Opis:
The clothing sector, which has a significant place in the Turkish economy due to its export potential, procurement of income and employment, is undergoing a restructuring process. True and effective management of the steps during this restructuring process is very important in terms of efficiency, productivity, speed and flexibility. Enterprises have to manage their supply chains and all of their flows effectively in order to be able to meet the desires and expectations of customers as well as to enrich their customer portfolio. At this point, knowledge management, which contributes to the effective usage of knowledge and knowledge flows, has been represented as a valuable parameter affecting the supply chain management of enterprises. The study aims to present the effects of knowledge management on supply chain management in the clothing sector. Data were obtained from a survey conducted in clothing enterprises that are listed as amongst the 500 biggest in Turkey. Then these data were evaluated by the analytic network process. According to the research results, effective knowledge management elements have positive effects on the performance of the clothing supply chain. Also knowledge creation is the most significant criterion for clothing enterprises.
Sektor odzieżowy, zajmujący znaczące miejsce w gospodarce tureckiej przechodzi obecnie proces restrukturyzacji. Skuteczne zarządzanie w tym procesie jest bardzo ważne z punktu widzenia efektywności, wydajności, szybkości i elastyczności. Przedsiębiorstwa muszą skutecznie zarządzać łańcuchem dostaw by sprostać wymaganiom i oczekiwaniom klientów. Dane zebrano wśród 500 największych przedsiębiorstw tureckich. Następnie, dane te były poddane analitycznej ocenie. Na podstawie wyników badań stwierdzono, że zarządzanie wiedzą ma pozytywny efekt na sprawność funkcjonowania.

The dynamics of the consequences of the Proton-M carrier rocket crash on the soil and vegetation cover in the area where its parts fell were studied in 2007-2014. Analytical methods such as liquid chromatography with electrochemical and spectrophotometric detection were used. In 2007, four soil detoxifications were performed. A second study in 2009 showed a sharp increase in the area of contamination of plants by UDMH (unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine) and NDMA (N-Nitrosodimethylamine). In 2010, the situation shifted in the opposite direction. Toxicants in plants were absent for three years (2010-2012) but reappeared in 2013 and 2014. The accidental crash of the Proton-M carrier rocket led to the destruction of the soil and vegetation cover, ignition of vegetation, and soil contamination. In the area where the rocket parts fell, the UDMH content in the soil was 1.4–5,200 times higher than the threshold limit value. The fall of the carrier rocket increased the area of soil contamination with UDMH to $3,600 m^2$, with NDMA to $917 m^2$, and with nitrate ions to $8,314 m^2$. The reappearance of heptyl and nitrous compounds in plants and soil was detected four years after repeated detoxification of the soil.

Opis:
To improve plant resistance to pests, we analysed the impact of various agronomic practices on the number and species diversity of pests in the crops of spring wheat varieties of foreign and Kazakhstan breeding in North-Eastern Kazakhstan. The intensive development of agriculture, resulting in the new technological flow processes of wheat growing, the sowing of foreign varieties not previously cultivated under local conditions, and climate change contribute to the formation of new food chains in agrocenoses. These new food chains require the monitoring of plant-feeding species with the help of ecological approaches and techniques. Efficient protection of crops with plant feeders requires constant updating on the phytosanitary in agrocenoses. Information on phytosanitary monitoring previously carried out in the region is not available, so it became necessary to collect data and analyse the number and species composition of wheat pests, considering new foreign varieties and cultivation technology practices. The research was carried out in 2021 in typical agricultural organisations of the North-Eastern regions of Kazakhstan with different preceding crops. The vegetation period was characterised by high atmospheric temperatures and a lack of moisture in the soil in spring and summer, contributing to decreasing of plant turgor and damage resistance. Early sowing of the ‘Triso’ wheat variety was affected by high temperatures and lack of soil moisture in the initial stage of development, which delayed its growth and made it more susceptible to pest damage. The other varieties were sown in optimal dates recommended by regional scientific institutions.

Opis:
Plastic mulch provides a range of benefits including helping modulate soil temperature, reduce soil erosion, evaporation, fertilizer leaching and weed problems and increasing the quality and yields of the product. But when the crops are harvested, plastic mulch needs to be removed from the ground for disposal. Otherwise, these wastes are mixed with the soil and have a negative impact on yields by reducing the access of nutrients and moisture in the soil. The purpose of the current study is, therefore, to propose a roller for plastic mulch retriever which is applicable when the crops are harvested, and the plastic mulch needs to be removed from the ground for disposal. The winding mechanism of the plastic mulch retriever performs the main function and must have the high-quality performance of the winding operation in the removal technology. Research based on requirements of tensile strength test method and changes of strength characteristics of plastic mulch from various factors under natural conditions. The coefficient of compaction of the used plastic mulch (Krel), was the ratio of the diameter of the standard plastic mulch which was wound in the factory to the diameter of the used plastic mulch during the winding.
