Opis:: Dynamic control of logistic processes enterprise translates to optimize decision-coordinating supply chain. In the approach, taking into account the factors of process capability, the proposed approach is to determine the risk level of deliveries. Based on the risk maps of delivery you can determine whether there is interference and in which period took place. On this basis it is possible to make some corrective actions or corrective stabilizing the delivery process.

Opis:: The present work discusses the problem of creating products innovative in terms of ecology, so that they should have little impact on the environment. The paper presents the concept of eco-design development with the application of the LCA analysis, using a division into stages corresponding to the two parts of the product life cycle. The proposition involves solving the inverse problem of LCA as an element that allows us to perform a certain kind of optimization within the eco-design process.

Opis:: The level of technology that constitutes the resources of individual countries is an important attribute of development. It is therefore necessary to create new solutions and to empower enterprises with new innovative technologies, preferably derived from endogenous sources. People who are well-educated and young are the most creative and their ideas constitute the beginning of the commercialization processes. The protection of intellectual property facilitates the implementation of these processes, whose outcomes include products that in many cases demonstrate the features of inclusiveness. This paper presents the importance of the actions of patent offices in areas related to the protection of intellectual property with regards to development that brings universal benefits.

Opis:: The methodology to assess technology readiness is currently the key instrument in supporting the decisions to finance research and development projects. It was originally used in the area of aviation and space technologies, where the requirements connected with reliability and resilience to extremely difficult conditions are very high. Nowadays the methodology is used in Poland in the evaluation of research and development activities related to commercial market that is characterized by massive diversity. The need to apply this methodology in the process of commercializing new products is indicated in this study.
