Jednym z elementów skutecznego realizowania polityki ekologicznej na obszarach wiejskich w Polsce jest sprawne funkcjonowanie administracji publicznej w tym zakresie. Do najważniejszych elementów systemu administracyjnego w tej dziedzinie należą agencje płatnicze, które w oparciu o środki krajowe oraz pochodzące z Unii Europejskiej, wspierają rozwój rolnictwa ekologicznego oraz edukacji ekologicznej. Zakres działań agencji płatniczych w znacznej mierze przyczynia się do wzrostu świadomości ekologicznej na obszarach wiejskich w Polsce.  
One of the elements of effectively implementing environmental policies in rural areas in Poland is the smooth functioning of public administrative bodies. Within the administrative system, what is most important here are paying agencies, which are based on national and European-Union standards, and support the development of organic farming and environmental education. The scope of the activities of these agencies largely contributes to the growth of environmental awareness in Poland’s rural areas.

Opis:
The article performs an analysis of a hot die forging process of producing an elongated forging ended with a joggle in a double system realized on a crank press Masey 1300 t, in open dies, in 3 operations. The thermomechanical model of the forging process considering the changes in the grain size and the forging material recrystallization was elaborated with the use of the calculation packet Qform 7. In the first place, an in-depth analysis of the currently realized forging technology was made, with a special consideration of the temperature changes in the tools as well as in the formed forging. Next, numerical modelling of the process was carried out, as a result of which the following were obtained: correct filling of the tool impressions by the deformed material, the temperature distributions for the forging and the tools, the plastic deformation distributions (considering the thermally activated phenomena), the changes in the grain size and the forging force courses. The results obtained from FEM enable a thorough analysis of the forging process, including: the effect of the deformation time and temperature on the grain size in the forging material, which was confirmed by the microstructure examination results.

The topic discussed herein concerns a particular deconstruction of the core curriculum in primary special schools carried out by means of a critical analysis of this document.  The article presents an in-depth and detailed reflection on the concept of „integral interpretation” put forward by the Polish musicologist Mieczysław Tomaszewski. The problematics of interpretation has for many years been the focus of Tomaszewski’s attention and interest, as evidenced by his numerous publications devoted to it. They culminate in the formulation of this concept, described by the author as the method of an adequate interpretation of a musical work. In contrast to many contemporary approaches to the issue of the scope of musicology’s subject area, for Tomaszewski the concept of a musical work is central to the discipline, and he poses questions concerning its ontology and understanding in the spirit of Roman Ingarden’s theory of musical work, to which he frequently refers. Tomaszewski regards the process of interpretation as a kind of „rising” to the level of the work, the meaning of which (intentio operis), often identified with the authorial meaning (intentio auctoris), stands at the highest point in the hierarchy of meanings ascribed - from this point of view - to the work. In turn, the work itself functions in different phases, existing as a score, a performance, a result of the processes of perception and as its reception within a culture. In my article I attempt not only to present Tomaszewski’s method, but above all to argue against its anachronicity and limitations resulting from a lack of reference both to contemporary artistic practice and contemporary research methodology in the humanities and in musicology.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine whether a link exists between early maladaptive schemas identified by Young et al. and depression in alcoholics. The relationships of schemas with selected alcohol dependence variables and suicidal thoughts in alcoholics were also checked. Material and methods: Seventy-seven alcohol addicts participated in the study – 19 women and 58 men. Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ-S3), Beck’s Depression Inventory (BDI) and Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test (MAST) were used. Results: Based on the results obtained, 16 out of 18 schemas are positively and statistically correlated with depression among alcoholics. The strongest relationships were noted for emotional deprivation, social isolation/alienation and subjugation. Correlations between the schemas and the severity of addiction and the age of drinking initiation were also found. Differences in the intensity of some schemas occurred between people experiencing suicidal thoughts and people without these thoughts. Conclusions: There is a need to consider inclusion therapy focused on changing maladaptive schemas in alcoholics. This is especially true of the schemas of social isolation, emotional deprivation and subjugation. There is also a need for further research in this area.
Cel: Celem przeprowadzonego badania było sprawdzenie, czy istnieje związek między wczesnymi nieadaptacyjnymi schematami wyróżnionymi przez Younga i współpracowników a depresją u osób uzależnionych od alkoholu. Podjęto też próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie o związki schematów z wybranymi zmiennymi dotyczącymi uzależnienia od alkoholu, a także występowaniem tendencji suicydalnych u alkoholików. Materiał i metody: W badaniu wzięło udział 77 osób uzależnionych od alkoholu – 19 kobiet oraz 58 mężczyzn. Zastosowano Kwestionariusz Schematów Younga (Young Schema Questionnaire, YSQ-S3), Skalę Depresji Becka (Beck’s Depression Inventory, BDI), Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test (MAST). Wyniki: Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników można stwierdzić, iż 16 z 18 schematów jest powiązanych dodatnio i istotnie statystycznie z poziomem depresji u osób uzależnionych od alkoholu. Najsilniejsze związki odnotowano w przypadku schematu deprywacji emocjonalnej, izolacji/wyobcowania i podporządkowania. Stwierdzono także związki schematów z głębokością uzależnienia oraz wiekiem rozpoczęcia picia. Różnice w natężeniu niektórych schematów występowały również między osobami doświadczającymi myśli samobójczych i osobami bez tych myśli. Wnioski: Należy rozważyć włączenie do terapii odwykowej pracy ukierunkowanej na zmiany destrukcyjnych schematów poznawczych występujących u osób uzależnionych. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza schematu izolacji społecznej, deprywacji emocjonalnej i podporządkowania. Istnieje również potrzeba prowadzenia dalszych badań tego obszaru problemowego.

