    Opis:
    Outsourcing relationships are an important element of creating the value chain, determining new conditions and challenges of business cooperation. Despite the widespread use of outsourcing, many agreements end in failure and the search for a new partner. The development of mutual attachment deepens the quality of the relationship not only in terms of financial benefits, but also those of an intangible nature. The aim of the article was to indicate features of affective, duration and moral commitment, depending on the shaping tendencies of outsourcing costs, that have the strongest influence on the stability and long-term nature of relationships. The study was conducted among randomly selected enterprises from the Opole region automotive industry. On the basis of the obtained results, a multivariable regression morel was built. It presents the costs changes of the use of outsourcing due to the organisation's level of commitment to the contractor.

    In the global economy, modern information and communication technologies are an important factor responsible for the transfer of information in the logistic chains. Particular emphasis should be placed on their role in transport processes that constitute the core of the European logistics system. In the article, the authors tackle the problem of applying modern and innovative solutions. Conducted analyzes and studies have indicate that the factors affecting the application of ICT in transport.

    The aim of the study was to assess the attractiveness of the Polish logistics to internal and external investors in the dimension of national, international and global circumstances, with a focus on the creation of logistics centres. Apart from the generally available statistics, the study used indicators of logistics efficiency, the Business Process Outsourcing Index, the Shared Service Location Index and the Global Service Location Index. The analyses carried out were the basis for identifying areas for improvement in order to increase the efficiency of Polish logistics against global competition. Based on the results obtained, against global markets, Poland has been evaluated as attractive for the implementation of logistics activities mainly in terms of technical infrastructure and delivery times. At the same time, against European competition, Poland is currently one of the most attractive locations in terms of renting warehouse and logistics due to the location of logistics centres in central Poland.
    Celem badań było dokonanie oceny atrakcyjności logistycznej Polski dla wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych inwestorów w wymiarze uwarunkowań krajowych, międzynarodowych i globalnych, z ukierunkowaniem na tworzenie centrów logistycznych. Poza ogólnie dostępnymi danymi statystycznymi, w badaniach wykorzystano wskaźniki wydajności logistycznej, Indeks Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Service Location Index and Global Service Location Index. Przeprowadzone analizy stanowiły podstawę identyfikacji obszarów wymagających usprawnienia w celu zwiększenia wydajności logistycznej Polski na tle światowej konkurencji. W oparciu o otrzymane wyniki, na tle światowych rynków Polska oceniana została jako atrakcyjna dla realizacji działalności logistycznej głównie pod względem infrastruktury technicznej oraz czasu dostaw. Jednocześnie, na tle konkurencji europejskiej, Polska stanowi obecnie jedną z najbardziej atrakcyjnych lokalizacji pod względem wynajmowania powierzchni magazynowo-logistycznych z uwagi na lokalizację centrów logistycznych w centralnej Polsce.

    The research aimed to assess Supply Chain Management (SCM) in small and medium enterprises in Kazakhstan and Poland, and, more specifically, identify similarities and differences in the approach to the SCM concept in selected countries. The research methodology was based on ANOVA analysis comparing samples of contemporary SMEs operating in Poland and Kazakhstan. Primary data was collected using the CAWI quantitative method and then studied using the ANOVA statistical data analysis method. The research results demonstrated similar involvement in the implementation of the concept with significant differences in some areas, such as cost reduction and focus on end customers. The concept of Supply Chain Management is a very common subject of theoretical and practical analysis. Even though research efforts in this area indicate the positive effects of the implemented concept, most of them concern large organisations. The research results showed similar involvement in the implementation of the concept, although significant differences were found in selected areas, such as cost reduction and focus on end customers.

    In the present paper the authors address the importance of forward-thinking in terms of career management among youths. Because the youth - perceived as a central section of the future evolution - must develop both in terms of personal and professional features, the authors approached aspects regarding youths’ interest on employment fields and their propensity towards future development. The study approached within the present paper was carried out through “Be active, get involved!” project, which took place between 2015 and 2016; the study itself represent a subaction of “Career counselling and guidance” activity carried out within the project.This article provides to readers the opportunity to create a picture regarding youths’ propensity to early career management and their interest on future employment fields.
    W niniejszym artykule autorzy zwracają uwagę na znaczenie myślenia przyszłościowego w zakresie zarządzania karierą wśród młodzieży. Ponieważ młodzież - postrzegana jako centralna część przyszłej ewolucji - musi rozwijać się zarówno pod względem cech osobistych, jak i zawodowych, autorzy podeszli do aspektów dotyczących zainteresowania młodzieży dziedzinami zatrudnienia i ich skłonnością do przyszłego rozwoju. Badanie, którego dotyczyła niniejsza praca, zostało zrealizowane poprzez projekt "Bądź aktywny, angażuj się!", który miał miejsce w latach 2015-2016; samo badanie stanowi część działania "poradnictwa i doradztwa zawodowego" realizowanego w ramach projektu. Artykuł ten zapewnia czytelnikom możliwość stworzenia obrazu dotyczącego skłonności młodzieży do wczesnego zarządzania karierą i zainteresowania przyszłymi obszarami zatrudnienia.

