    The Meteorite Section was created in 2010 on demand of Polish Fireball Network (PFN) for the meteorite searching and investigation purposes. The main task of the Section is to find the meteorites dropped from bolides registered by the Polish Fireball Network. Each year, the PFN registers several meteorite falls within our country and meteorite strewnfield inspections must be carried out at least for the masses of above 300 g estimated with the PyFN software. Only last year the PFN organized several search campaigns. Two of them are presented in the publication.

    In the article, the author raises the issue of the forecast of volumes of foreign currency loans granted in Poland to individual entrepreneurs on the basis of original data gathered from the National Bank of Poland, in the aspects of economic security. The research was initiated with the analysis and evaluation of time series within the volumes of foreign currency loans in Poland for individual entrepreneurs between 2012 and 2017. An outlier was detected and it was changed to the arithmetic mean of an element from the previous series and the following one. Then, the analyzed series was divided into two parts. As a result of the assessment made, forecasting was carried out, with the use of various methods, of the first part of an isolated time series composed of 60 elements and, after that, the best prognostic method was selected. Based on this method, the forecasting of the original time series was made for 2018 - 12 prospective periods.

    The aim of the study is an attempt to examine the impact of oil prices on the politics of Russia and Saudi Arabia in terms of economic security. This research covers the period from February 1, 2000 to March 10, 2020. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to measure the effectiveness of Russia's influence in Saudi Arabia. The research began with a multidimensional comparative analysis and evaluation of data on the price of one barrel of crude oil in the world on a daily basis in the period 2000-2020 in terms of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the politics of Russia and Saudi Arabia. The considered data obtained from the website www.eia.gov was grouped and specified in order to discover the regularities governing them. Then, advanced research tools were used to analyze and evaluate them dynamically in the form of categorized box-plot charts. The conclusion of the research is that low prices of crude oil per barrel over a long period of time may be a reason for the emergence of the global financial crisis. As a result, Russia suffers financial losses. Overcoming the crisis requires signing international agreements which are hampered due to the own interests of the leaders of world economies: the United States, China and Russia.

    The objective of the article is to carry out a multidimensional comparative analysis of populations and human deaths in European countries in terms of economic security. The research applies tools of comparative analysis, first by grouping and unraveling the data and then by their charting and evaluation. The study covers 32 European countries focusing on populations and deaths of people in 2005–2018. The research question has been formulated as: "Will the application of multidimensional comparative analysis of populations and deaths of people in 32 European countries allow to detect any regularities occurring in the phenomenon?" The article provides multidimensional comparative analyses of dependent variables (32 European countries, years) and explanatory variables (population and human deaths) in terms of the impact on economic security. The results of the studies carried out are repetitive relationships in mononomial intervals — years. Detecting regularities persistent in populations and human deaths in 32 European countries using multidimensional comparative analyses may allow their predicting in the future. Death rates expressed in percentage points in populations of 32 European countries in 2005–2018 were calculated and enabled observation of similarities in the time series analyzed.
    Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie wielowymiarowej analizy porównawczej populacji i zgonów ludzi w państwach Europy w aspekcie bezpieczeństwa ekonomicznego. Do badań zastosowano wielowymiarowe analizy porównawcze. Dane poddawano grupowaniu i rozplataniu. Następnie zestawiano je na wykresach i oceniono. Podmiotem badań są 32 państwa Europy, zaś przedmiotem populacja i zgony ludzi w latach 2005–2018. Sformułowano pytanie badawcze, które brzmi: „Czy zastosowanie wielowymiarowej analizy porównawczej populacji i zgonów ludzi w 32 poszczególnych państwach Europy pozwoli wykryć prawidłowości rządzące rozpatrywanym zjawiskiem?”. Artykuł zawiera wielowymiarowe analizy porównawcze zmiennych zależnych (32 państwa Europy, lata) i zmiennych je objaśniających (populacja i zgony ludzi) w aspekcie wpływu na bezpieczeństwo ekonomiczne. Rezultatem przeprowadzonych badań są zależności powtarzające się w jednoimiennych przedziałach czasowych — latach. Wykrycie prawidłowości utrzymujących się w populacji i zgonach ludzi w 32 poszczególnych państwach Europy poprzez zastosowanie wielowymiarowych analiz porównawczych może pozwolić na ich prognozowanie na przyszłość. Wyliczono indeksy zgonów w populacjach w punktach procentowych w każdym z 32 rozpatrywanych państw Europy w latach 2005–2018. Pozwoliły one na zaobserwowanie podobieństw w analizowanych szeregach czasowych.

    Since 2010, the Meteorite Section of the Comet and Meteor Workshop (PKiM) has been systematically organizing exploratory expeditions to selected meteorite strewn fields, calculated from bolides registered with the Polish Fireball Network (PFN). Some of the expeditions organized in the period of 2018–2020, after the phenomena PF140118, PF070119, EN050120 and PF310720 are reported. All these phenomena have a common feature, they reach beyond the borders of Poland – either the analysis was developed in cooperation with the European Fireball Network (EN) or the meteorite fall took place abroad. It is clear that meteor phenomena have no boundaries and for positive research results in near-Earth space science a European cooperation is highly recommended. Many meteorites fallen from the bolides registered in the PFN are still in the strewn field waiting to be discovered. The article presents a study of the most important phenomena happened in two last years, and it is also a hint where to look for meteorites in Europe.

    The Polish Fireball Network (PFN), has been undergoing continuous development. Since then, several large grants have been obtained, which were at least partly used for modernization purposes. In recent years, two more grants have been obtained, which allowed for the expansion and modification of the existing PFN infrastructure. In 2021, the PFN76 Kozienice was modernized, but also the PFN14 Zielona Góra station was reactivated and the new PFN77 Suhora station was launched in 2022. Thanks to these improvements, the tracking of meteoroids entering the Earth Atmosphere above Poland became more accurate, which facilitates the search for meteorites and increases the chances of finding new fresh meteorites in Poland. On the night of May 10, 2021, PFN stations registered an exceptionally slow bolide. The phenomenon named PF100521 Wykrot appeared over central Poland in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship at 21:32 UT and calculations showed that some meteorites may have fallen. This phenomenon was used to conduct a series of analyzes to show how observational uncertainties affect the final results. Two variants of the results are presented in this work.

In this article, we present an additional application of cosmogenic radionuclide measurements, namely for the verification of origin of rocks that show equivocal features and may potentially represent meteorites.
