraxinus excelsior, Alnus glutinosa, Carpinus betulus, Aesculus hippocastanum and Quercus robur. Among examined species, alien invasive species (Robinia pseudoacacia and Quercus rubra) were noted. They are classified as medium invasive plants. In this paper the authors pointed out the parameters that can affect the number of trees included in the study, for example: minimum circumference at the breast height, park area, age of the forest stand and local condition. Therefore, further research regarding the dendroflora in parks of Bielsko-Biała should be expanded with additional analyses, especially to determinate full species composition and changes in the stand.
