    Sytuacja życiowa rodziców dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami jest niezwykle trudna, wymaga wsparcia ekonomicznego, społecznego oraz psychicznego. Rodzice stają przed wyzwaniem zaspokojenia specyficznych potrzeb życiowych i rozwojowych dziecka z niepełnosprawnością, dostosowania swojego dotychczasowego życia (małżeńskiego, rodzinnego, społecznego, zawodowego) do nowej sytuacji oraz adaptacji do kolejnych wyzwań wynikających z posiadania i wychowania dziecka niepełnosprawnego. Adaptacja do sytuacji życiowej związanej z niepełnosprawnością dziecka to proces, w którym niezmiernie istotną rolę pełnią zasoby osobowe, rodzinne i społeczne rodziców. Kolejne lata niosą ze sobą inne, nie mniej trudne wyzwania wynikające z: (1) stanu zdrowia dziecka oraz jego potrzeb psychofizycznych, (2) funkcjonowania i radzenia sobie rodziny oraz (3) stałego poziomu stresu i mobilizacji (Obuchowska, 2008). Rodzina z dzieckiem niepełnosprawnym potrzebuje wielu rodzajów wsparcia: emocjonalnego, poznawczego, duchowego, materialnego i instrumentalnego. W tym artykule zostanie przeanalizowana kwestia wsparcia rodziców dzieci niepełnosprawnych, zwłaszcza wsparcia poznawczego, w paradygmacie salutogenetycznym.
    The life situation of parents of children with disabilities is extremely difficult, requires economic, social and mental support. Parents face the challenge of satisfying the specific life and development needs of a child with disability, adjusting their previous life (marital, family, social, professional) to a new situation and adapting to subsequent challenges resulting from having and raising a disabled child. Adaptation to a life situation related to a child’s disability is a process in which the personal, family and social resources of parents play an extremely important role. The following years bring with them other, nevertheless difficult challenges resulting from: (1) the child’s health condition and his psychophysical needs, (2) family functioning and coping, and (3) constant stress and mobilization (Obuchowska, 2008). The family with a child with disability needs many kinds of support: emotional, cognitive, spiritual, material, and instrumental. In this article the issue of the support of parents of children with disabilities, especially cognitive support, will be carried out in the salutogenetic paradigm.

    Niniejszy artykuł porusza problem wyzwań metodologicznych, przed jakimi stają badacze, którzy stawiają sobie za cel uchwycenie procesu instytucjonalizacji zjawiska ekonomicznego w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku. Odnosząc się do wyników badań empirycznych nad stosunkiem małych i średnich przedsiębiorców w Polsce do płatności bezgotówkowych, artykuł omawia problem wyzwań metodologicznych badania instytucjonalizacji skryptu społecznego, według którego działa wielu aktorów społecznych z różnych pól organizacyjnych. Artykuł wpisuje się w neoinstytucjonalny program badań nad instytucjami w sferze gospodarki i przedstawia koncepcję wykorzystania modelu rekursywnego instytucjonalizacji autorstwa Barleya i Tolbert [1997] do projektu badania procesu kształtowania się zjawiska bezgotówkowości w gospodarce.
    The article addresses the problem of the methodological challenges that researchers face when their goal is to capture the process of the institutionalization of an economic phenomenon in a dynamically changing environment. Referring to the outcomes of empirical research on the attitudes of small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland to cashless payments, the article discusses the methodological complexity of analysing of the institutionalization the social script, according to which many social actors from different organizational fields operate. The article is part of the neo-institutional program of research on institutions in the economic sphere. It presents the concept of using the recursive institutionalization model by Barley and Tolbert [1997] to study the process of shaping the phenomenon of cashlessness in the economy.

    The aim of this article is to present interlocking directorates from praxeology’s perspective – that is, as a kind of specific social mechanism with potential for boosting efficiency in business practice. The main hypothesis of the article is that interlocking directorates are an informal institution created, enforced and communicated by groups of interests in order to reinforce their control over accumulation of capital and protection of different kinds of benefits. The author concentrates rather on a typology of theoretical problems of analyzing interlocking directorates; empirical examples are taken from the author’s preliminary research of the pharmaceutical sector in Poland.

    Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na mechanizm, który może utrudniać długofalową współpracę członków kadry kierującej firmami oraz osób je nadzorujących z danym przedsiębiorstwem. Mechanizmem tym jest krzyżowanie się zarządów i rad nadzorczych (interlocking directorates) co oznacza sytuację, w której dana osoba zasiada jednocześnie w organach korporacyjnych różnych firm. Artykuł przedstawia wyniki pogłębionych wywiadów przeprowadzanych z praktykami biznesu w Polsce (w większości członkami zarządów i rad nadzorczych firm z listy „Rzeczpospolita 500”), skupiając się na ich autorefleksji związanej ze zjawiskiem korzyści płynących z krzyżowania się rad i zarządów oraz związków tego mechanizmu z indywidualną lojalnością wobec firmy i zaufaniem w środowisku biznesowym w Polsce.
    Aim of this article is to draw attention to a mechanism possibly obstructing for a process of building long-term loyalty and cooperation between board members/directors and company. The mechanism are so-called interlocking directorates. The article presents analysis of in-depth interviews that were run with business practitioners (mainly members of executive and advisory boards in firms listed on Rzeczpospolita 500 List). Interviews concentrated on their assessment of benefits, advantages that can be drawn from interlocking directorates and how these gainings can influence loyalty towards companies.

    The aim of the publication is to show the importance of academic entrepreneurship classes in the processof effective education of humanistic studies students and the role of entrepreneurship university centers in the process of maximizing and accelerating career opportunities. When designing the study, we decided to examine the entrepreneurship attitudes, knowledge and past experiences of students in Spain, Norway and Poland at the bachelor level of humanistic studies. Entrepreneurship classes are compulsory at this level of studies under the Bologna Strategy. 249 BA level students from the three countries filled out the questionnaire. We initially examined the dependence of chosen variables in order to point out the features which might help students to initiate their own business.

    As more and more societies are transforming into cashless economies, questions about the social nature of this transformation are arising. With this paper we present specific insights into the process of the institutionalization of cashlessness in Poland. The process is analyzed from the perspective of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We advance the idea that the institutional field of cashlessness is emerging with similar pressures. In this field—as we argue using the concept of Powell and DiMaggio—SMEs experience a coercive institutional isomorphism. We show that the complex impact of interlocked social interactions, financial sanctions, narrations, values and norms are creating the matrix for SMEs’ decision whether to implement cashless payments into their business. The analysis is based on 74 individual in-depth interviews with SMEs owners. The paper is grounded in qualitative research design and the theory of neo-institutionalism.

    In this article, we present the positional logic that is suitable for the formalization of reasoning about social phenomena. It is the effect of extending the Minimal Realisation (MR) logic with new expressions. These expressions allow, inter alia, to consider different points of view of social entities (humanistic coefficient). In the article, we perform a metalogical analysis of this logic. Finally, we present some simple examples of its application.
