Opis:
The paper discusses the moving of Polish Armed Forces components by means of road transport. The first part justifies the dependency between the mobility of armed components and their efficiency in crisis situations. The main part of the article is concerned with the influence of the different elements of the system, i.e. a person - a vehicle - the surroundings, on the safety of road transport in relation to armed components. The final part of the paper contains an assessment of the current state of these determinants and their influence on the mobility of troops by means of road transport.

Opis:
The contemporary perception of a logistics management system in crisis situations must take into account different conditions and requirements. Experience shows that the construction of a logistics management system should be based on projected operational tasks of the elements of the crisis response system as well as the size of the logistic potential gathered at all levels of crisis management and the national economy. It is extremely important that the management process of logistic support in crisis situations should take place in three phases: assessment of the current logistical situation as well as planning and supervising the realization of tasks. The main way of making use of logistic support management in crisis situations will be through a “tasks mode,” which results from the character of logistic projects, which are always implemented on the basis of the strict balancing of the logistics needs of the community and logistics possibilities. Logistics competencies of the management elements must be properly divided at all organizational levels of the logistics management system and assigned to appropriate positions in the crisis management system of the state.

Artykuł zawiera wyniki badań dotyczące bezpieczeństwu w transporcie kolejowym. Przedstawione w nim zostały najważniejsze aspekty związane z jego zapewnieniem, oraz zadania realizowane przez przedsiębiorstwa transportowe aby poziom tego bezpieczeństwa gwarantował oczekiwaną przez klienta jakość usług transportowych. W artykule wskazano także wpływ dążności do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa na decyzje menadżerskie podejmowane w przedsiębiorstwach transportu kolejowego. Wskazane są w nim także zalecenia mające na celu świadczenie usług na satysfakcjonującym poziomie jakości przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu bezpieczeństwa przy obecnej sytuacji rynkowej.
The article contains the results of the research on safety in the rail transport. It highlights the most important aspects related to its maintenance and tasks carried out by transport companies in order to the level of this safety guarantees the quality of transport services expected by the customer. The article also shows the impact of the strive for ensuring safety on managerial decisions taken in the rail transport companies. It also includes recommendations aimed at providing services at a satisfactory level of quality while maintaining security in the current market situation.

Opis:
Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie uwarunkowań wykonywanego zakresu działań logistycznych podczas obsługi zwrotów i reklamacji oraz ukazanie możliwości wdrożenia nowoczesnych technologii systemowych w zarządzaniu procesami logistycznymi. Podjęty do rozwiązania problem badawczy został sprecyzowany następująco: „W czym przejawia się istota zarządzania procesem logistycznym zwrotów i reklamacji w oparciu o infrastrukturę IT w przedsiębiorstwie?”. Przy opracowaniu artykułu wykorzystano metodę badania treści dokumentów oraz metodę analizy, w tym analizy statystycznej i krytyki piśmiennictwa. W pierwszej części artykułu zaprezentowano wyniki badań dotyczące wymogów i standardów współczesnego zarządzania logistycznego przez pryzmat jego wybranych systemów oraz funkcji i zadań przypisanych tym systemom. Druga, zasadnicza część artykułu dotyczy znaczenia i wymogów wobec infrastruktury IT wykorzystywanej w procesach logistycznych zwrotów i reklamacji. Wyeksponowano w tej części także wpływ środowiska RFID na funkcjonowanie procesów logistycznych zwrotów i reklamacji w przedsiębiorstwach handlowych.
The aim of the article is to identify the conditions of the scope of logistics activities performed during the handling of returns and complaints, and to show the possibility of implementing modern system technologies in the management of logistics processes. The research problem undertaken was specified as follows: "What is the essence of managing the logistics process of returns and complaints based on IT infrastructure in the enterprise?" While preparing the article, the method of examining the content of documents and the method of analysis, including statistical analysis and literature review, were used. The first part of the article presents the results of the research on the requirements and standards of modern logistics management through the prism of its selected systems as well as the functions and tasks assigned to these systems. The second, main part of the article concerns the importance and requirements for IT infrastructure used in the logistics processes of returns and complaints. This section also highlights the impact of the RFID environment on the functioning of logistics processes for returns and complaints in commercial enterprises.
