    Opis:
    Effective management of land resources requires implementing suitable policies and tools enabling a sustainable approach towards the improvement of the structure of farms, the acquisition of agricultural properties, their subdivision, as well as other procedures concerning the use and turnover of agricultural land. Proper analytical basis for managerial decisions includes procedures concerning estimation of land value.. The estimation of agricultural real estate in Poland generally takes place using a comparative approach, however, an alternative to the valuation process is allowed - the land valuation index method, which falls under the mixed approach. The purpose of the following paper is to verify the effectiveness of the land valuation index method in the context of the changing prices of agricultural real estates in Poland over the years. Moreover, there is widespread recognition that the estimation indices depend on the data of the real estate cadastre, as well as on the location of the real estate differentiated by its affiliation to a given tax district. As emhasised in the literature, the validity of the cadastral data is sometimes problematic and the state disclosed in the cadastre very often differs from the actual state. For the purposes of the following publication, examples of situations occurring in practice and affecting the reliability of the cadastral data on the basis of which the determination of the value of real estate is carried out were also indicated.

    Opis:
    Fulfilling the required prerequisites for acquisitive prescription (usucaption) such as uninterrupted possession and the lapse of time results in the acquisition of ownership. Both, in the stage of examining the case in respect of fulfilling the prerequisites for acquisitive prescription as well as in the stage of adjudicating in court proceedings, contemporary and archive surveying and photogrammetric evidence plays a vital role. There are situations when the socalled “acquisitive prescription map”, prepared by a licensed land surveyor, showing the area being the subject of the petition and the state of cadastral boundaries as of the day of acquiring the ownership right, is necessary. The aim of this paper is the analysis of the applicability of present and archival aerial photos, maps, especially cadastral orthophotomaps and other documents gathered in the state geodetic and cartographic resource as a proof of holding an immovable, justifying the data of acquiring the right by acquisitive prescription and showing the scope of possession. In fact, the combined analysis of all the above-mentioned evidence accessible for a given area gives complete information about a property being in its entirety or in part a matter of proceedings for ascertaining the acquisition of the ownership of a real property by acquisitive prescription. Moreover, this publication describes some of the problems encountered in the professional practice of court experts during preparation of acquisitive prescription maps.
    Spełnienie wymaganych przesłanek zasiedzenia, jakimi są: nieprzerwane posiadanie oraz upływ czasu, skutkuje nabyciem prawa własności. Zarówno na etapie rozpoznawania sprawy pod kątem spełnienia przesłanek zasiedzenia, jak i orzekania istotną rolę odgrywają współczesne i archiwalne materiały geodezyjne oraz fotogrametryczne. Na potrzeby niektórych postępowań sądowych niezbędna jest, sporządzona przez uprawnionego geodetę, tzw. mapa do zasiedzenia, zawierająca w swej treści obszar objęty posiadaniem, a będący przedmiotem wniosku, wskazująca stan granic na dzień nabycia prawa. Celem niniejszej publikacji jest analiza przydatności archiwalnych zdjęć lotniczych, map i innych dokumentów zgromadzonych w państwowym zasobie geodezyjnym i kartograficznym jako dowodów świadczących o okoliczności władania nieruchomością, uzasadniających datę nabycia prawa przez zasiedzenie oraz obrazujących zasięg posiadania. W rzeczywistości łączna analiza wszystkich dostępnych materiałów dotyczących przedmiotowego obszaru daje kompletną informację na temat nieruchomości będącej w całości lub w części przedmiotem postępowania o stwierdzenie nabycia własności nieruchomości przez zasiedzenie. W publikacji opisane zostały ponadto wybrane problemy napotykane w praktyce sporządzania map do zasiedzenia.

    Climate change is causing humanity to think increasingly about moving away from traditional energy sources, which are one of the causes of the greenhouse effect. The sun is of particular interest as a source of clean energy. The interest in solar energy causes that increasing number of people start to discuss the need to implement registers that gather information about the energy potential of specific parts of the space we live in. In addition, there is also a talk of simultaneously registering solar energy installations. Since, in the age of globalisation, the compilation of such databases should be standardised, the authors attempt to answer the following research questions in their presentation: (i) what information should be contained in databases that collect information on solar energy generation; (ii) what functionality should tool for recording and sharing this data have? These were answered by reviewing and analysing solutions worldwide.
    Obserwowane zmiany klimatu powodują, że ludzkość coraz intensywniej myśli o odejściu od tradycyjnych źródeł energii, które są jednym z powodów efektu cieplarnianego. Szczególnym zainteresowaniem, jako źródło czystej energii, darzone jest Słońce. Zainteresowanie energią słoneczną powoduje, że coraz częściej zaczyna dyskutować się o potrzebie wdrożenia rejestrów gromadzących informacje o potencjalne energetycznym jaki posiadają konkretne fragmenty przestrzeni, w której żyjemy. Dodatkowo, mówi się także o jednoczesnym zewidencjonowaniu instalacjach służących do pozyskiwania energii solarnej. Ponieważ w dobie globalizacji, sporządzanie takich baz powinno zostać ujednolicone, Autorki w swoim wystąpieniu próbują odpowiedzieć na następujące pytania badawcze: (i) jakie informacje powinny zawierać bazy danych, w których zbierane są informacje dotyczące wytwarzania energii słonecznej?; (ii) jakie funkcjonalności powinny mieć narzędzia do ewidencjonowania i udostępniania tych danych? Odpowiedź na nie była możliwa dzięki przeglądowi i analizie rozwiązań stosowanych na świecie.
