    Artykuł poświęcony jest prawdzie pracy z językiem w esejach Herty Müller. Autora interesuje to, w jaki sposób i dokąd prowadzi Noblistkę jej doświadczenie pierwotnej nieprzystawalności słowa do rzeczy, jak rzutuje ono na widzenie samego fenomenu rozumienia literatury, jaki obraz pisania wywodzi w swojej refleksji autorka Nizin. Uwagi Müller analizowane są w kontekście filozofii języka źródłowego. Takie komparatystyczne ujęcie prowadzi do próby określenia tego, jakie formuły tożsamości języka i rzeczywistości odnajdziemy w esejach niemieckiej Noblistki.
    The paper focuses on the truth of language work in Herta Müller’s essays. The author is interested in what way and where the experience of the primal discrepancy between a word and a thing leads the essayist, how it affects her understanding of literature, and what kind of a picture of writing stems from her considerations. Müller’s observations are analysed in the context of the philosophy of the source language. Such a comparative approach leads to an attempt of determining what formulas of language identity and reality can be found in the essays of the German Noble prize-winner.
    Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrags steht der Umgang mit Sprache in den Essays von Herta Müller. Der Autor des Aufsatzes interessiert sich dafür, wie und wohin die Ur-Erfahrung der Diskrepanz zwischen Wort und Ding die Essayistin führt, wie diese sich auf ihr Literaturverständnis auswirkt und welches Bild von Schrift sich aus ihren Überlegungen ergibt. Müllers Beobachtungen werden im Zusammenhang mit der Philosophie der Ausgangssprache analysiert. Die vergleichende Methode erlaubt herauszufinden, welches Konzept von Sprachidentität und Wirklichkeit sich in den Essays der deutschen Nobelpreisträgerin finden lässt.

Celem komparatystycznej lektury utworów jest tyleż wskazanie podobieństw w kreowaniu rzeczywistości u polskiego i szwajcarskiego prozaika, co usytuowanie estetyki autora Pierścienia z papieru i twórcy Rodzeństwa Tanner w perspektywie filozoficznej (motyw nieokreśloności, zjawisko entropii). Szerokich kontekstów i inspiracji autor poszukuje przede wszystkim w dziele Françoisa Julliena.
    The paper analyzes two short stories: Deszcz by Zygmunt Haupt and Little landscape with snow by Robert Walser, which seem marginal in terms of their works. The two stories share the anti-essentialist vision of the world. The aim of the comparative analysis is to identify similarities in creating reality, as well as situating the two works in the philosophical context (vagueness and entropy), especially by François Jullien.

    Adrian Gleń De(con)struction of the Subject as an Epistemological Proposal. Bialoszewski and Heidegger What one may consider as the most significant contribution of Martin Heidegger to the paradigm of modern thought is the anxiety that prompted the ontological analysis in Sein and Zeit and then found its full expression in the philosopher's later writings. This anxiety can be defined as the necessity of formulating the appropriate philosophical apparatus suitable for the task that had been neglected in the European metaphysical tradition: the asking of the question of Being. The article is an attempt at delineating a parallel between Heidegger's ontological question and Bialoszewski's poetical writings. Focusing on the question of Being as an opening, as an invitation extended towards the thinking subject, the argument presents Bialoszewski's poetry as an illustration of what Heidegger names the call of Being, the gift of revelation of Being to Dasein and the possibilities of its acceptance. The author argues that a certain reception Bialoszewski's poetry allows its reader to experience the revelation of Being more directly, thus bringing, at least partially, Heideggerian theoretical dimension into the epistemological, pragmatic experience.

    The paper consists of the review of a number of academic approaches to interdisciplinary research as represented by the Polish theorists of literature (Andrzej Hejmej, Michał P. Markowski, Ryszard Nycz). On the example taken from Tadeusz Nowak’s novel A jak królem, a jak katem będziesz, the author attempts to identify the nature of the close relations between anthropological and literary discourses, where the border line between them lies, and, consequently, what benefits for literary studies stem from anthropological readings.

