    The article presents the results of research of a solution to the problem of reducing energy dependency and replacing traditional sources of fuel production to agricultural ones. Nowadays it is very important not only for Ukraine but for most countries of the world. That is why the rapeseed as a row material for biodiesel fuel is a practical alternative being renewable and very productive. The analysis of the current situation of rapeseed growing, its processing and possible trends for the future industry are shown. Factors that can contribute to creating the conditions necessary to support these trends are grounded. Calculation results of rapeseed growing efficiency for bio-energy purposes in agricultural enterprises are displayed. It is proved that the rapeseed growing has the highest efficiency in the variant of its processing for biodiesel.
    Przedstawiono różne warianty rozwiązywania problemu zmniejszenia zależności energetycznej Ukrainy od zewnętrznych źródeł i zastępowania tradycyjnych źródeł produkcji paliwa surowcami pochodzenia rolniczego. Analizowano obecną sytuację w produkcji rzepaku i jego przetwarzaniu na Ukrainie oraz wskazano tendencje i perspektywy rozwoju tej branży. Wskazano czynniki, które mogą sprzyjać stworzeniu warunków potrzebnych dla realizacji tych celów. Przedstawiono także efektywność produkcji rzepaku na cele bioenergetyczne w rolniczych przedsiębiorstwach. Stwierdzono, że najwyższą efektywność uzyskuje się przetwarzając nasion rzepaku na biodiesel.

    Ukraine has already made a number of important steps on the way to the European integration. But they are mostly not quite systematic or incomplete. First of all it concerns agriculture. There are favourable natural conditions in Ukraine but economic and political situation here is an obstacle to its successful development. Agriculture today is the most profitable sector of Ukraine’s economy. It brings the biggest foreign exchange impact of exports of agricultural products and food. So, on the way to European integration we should pay great attention to this sector of the economy. However, it is clear that in future we cannot rely only on the agricultural sector, since in this case there is a real danger to become an agrarian supplement rather than an agrarian country. The more so, that a structure of export of agricultural produce of Ukraine is on a large account unsatisfactory, as raw material prevails in it, and in the structure of its import there are mainly the finished products. In addition, for the necessities of agrarian economy much technique is imported, which makes the prevailing part in the general mass of technology serving this sector. Therefore, the main results of agricultural research, its trends and prospects in terms of European integration are depicted and analyzed in this article. The agriculture and fulfilment of its mission in Ukraine are shown. The analysis results of Ukrainian export and import of agricultural products and food as well as the determination of the present situation causes and the main ways and possibilities of its improvement are presented.

    Some main results of material and technical base in agricultural enterprises in Ukraine modern state investigation are presented and some main tendencies in the processes of its formation are defined. The dynamic and structure of agricultural technique supplying from abroad is shown. Special attention is devoted to the rising role of leadering dealers of agricultural technique producers.     Today the logistics could be an efficient method for increasing the food production and food processing and they could combine all the elements of food production sub-complex into the single chain providing conditions not only for domestic production and consumption of this strategically important products but also provide a great deal of export flows. In our opinion it is logistics that can consolidate separate components of economic mechanism and provide conditions for structural and functional balance and efficient institutional foundations. When operating logistics flows we can develop optimal cause and effect relationship among the elements that would finally create effective system. As a primary step that would enable to achieve a totally new level in logistics for the food production of Ukraine, the new scheme for transformation mechanism of logistics system in food production sub-complex of Ukraine has been suggested. It is based on “virtualization” of material flows among certified food products storehouses.
    Skuteczną technologią podwyższenia efektywności wytwarzania produkcji i produkcji jej przetwarzania jest działalność logistyczna, która na dzień dzisiejszy może zjednoczyć wszystkie elementy każdego produktowego podkompleksu w jedynym łańcuchu i stworzyć warunki nie tylko dla wewnętrznego wytwarzania i konsumpcji jego strategicznie ważnej produkcji, ale i zabezpieczyć potężne strumienie eksportowe. Właśnie logistyka, naszym zdaniem, jest zdatna skonsolidować oddzielne składowe mechanizmu ekonomicznego i stworzyć warunki równowagi strukturalno-funkcjonalnej efektywnego, instytucyjnego środowiska. Wśród pierwszorzędnych przedsięwzięć, pozwalających wejść na jakościowo nowy poziom logistyki, proponuje się nowy schemat mechanizmu transformacji logistycznego systemu w produktowych podkompleksach Ukrainy bazujący na „wirtualizacji” strumieni rzeczowych między certyfikowanymi przechowalniami produktów żywnościowych.
