The parable of the Good Samaritan has at its center a virtue: mercy. His “ethós” is found in “compas- sion”, as an arethological experience, induced by the Desvalido (semi-living). The moral demands of daily practice seem to be best expressed in the language of “virtue”, it will be necessary to recognize that the rapid development of biomedical progress produces an ever-increa- sing problem, driven by the solution of which moral and sensitivity is not sufficient. the willingness to operate for the good of the patient. On the other hand, the reference to “virtue” is a constitutive element of moral experience, in such a way that the principialist approach cannot be taken for gran- ted, but the effectiveness and performance of the principles themselves depend on the disposition of the character of those who act.

Freedom play a central role in Kant’s ethics, because the possibility of moral judgment presupposes it. In my responsibility that answers for the freedom of the other (helpless), in the astonishing human fraternity in which fraternity according the Good Samaritan, would not by itself explain the respon- sibility between separated beings it calls for. The freedom of the other (destitute) could never begin in my freedom (Samaritan). The responsibility for the other, according Lévinas, cannot have begun in my commitment, the I am here by Samaritan or in my decision. The responsibility for the other (autrui) is the locus in which is situated the nonplace of subjectivity from Samaritan to the Helpeness on the Road. In the Good Samaritan parable there is a very important relationship between the faith, mercy, and hope, according the spklancnophanic convolutions of the Samaritan. This story nnarrated by Jesus Christ is dialectically founded upon these three pillars which define a newe plesiologic aretology and refers a new poietic ethics by the new paradigm of splancnophanic aretology. And Jesus Christ des- cribes the sense of the Helpless at the Roadside (Lc 10, 25–37). In the Health Humanization there is a very significant splacnophanic deliberation because we have a role to the physician and others health technicians in the Rodside by the Helpless, tha is Jesus Christ.

According to the philosopher of three critics, hospitality postulates the immanent sense of feeling of respect for the natural law basis of the same hospitality that presents, according to the thinker of Koenigsberg, as not being the result of any external conditions, the sensitive area, but preferably, appears as inner feeling that occurs by reason. Meanwhile, the hospitality depends on the magnitude and direction of “Practical Reason” ( Vernunft praktische ). The host comes from the exercise of moral law. The hospitality, according to the philosopher of Koenigsberg, is according to the autonomy of the will ( Wille ). However, our position relates to hospitality, the thought of pure philosophy, as a heteronomy of the Other as stranger or host. In view of Kant, the hospitality is a deontologism to the host. The Kantian abroad is not an absolutely Other, but a citizen of the world regardless of what their origin, their territorial origin. She should be treated as a person,as an end in itself. In fact, the act that constitutes the meaning of hospitality should be a motivated act rationally. The place of universal hospitality is the Earth’s surface. The common possession of the surface of the earth is therefore a right. In this Kantian hospitality there is a duty, but as understood as an expression of culture, that was expressed by Derrida.

Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle, which he announced in 1927, grow out of his attempts to explain some of the quantum mechanics peculiari- ties. This principle holds that it is impossible to determine simultaneously, with any certainty, the position, and the particle’s momentum, the more accurately the investigator determines one,the less accurate by he can know the other, according to the metric expression: ∆x ⋅ ∆px ≥ h . On this article I aim the philosophical certainty of Quantum Mechanics, because one effect of Heisenberg’s research was to transform some physical laws into probability’s statements.

The hospitality, according to Derrida's thought, is a "to-come" of friend- ship and will be a "to-come" the host. Naturally, the friendship can determine the hospitality, making it stronger and more effective. Indeed, Derrida over- come the aporias of hospitality through the concept of teleia philia (friend- ship perfection), which is derived from the Aristotelian thought, how can one describe the thinking of the philosopher: "the presence of friends, however, seem to have a mixed nature . See friends is affable greatly when it passes a miserable time, ... ". Hospitality is a "relationship of otherness", which has nothing to do with indifference. A friendship forms the hospitality, as the antithesis of hospitality is the "kenosis" of the Other, as a desire for destruction, a certain "momentum fanatic", which undermines the hospitality.