    The text tackles the question of the phenomenon of being, one of the crucial issues in Mitosz's late poetry. The author analyzes Mitosz's various strategies of constructing and deconstructing the subject, and interprets them as conscious acts which make man's perception of Being possible. At the article's core stands the poet's inter-semiotic dialogue with Martin Heidegger's philosophy of language as set around the question of the articulation of existence in the poetic word.

    The text is an attempt to indicate innovatory terminological solutions and their critical reception of the so-called cultural theory of literature, being formed in the last decade, on the basis of the last proposal included in Poetyka doświadczenia (“Poetics of Experience”) by Ryszard Nycz. The author of the essay concentrates on the fundamental humanistic notions, for example experiencing, happening, paradigmaticality, interdisciplinarity in the studies into literature or intertextuality, which, from this viewpoint, are subject to redefinition and a kind of conceptualization. A separate place in these considerations is occupied by the comparison of the stance of the author of Sylwy współczesne with the recent writings of Michał Paweł Markowski and the argument with the analysis of specific case studies included in the ending of Poetics of Experience.

    W artykule podjęto próbę rozpoznania strategii autobiograficznych prezentacji obecnych w twórczości Juliana Kornhausera. Autor stara się opisać fragmenty biografii autora Origami, skupiając się na charakterystycznych dla poety sposobach dyskretnego mówienia o sobie (dystans narracyjny, rozdźwięk pomiędzy narratorem a bohaterem, ukrywanie zarówno postaci bohatera, jak i rzeczywistych osób pod zasłoną inicjału). Punktem wyjścia dla rozważań i głównym przedmiotem opisu jest proza autobiograficzna Dom, sen i gry dziecięce Juliana Kornhausera, której lektura konfrontowana jest z zapiskami autobiograficznymi opublikowanymi przez syna poety, Jakuba, na łamach czasopism literackich. Ważny element całej rekonstrukcji stanowi również badanie krytycznoliterackiej recepcji i rekonstrukcji prawdy o egzystencji autora Kamyka i cienia.
    The article attempts to investigate Julian Kornhauser’s autobiographical strategies in his writings. The author endeavors to interpret the fragments of the poet’s biography, focusing on his typical manner of intimate addressing himself (narrative distance, discrepancy between the narrator and the persona, concealing characters under the veil of the cipher). The starting point for these considerations, as well as the main object of this paper, is Kornhauser’s autobiographical prose entitled A Home, a Dream, and Child’s Plays [Dom, sen i gry dziecięce]. Its reading is juxtaposed with the autobiographical notes published in literary periodicals by Jakub Kornhauser, the poet’s son. The whole project is also possible due to the examination of the critical reception and the reconstruction of the truth about Kornhauser’s life.

    Artykuł stanowi wstępne rozpoznanie terytorium tej części twórczości poetyckiej Juliana Kornhausera, w której znajdziemy utwory, w jakich cisza odgrywa rolę zarówno kompozycyjną, teoriopoznawczą, jak i strukturalno-tematyczną. Rozważania osnute zostają wokół kategorii wymilczania obecnej w późnych pismach Martina Heideggera, w tzw. projekcie sygetyki. Oprócz tego kontekstu autor próbuje także zarysować płaszczyzny, na których podejmować można namysł nad ciszą w wierszu (i ciszą wierszy). W celu uporządkowania owych perspektyw proponuje się nazwać je roboczo: tematyczną (1), poetologiczną (2), formalną (3); kontekstualną (4) oraz gatunkową (5). W ich właśnie obrębie umieszczone zostają rozważania o roli i miejscu zjawiska ciszy w twórczości poetyckiej Juliana Kornhausera.
    The article offers some introductory considerations on this part of Julian Kornhauser’s poetic oeuvre that comprises the texts with silence in its diverse functions: compositional, theoretical, structural, and thematic. These considerations are based on the category of muteness as found in Martin Heidegger’s late works, that is, in the sigetics project. Additionally, the author endeavours to describe the levels on which researching silence in a poem (and poems’ silence) is justified. As a result, five working perspectives are proposed: (1) thematic, (2) poetologic, (3) formal, (4) contextual, and (5) generic. They become the frames for the discussion about the significance and place of silence in Julian Kornhauser’s poetry.
