    W referacie przedstawiono zasady sprawdzania jakości izolatorów przepustowych średniego napięcia (SN) za pomocą metody radiograficznej (RT) oraz pomiaru wyładowań niezupełnych (wnz). Ostatnie badanie jest jedną z pozycji zawartych w badaniach wyrobu normy [5]. Dodatkowo badania te rozszerzono o próby napięciem probierczym przemiennym. Z uwagi na negatywne wyniki pomiaru wnz za pomocą metody RT udało się określić lokalizację wtrąceń gazowych i ich korelacje z poziomem rejestrowanych wnz.
    The paper presents principles of checking the quality of medium voltage MV busbars insulators by X-ray method and measurement of partial discharges (PD). The last test is one of the items included in the product standard [5]. In addition, these tests have been extended by power frequency voltage withstand test. Due to the negative results of the measurement, the X-ray method successfully determined the location of the air voids and their correlation with the level recorded partial discharges.

    The article presents the possibilities++ of using Rapid Prototyping (RP) technology in the manufacturing of turbine blades with small diameter holes. The object under investigation was gas turbine blade with small diameter cooling holes and holes for generating longitudinal vortices. A turbine blade model was produced by means of Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) technology and subsequently validated in terms of detection and accuracy of the obtained holes. The application of the computer tomography and digital radiography technique resulted in obtaining a series of cross-sections of the turbine blade model with a series of holes. Particular attention was pointed out at the investigation of the locations of micro-holes with a diameter of 0.3 mm. It turned out that it was impossible to make such small holes by the RP method. In the following part the results of the study on the possibilities of making the micro-holes using electrical discharge method have been presented. In addition, proposition of further works such as the development of the considerations and issues discussed in this article, has been offered.

    Przeprowadzono analizę wykorzystania w województwie lubelskim programu rolnośrodowiskowego realizowanego w ramach PROW 2007-2013 jako instrumentu obowiązkowego dla wszystkich państw członkowskich UE, promującego produkcję rolną opartą na metodach przyjaznych środowisku. Na Lubelszczyźnie o przyznanie płatności w ramach realizacji programu złożono 54 793 wnioski, spośród których 98,4% otrzymało pozytywne decyzje. Kwota wypłaconych środków finansowych w latach 2008-2013 wynosiła 428,4 mln zł. W ostatnim roku dopłatami objęto powierzchnię 204,0 tys. ha. Partycypacja powiatów w realizacji poszczególnych pakietów była zróżnicowana. Największym zainteresowaniem cieszył się pakiet „Ochrona gleb i wód’.
    In this paper an analysis of the use of agri-environmental program implemented under the RDP 2007- 2013 the Lublin region, being an obligatory instrument for all Member States of the European Union promotes agricultural production based on environmentally friendly methods. In the Lublin region of agrienvironmental payment grant applied for 54 793 beneficiaries, of whom 98.4% received positive decisions. The amount paid out of funds in the period 2008-2013 amounted to 428.4 million PLN. In the last year, area 204.0 thousand ha has been acquired subsidies. Participating districts in the implementation of particular packages varied. The greatest interest was a package of soil and water protection.
