Opis:
The paper goal is to analyze GIS opportunities as constructive pillar for student performance. The presented methodology aims to explain spatial evaluation techniques through geo-tools, which could turn into a comprehensive strategy for student education. The paper aims to emphasize the vigor influence visual impact release on error checking. The analyses aim to create an optimized methodology toward a sustainable development process. Spatial tools as executable units and geo-databases as storage units are the future of modern technologies whose embracement leads the analyst into a higher level of control. Due to vast implementation in multiple fields and life routines GIS technology comes as an attractive discipline toward students’ curiosity, easily to be absorbed and subject to further development.

Opis:
The paper outlines geographic search technology as the future of research methodology. Due to the importance of geographical environment in the routine issues, the close connection between spatial extension and most of the phenomena running over the world, the geographic query process turns to be key factor in overcoming hazard decision-making and evalu-ation. We describe a two step process where derived output from spatio-textual research could be largely disseminated by spatial replication techniques. Spatial research differs in that it requires a combination of text and geographical data. The mathematical formula to calculate distances derives from the assertion that the Earth is nearly spherical (ignoring ellipsoidal effects) so great-circle distance formulas give the distance between points on the surface of the Earth correct to within 0.5% or so. Based on the search range and limit, we introduce the Cosine algorithm who offers better speed performance and data retrieval accuracy. Retrieved data exploit spatial replication technique potentiality. When it comes to spatial data we deal extensive amount of information. Web Gis Albania is an informative platform initially structured for academicals purposes further enriched with modules which support the spatial data circulation.

Opis:
The paper goal is to develop a spatial analyses of the most critical environmental issues in the country and how the population concerns could be addressed with the use of spatial technologies. Population perception of environment management relies on its minimum levels. In the recent past, static, fixed scale, multi use, highly accurate, permanent, paper maps compiled over a short period of time was the norm, meanwhile today’s world uses a dynamic, single use, variable accuracy, variable scale, digital product made from data possibly retrieved from database derived from multiple sources. The opportunity to combine spatial technology associated with numerical data leading to a structured and genuine analyzes of the country issues turns to be an optimal strategy. We structure a set of digital maps encouraging decision-makers to rely their performance on spatial tools. Coastline pollution stands as a top priority. For the purpose of the analysis, the entire coastline was divided into sectors. Hence, further investigations could be addressed toward space-time relationship to cover the environmental evolution process, which may serve as an input for future predictions.
