Opis:: The paper discusses the issue of the development of the market of traditional food products in the Lubuskie province. Legal and institutional aspects of the development of the market are presented and the significance of the system of the European Union is stressed. The analysis was carried out from the point of view of sustainable development of the sector and according to the product structure as well as location of selected elements of the system of distribution. The aim of the paper is to identification and structuring of traditional food products in the Lubuskie region. Types of traditional products manufactured and sold on the market are presented, the research was conducted on the basis of secondary sources by means the analysis of information provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in the years 2006-2020. Changes which have taken place in the system of distribution are shown, and in particular local market places offering direct contact between producers and consumers of regional products. The analysis demonstrates increased interest in this market among regional producers.

Opis:: The article deals with the issue of supporting the technological modernization of agriculture by investing in infrastructure surrounding the farms with the use of a financial instrument in the form of the Rural Development Program (RDP) based on the Lubuskie Voivodeship. The article describes, among other things, the importance of infrastructure and support for its development in rural areas in the process of functioning and modernization of the agricultural sector. For the purposes of the article, the data obtained from the Department of Rural Development Programs of the Lubuskie Marshal’s Office on expenditure and effects of RDP use in 2007-2020, in infrastructure investments in rural areas of the Lubuskie Voivodeship was analysed. In the article, the authors attempted to present the instrument in the form of the Rural Development Program as a tool for indirect impact on the process of modernization and transformation of agriculture in the Lubuskie Voivodeship, primarily by changing the infrastructural conditions for the functioning and development of agricultural production in rural areas.

Opis:: Jednym z celów Dyrektywy MIFID II było ograniczenie konfliktów interesów oraz missellingu pomiędzy dystrybutorami instrumentów finansowych a klientami detalicznymi. Nowością było ograniczenie zakresu wypłacania „zachęt” przez towarzystwa funduszy inwestycyjnych dystrybutorom instrumentów finansowych. W artykule opisano nowe praktyki powstałe na rynku dystrybucji instrumentów finansowych po wdrożeniu Dyrektywy MIFID II oraz wyniki pogłębionej ankiety przeprowadzonej wśród profesjonalistów rynku finansowego. Autorzy dowodzą, że Dyrektywa MIFID II zwiększyła liczbę regulacji dla dystrybutorów instrumentów finansowych, wzmocniła ochronę klientów detalicznych (szczególnie inwestorów indywidualnych), ale z drugiej strony ograniczyła zakres oferty i (w związku z ograniczeniem „zachęt”) pogorszyła sytuację dystrybutorów niepowiązanych z grupami bankowymi.
The aim of the MIFID II Directive was to reduce conflicts of interest and misselling between distributors of financial instruments and specially protected individual investors. One of the changes was a restriction of paying “inducements” by investment fund companies (TFI) to distributors of financial instruments. The article describes the new practices that arose in the financial instrument distribution market after the implementation of the MIFID II Directive and the results of the authors’ in-depth survey conducted among the financial market professionals. The authors argue that the MIFID II Directive increased the amount of regulation for distributors of financial instruments, strengthened the protection of the individual investor, but, on the other hand, limited the range of offerings and worsened the situation of distributors not affiliated with banking groups.

Opis:: In the research process, homogeneous groups of voivodeships and the determinants of regional development were identified. The hierarchical method with Ward's algorithm and the k-means clustering method were employed for two periods, 2015 and 2018. In order to identify the determinants of development, an iterative multidimensional ranking method was used. The results of the research suggested that 16 voivodeships were divided into two groups, * The paper presents personal opinions of the authors and does not necessarily reflect the official position of the Narodowy Bank Polski.
W procesie badawczym wyodrębniono jednorodne grupy województw oraz determinanty rozwoju regionów. Wykorzystano metodę hierarchiczną z algorytmem Warda i metodę k-średnich dla dwóch okresów: roku 2015 i roku 2018. W celu wyodrębnienia determinant rozwoju została zastosowana iteracyjna metoda rangowania wielowymiarowego. Uzyskane wyniki badań sugerują podział 16 województw na dwie grupy, w których wskazano liderów o największym potencjale. Utworzono listę determinant o największej i najmniejszej dynamice. Rezultaty analizy mogą być wykorzystane przez samorządy wojewódzkie i potencjalnych inwestorów na rynku nieruchomości. Dokonano także analizy statystycznej opartej o wyniki badania koniunktury w budownictwie, głównym celem porównania jest wskazane różnic z okresu przed pandemią COVID-19 oraz w czasie trwania pandemii. Według GUS rok 2020 zdominowali pesymiści w ocenie zarówno barier ograniczających prowadzenie działalności, jak i aktualnej i przyszłej sytuacji przedsiębiorstw.
