    Opis:
    The aim of the article is to present the beginnings of the formation of the legend of one of the Bar Confederation commanders, and at the same time a hero of the American Independence War, Kazimierz Pułaski. The fame of the best military commander of the Bar Confederation assumed the shape of Pułaski's Bar legend, that was a reproduction of the myth of a knight/soldier in the context of the social demand for the image of a hero giving his life in the struggle against the enemy. For Pułaski's legend the fact was significant that initially the legend was completely positive, but after the attempt to abduct King Stanislaus August Poniatowski it also absorbed a negative component, in this way creating Pułaski's ambiguous image. However, soon Pułaski's Bar legend was affected by the legend of the Bar Confederation whose aim was independence, and as a result it started Pułaski's pro-independence legend, additionally inspired by the American Independence War. In consequence in the Polish literature of the Romantic period there were two Kazimierz Pułaski's legends: the legend of the Sarmatian age, and the pro-independence one.

    Opis:
    Up till now Henryk Schmitt has been presented in the literature of the subject as a historian with rather stable views. The aim of the present article is to show the character of the shift in the emphasis in Schmitt's historiography that happened at the second stage of his historiographic work, especially after 1868. Introduction of a different criterion for evaluating history was a sign of the change in the way he approached the past. Apart from the ideas he borrowed from Joachim Lelewel an additional criterion appeared: that of common good, which opened the possibility of different assessments of the past than before. It was at that time that Schmitt noticed the insufficiency of the republican conception and he broadened his point of view by introducing a superior criterion of common good. From this perspective he perceived as positive the aspirations of such magnates as Adam Krasiński or the Czartoryskis, and even King Stanisław August Poniatowski, whom he had sharply criticized before. This perspective allowed the supporter of republicanism to abandon criticizing the projects directed towards monarchy. In the late period of Schmitt's work also his views about methodology changed. He had opted for the factual model of historiography, but towards the end of his life considering historical events from the point of view of the very events, going beyond the description that signified searching for some idea or some individuality under the surface; making the nation the subjects of a historian's study, were an expression of a historian's participation in the discourse of the Romantic view of history.

    Wzrost zapotrzebowania na usługi transportowe wymusza na przedsiębiorstwach transportowych konieczność stosowania nowoczesnych rozwiązań. A zatem firmy oprogramowania umożliwiające śledzenie oraz kontrolę nad przewożonym ładunkiem, powinny w pełni wykorzystywać ich możliwości. Dokonując analizy i oceny parametrów jazdy można uzyskać oszczędności związane ze zmniejszeniem kosztów transportu. Pozwoli to także na zwiększenie użyteczności pojazdów, która przyczynia się do efektywnego zarządzania flotą transportową. W artykule przedstawiono analizę przedsiębiorstwa zajmującego się transportem materiałów sypkich. Na podstawie zgromadzonych danych przedstawiono autorki rozmyty model Takagi-Sugeno oceny i wyboru realizatora zadań transportowych.
    The increase in the demand for transport services forces transport companies to use modern solutions. Using software that enables tracking and control of the transported cargo, companies should make full use of their capabilities. By analyzing and assessing the driving parameters, they will allow them to save on transport costs. It will also allow to increase the usability of vehicles, which contributes to increasing the effective management of the transport fleet. The article presents an analysis of an enterprise dealing with the transport of loose materials. Based on the collected data, the author's Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model was presented to assess and select the performer of transport tasks.
