    W epoce globalizacji i międzynarodowej konkurencji potencjał własności intelektualnej pod względem generowania przychodów jest równie istotny jak dostęp do surowców czy oparcie się na bazie przemysłowej. Możliwość pełnego wykorzystania potencjału praw własności intelektualnej zależy od właściwej polityki sprzyjającej innowacjom, które z kolei będą przyciągały inwestycje prowadzące do nowych produktów i usług rozszerzających zapotrzebowanie konsumentów, co pociąga za sobą wzrost gospodarczy i nowe miejsca pracy. Celem artykułu jest analiza doświadczeń sieci Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) w obszarze wsparcia ochrony własności intelektualnej przedsiębiorstw. Jako metodę badawczą przyjęto analizę literaturową, analizę raportów sieci EEN za okres 2013-2014 oraz metodę wizualizacji z wykorzystaniem kartogramu amorficznego.
    In the age of globalization and international competition, the potential of intellectual property in terms of revenue generation is as important as access to raw materials or to an industrial base. The ability to fully exploit the potential of intellectual property rights depends on an appropriate innovation policy, which in turn will attract investment in new products and services that expand consumer demand, which entails growth and jobs. The aim of this article is to present the experience of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) in the area of intellectual property protection of enterprises. As a research method, literature analysis, analysis of EEN network reports for the period 2013-2014 and visualization method using amorphous cartography were accepted.

    Transfer technologii staje się ważnym dynamicznym ruchem stymulującym rozwój gospodarczy. Wraz z rozpoczęciem międzynarodowego transferu technologii tempo postępu technologicznego przyspieszyło w wielu krajach lub regionach. Postęp techniczny stymuluje podział pracy w przemyśle, co pomaga wielu branżom poprawić ich produktywność i zwiększyć konkurencyjność. W konsekwencji prowadzi to do zmiany przewagi komparatywnej kraju i zmienia możliwości międzynarodowej konkurencji. Transfer technologii powoduje zmiany w strukturze przemysłowej i wpływa bezpośrednio lub pośrednio na strukturę przemysłową zarówno pod względem produkcji, jak i popytu. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wybranych charakterystyk kształtowania się usług świadczonych przez sieć Enterprise Europe Network (EEN).
    Technology transfer becomes an important dynamic movement that stimulates economic development. With the start of international technology transfer, the pace of technological progress has accelerated in many countries or regions. Technical progress stimulates the division of labour in industry, which helps many industries to improve their productivity and increase their competitiveness. Consequently, this leads to a change in the comparative advantage of the country and changes the possibilities of international competition. Technology transfer will cause changes in the industrial structure and affect directly or indirectly the industrial structure both in terms of production and demand. The aim of the article is to present selected characteristics of shaping the services provided by the Enterprise Europe Network.

    The Energy Hub concept can be defined as a central point where multiple energy carriers meet and the corresponding energy flows can be processed, conditioned, stored and ultimately distributed according to demand requirements in an optimal manner. The energy node modeling concept describes the relationship between input and output energy flows and can be used to optimize energy consumption during planning and operation. The hub can store surplus energy generated by photovoltaics for a long time and cover electricity and heat needs, even during periods of high demand or low renewable production. The research goal of the article is primarily to present the concept of innovation in the field of energy and to identify key energy hubs for the development of the modern economy, as also indicated by one of the authors of the innovation concept, Christensen, who treats distributed energy as the so-called a breakthrough innovation, i.e. one that will gradually replace the classic energy system from the market.

    Innovation networks such as the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) are an important element supporting the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from various economic sec-tors. Their operations focus mainly on organizing brokerage events, business mission conferences, etc. These events are to facilitate networking, learning about new industry trends, or exchanging experiences. The global COVID-19 pandemic has significantly curbed the effectiveness of innovation networks, forcing them to look for new forms of contact. Entrepreneurs from the energy industry who have so far actively participated in events organized by the EEN have also been affected. The article analyzes the impact of EEN pandemic on the activities of the EEN and its effectiveness, focusing mainly on the quantitative aspect of the impact of the crisis. In particular, it shows how the number of events organized, their structure and the effectiveness of EEN’s activities have changed, which is reflected in the number of cooperation contracts between entrepreneurs participating in the events. The paper compares the impact of the pandemic on the organization of all types of promotional events for companies in the energy industry. Furthermore, based on a case study, the article discusses the problems faced by innovation networks during the pandemic and those faced by companies in the energy industry. The results of the study clearly show a decrease in the number of events organized by innovation networks in times of crisis, but the decrease in energy-related events is not as significant as in events related to other industries. At the same time, the effectiveness of organized events increased.

    Excessive distribution of holdings is one of the most important barriers which causes that in a great part of Poland rational use of farms in impossible. This problem particularly concerns the south and east region of the country. Correct spatial distribution of lands belonging to holdings is one of the most crucial factors that enable an economically profitable activity of these farms. The aim of the paper was verification of the applicability of the prepared spatial data base, farm-land configuration of agricultural plots of the selected agricultural farms to indicate the areas of optimization of the internal transport. As a result, based on the developed spatial data base, an impact of the land configuration of agricultural plots in the investigated group of agricultural producers on organization of the field transport between the holding and agricultural plots was determined. The scope of the paper covered a vegetable producer group, which associates 5 farms that have in total 620 ha of agricultural land.
    Nadmierne rozdrobnienie gospodarstw jest jedną z najważniejszych barier, która uniemożliwia racjonalne użytkowanie gruntów w dużej części obszaru Polski. Problem ten szczególnie mocno dotyczy południowo-wschodnich regionów kraju. Prawidłowe przestrzenne rozmieszczenie gruntów gospodarstw jest jednym z najważniejszych czynników umożliwiających prowadzenie przez te gospodarstwa opłacalnej ekonomicznie działalności. Celem pracy było zweryfikowanie aplikacyjności wykonanej przestrzennej bazy danych, rozłogu działek rolnych wybranej grupy producentów rolnych, w celu wskazania obszarów optymalizacji transportu wewnętrznego. W efekcie na podstawie wykonanej przestrzennej bazy danych określono wpływ rozłogu działek rolnych w badanej grupie producentów rolnych na organizację transportu polowego pomiędzy siedzibą gospodarstwa a działkami rolnymi. Zakresem pracy objęto grupę producentów warzyw, która zrzesza 5 gospodarstw rolnych, posiadających łącznie 620 ha użytków rolnych.