Opis:
The enthalpy of isopropanol adsorption on ZSM-5 (Zeolite Socony Mobil Framework Type MFI) was determined by the static adsorption method at the temperature range from 20°C to 100°C. Langmuir and Huttig models of equilibrium adsorption have been used to calculate the enthalpy of isopropanol adsorption at these conditions. Adsorption isotherms determined by the flow method at 20°C and 30°C have been also used in the calculations. The obtained values of isopropanol adsorption enthalpy were compared with the values of isopropanol evaporation enthalpy and with the results obtained from isopropanol and water desorption measurements with thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry methods.

Opis:
Background: The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important and independent predictors in psychotherapy. Therapeutic relationships take place in a social environment, which shapes the mentality of therapists. One of the important aspects of this environment is financialization, which is considered to be the most significant socioeconomic phenomenon characteristic of capitalism. The aim of this paper is to discuss the effect of financialization on the attitudes of psychotherapists and on the quality of care they provide. Discussion: The paper presents a theoretical analysis of the relationship between the primary constituents of the therapeutic relationship (i.e. trust, realness, individuality of approach, honesty, truth, ethics, the good of the patient) and the phenomena characteristic of the process of financialization (such as replacement of relationship for transaction, distrust, advertisement, statistics, profitability, acceptance of a lie, relativism, consumptionism, perception of own benefits). Summary: Financialization can change the therapeutic relationship through indiscriminate introjection of financialization by the therapist. The primary cognitive and behavioural effect of this process is a shift in the proportions between the foundations of therapeutic relationship towards the foundations of financialization (as defined in this article). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first article presenting the correlation between financialization and psychotherapy.
Wprowadzenie: Relacja terapeutyczna jest szczególnym związkiem terapeuty i pacjenta. Dobrze rozwinięty związek terapeutyczny należy do najważniejszych niespecyficznych technik wszystkich podejść terapeutycznych. Relacje terapeutyczne z definicji rozgrywają się w środowisku społecznym, kształtującym mentalność zarówno terapeutów, jak i pacjentów. Jednym z dominujących w tym środowisku procesów jest szeroko obecnie dyskutowane zjawisko finansjalizacji, czyli podporządkowania całej organizacji nowoczesnych społeczeństw wymogom rynków finansowych. Celem niniejszej pracy jest podjęcie dyskusji na temat potencjalnego wpływu finansjalizacji na osobiste postawy i zachowania psychoterapeutów, jak również na jakość świadczonych przez nich usług terapeutycznych. Omówienie: Została podjęta teoretyczna analiza korelacji zasadniczych składowych relacji terapeutycznej, którymi są: zaufanie, realność, indywidualność podejścia, przejrzystość, uczciwość, prawda, dobro pacjenta, ze zjawiskami charakterystycznymi dla procesu finansjalizacji, takimi jak: zamiana relacji na transakcję, nieufność, reklama, podejście statystyczne, zyskowność, akceptacja kłamstwa, relatywizm, konsumpcjonizm, dostrzeganie własnych korzyści przed postawami utylitarnymi. Podsumowanie: Finansjalizacja może wpływać na relację terapeutyczną poprzez niezreflektowaną przez terapeutę „introjekcję finansjalizacji”. Głównym skutkiem poznawczo-behawioralnym tego procesu może być zmiana proporcji pomiędzy fundamentami relacji terapeutycznej a definiowanymi w pracy fundamentami finansjalizacji na korzyść tych ostatnich, co może prowadzić do systematycznego obniżania jakości terapii, zacierania się jej indywidualnego charakteru, co staraliśmy się wykazać. Według naszej wiedzy jest to pierwszy artykuł opisujący potencjalną korelację pomiędzy zjawiskiem finansjalizacji a psychoterapią.

Opis:
The influence of temperature and sulfuric acid concentration on the enthalpy and the rate of heat release during the reaction of Norwegian and Australian ilmenites with sulfuric acid was determined. The experimental results obtained from calorimetric measurements were compared with theoretical calculations based on the oxide composition and the phase composition of the raw material. Experimentally determined heat of reaction for Norwegian ilmenite (900–940 kJ/kg) and Australian ilmenite (800–840 kJ/kg) showed good agreement with theoretical calculations based on the phase composition of the raw material. It was found that the enthalpy of ilmenites decomposition reaction does not depend on the concentration of sulfuric acid in the concentration range from 83% to 93%. It was also demonstrated that the temperature and concentration of sulfuric acid have a significant impact on the thermokinetics of the decomposition process, increasing the value of the average rate of temperature change.

Opis:
The essay aims at analysis of the manner Polish jurisprudence perceives a role of critical perspective within legal thought. Only such critique might be plausibly called a reflection, since it is conducted from an internal point of view  the viewpoint of legal professionals who criticize their own conceptual schemes. This analysis of theoretical projects is made in the light of sociological processes of increasing reflexivity of social practices and institutions, law included (Giddens). The essay takes under examination four particular metaphors which are to be met in Polish jurisprudence: a lawyer as a philosopher, a lawyer as an artist, a lawyer as a participant of culture, and a lawyer as a believer. Each of them offers a slightly different answer to the question on the room for critical reflection in the law. The particular interest is paid to the way these four various theoretical proposals recognize, respectively: a significance of professional legal tradition, mutual relations between law and its social surroundings, as well as a role of individual agent in legal practice.