    Efficient management of supply chains consists in particular in ensuring possibly highest quality of customer service and striving for minimization of the costs generated by flow between the links. Typical cause of constantly increasing costs is excessive inventory levels throughout the chain. The reason for this situation is maladjustment of the level of supply to the level of demand in the market, which results in surplus stock. The starting point for reduction in inventory levels is forecasting of demand in the market through market prognoses in cooperation with all the links in the supply chain. Therefore, in the aspect of demand forecasting, the character of data flow and the type of cooperation between the links is essential.
    Efektywne zarządzanie łańcuchami dostaw polega przede wszystkim na zapewnieniu możliwie najwyższej jakości obsługi klienta oraz dążenie do minimalizacji kosztów generowanych przez przepływ pomiędzy jego ogniwami. Typowymi przyczynami stale rosnących kosztów jest nadmierny poziom zapasów w całym łańcuchu. Powodem takiej sytuacji jest niedostosowanie poziomu dostaw do poziomu popytu na rynku, co prowadzi do gromadzenia nadmiernych zapasów. Punktem wyjścia do obniżenia poziomu zapasów jest prognozowanie popytu na rynku poprzez prognozy rynku we współpracy z wszystkimi ogniwami łańcucha dostaw. Dlatego też w aspekcie prognozowania popytu istotne są, charakter przepływu danych jak i rodzaj współpracy między poszczególnymi ogniwami.

    The motivation to take up the subject is a direct link between the stock of spare parts and the system of production capacity. The relationships which exist between the entities, referring to entrepreneurship, constitute a chance for the improvement of the functioning of the enterprise from the executive point of view. The development, which takes place in the area of minimization of stocks using logistics centers, constitutes the source of professional and individual development of people participating in the entrepreneurship process. In the assessment of the entrepreneurship of the entities, the effects of the disturbances may be observed in long, unplanned downtime of the machines and equipment or excessive costs of the maintenance of spare parts stocks. To make this relationship sustainable, it is necessary to search for modern approaches and behavior, which, simultaneously, will allow to reduce the costs of freezing capital and the risk connected with the necessity of possessing them when they are needed. One of solutions of the problem, presented in the paper, is the concept of sharing spare parts stock by a few industrial enterprises using the logistics center, treated as a new entrepreneurial approach, which reflects the process of self-development of the company as well as its employees. The applied concept allows to develop a number of financial and organizational benefits for the users of spare parts, the condition of which is the willingness for cooperation and communication, based on properly adjusted IT system.
    Motywacją podjęcia tematu jest bezpośrednia relacja, w jakiej pozostaje magazyn części zamiennych i system wydajności produkcyjnej. Relacje, jakie mają miejsce pomiędzy podmiotami stanowią w ujęciu przedsiębiorczości szanse na poprawę funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa od strony wykonawczej. Rozwój, jaki się dokonuje w obszarze minimalizacji zapasów przy wykorzystaniu centr logistycznych stanowi źródło rozwoju zawodowego i osobistego osób uczestniczących w procesie przedsiębiorczości. W ocenie podmiotów, skutki zakłóceń można obserwować w długich nieplanowych przestojach maszyn i urządzeń bądź nadmiernych kosztach utrzymywania zapasów części. W celu zrównoważenia tej relacji należy szukać nowoczesnych podejść i zachowań, które pozwolą jednocześnie zminimalizować koszty mrożenia kapitału i ryzyko związane z koniecznością ich posiadania, gdy są potrzebne. Jednym z rozwiązań problemu, przedstawionym w referacie, jest koncepcja współdzielenia zapasu części zamiennych przez kilka przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych za pośrednictwem centrum logistycznego traktowana, jako nowe przedsiębiorcze podejście, które odzwierciedla proces samorozwoju firmy jak i jej pracowników. Wykorzystana koncepcja pozwala na wypracowanie wielu korzyści finansowych i organizacyjnych dla użytkowników części, których warunkiem jest chęć współpracy i komunikacji w oparciu o odpowiednio dostosowany system informatyczny.
