- We observe a number of evolutionary processes common to many societies, which form the general social effect, in particular in the form of globalization of education. Becoming a dominant trend in the development of the world economy and education, globalization has a transformative impact on national systems of higher education. The article is devoted fundamental problems and values strategies of education. Examines the impact of globalization trends on the processes in societies in transformation transitive systems. The necessity of pluralism of paradigms on the way of new development in higher education is substantiated. The quality of education, in turn, is determined not only by the ability of society to quickly assimilate the knowledge gained. It is increasingly dependent on its moral, ethical and cultural components, that is, elements of the education system, its quality management. The educational process appears in this context as an object of both pedagogical and managerial, and social analysis in the context of the implementation of educational, educational and educational trends in global development in the European educational system.
