    Celem artykułu jest ukazanie problemów decyzyjnych w procesie kształtowania systemu logistycznego współczesnych przedsiębiorstw sektora TSL. W artykule opisano przedmiot działalności przedsiębiorstw sektora TSL. Zaprezentowano system logistyczny przedsiębiorstw świadczących usługi logistyczne. Przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych, dotyczących wybranych aspektów współpracy badanych przedsiębiorstw z przedsiębiorstwami z sektora TSL oraz zarządzania procesami logistycznymi w przedsiębiorstwach usługowych. Opisano proces kreowania przewagi konkurencyjnej współczesnych przedsiębiorstw z sektora usług logistycznych.
    The purpose of this article is to show decision-making problems in the process of shaping a logistics system of contemporary enterprises of the sector of logistics services. The study describes the object of economic activity of enterprises of the sector of logistics services. A logistics system of enterprises providing logistics services has been presented. The author presented results of own research concerning selected aspects of cooperation of the surveyed enterprises with enterprises of the sector of logistics services and management of logistics processes in service enterprises. The process of creating a competitive advantage of contemporary enterprises of the logistics service sector has been described.

    Celami artykułu są analiza i ocena systemów informacji wspomagających zarządzanie procesami logistycznymi w badanych przedsiębiorstwach i ich łańcuchach dostaw. Zaprezentowano w nim teoretyczne aspekty systemów informacyjnych wykorzystywanych w zarządzaniu logistyką. Opisano metodologię badań i dokonano skrótowej charakterystyki badanej populacji. Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące systemów informacji wykorzystywanych w procesie zarządzania logistyką w badanych przedsiębiorstwach i ich łańcuchach dostaw.
    The aim of the article is the analysis and assessment of information systems supporting management of logistics processes in the surveyed enterprises and their supply chains. The article presents theoretical aspects of information systems used in logistics management. It describes a research methodology, shows a brief characteristic of examined population and presents results of the research on information systems used in the process of logistics management in the surveyed enterprises and their supply chains.

    The purpose of this article is to analyse logistics outsourcing and assess its influence on the results of contemporary companies on the basis of the selected Polish manufacturing and trading enterprises. The theoretical part constitutes an introduction to the issue of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing and trading enterprises - it shows the concept, essence and determinants of outsourcing the logistics processes in contemporary companies. The analytical part of the study presents the most important issues associated with logistics outsourcing in the surveyed enterprises and also includes an attempt to assess its influence on the performance of the surveyed companies. The results of empirical research presented in this study come from a more extensive study conducted in 2014 through a direct interview concerning logistics processes of Polish manufacturing and trading enterprises.

    Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena wpływu outsourcingu logistycznego na proces doskonalenia efektywności współczesnych przedsiębiorstw na podstawie wybranych produkcyjnych, handlowych i usługowych firm. W pierwszej części scharakteryzowano outsourcing logistyczny oraz opisano paradygmat efektywności w zakresie systemu logistycznego przedsiębiorstwa. W drugiej części zaprezentowano metodykę badań i dokonano skrótowej charakterystyki badanej populacji. Podjęto próbę analizy i oceny wpływu outsourcingu logistycznego na proces doskonalenia efektywności badanych przedsiębiorstw.
    The aim of the article is to analyse and evaluate the influence of logistics outsourcing on the process of improving the effectiveness of contemporary enterprises on the basis of the selected manufacturing, trade and service companies. The first part characterizes outsourcing of logistics processes and describes the paradigm of effectiveness in terms of the logistics system of an enterprise. The second part presents methodology of the research and a brief characteristic of the examined population. An attempt to analyse and evaluate the influence of logistics outsourcing on the process of improving the effectiveness of the surveyed enterprises has been made.

    The aim of the article is to show the process of shaping competitive advantage of an enterprise providing logistics services. The study presents a general characteristic of logistics service providers and describes conditions of operation of contemporary enterprises providing logistics services. The process of shaping competitive advantage of contemporary logistics service providers has been displayed. The article has been written on the basis of the study of literature, research conducted by various research centres and own empirical research.

    The aim of the study was to develop a method of laparoscopic embryo transfer in pigs and to compare different variants of this method. Two catheter diameters (1.6 mm and 1.0 mm), the method and site of embryo deposition (oviduct or uterus), the embryo development stage (2 – 4 cell or blastocyst), the method for oviduct or uterus stabilization, the potential for cryopreserved embryo transfer, the developmental potential of the embryos after transfer to the oviduct, patomorphology of the oviduct after transfer and possible clinical complications were taken into consideration. Two studies compared two variants of transfer to the uterus, and five variants of transfer to the fallopian tube. The transfer of embryos by the infundibulum may be of limited use due to handling problems and very low efficiency (pregnancy was not achieved). Very low efficiency was shown after transfer of vitrified embryos. Transfer to the fallopian tube by puncture of the fallopian tube, regardless of the developmental stage of the embryo, is the recommended method of embryo transfer. The histopathological examination of the fallopian tube revealed possible changes within the puncture site. The numerous clinical complications observed did not affect the effectiveness of the method.
