Opis:
The contribution presents the relationship between the frequency of physical activity during the week and fields of life quality of kindergarden teachers in three mature parts. In the research took part kindergarden teachers from Slovakia (n = 211) who were divided into groups according to their ontogenesis. The life quality was observed with a modified questionnaire SQUALA and the physical activity level frequency during the week. The data is presented by descriptive characteristics (n, M, SD) and statistic importance of differences, let us say relationships which are measured by non-parametric methods (W, U, rs), by the importance level (p<0.05; p<0.10). The results showed the most numerous correlations between the physical activity during the week and fields of life quality of teachers in age group from 36-46 years (middle mature) who do the physical activity M: 3.250 during the week by SD: 2.761. In this group were proved positive correlations with the field of physical well-being (p<0.01), psychosocial well-being (p<0.01), material well-being (p<0.01), education (p<0.10), free time (p<0.05), appearance and property of things (p<0.01). Specially this age is characteristic by reaching the highest goals of physical and mental performance. In the groups of younger and older mature we do not find so many important relationships between the physical activity and some fields of life quality. In these groups we did not find any important correlations of physical activity with physical well-being where the group of young mature reached the same level of physical activity as the group of middle mature. The conclusions show the importance of physical activity in life of kindergarden teachers, they show some possibilities of influencing the life quality through the physical activities but also creating the optimal conditions possibilities to increase the life quality in social environment. The contribution is part of the Ministry of Education grant KEGA 014UKF-4/2013 Improving the quality and level of health of adolescents by means of physical activity in primary and secondary schools.

Opis:
Triathlon is dev eloping very quickly nowadays. In our paper we are interested in cross triathlon. The road bike is replaced by the mtb mountain bike and the run is also done in the mountain. Triathlon is the endurance kind of sport where the AeT’s (aerobical threshold) a nd AnT’s (anaerobical threshold) level is the basic indicator of a sports performance. The curve of the both thresholds changes under the influence of a lot of factors during the year. We studied the influence of the running preparation on the aerobic and anaerobic threshold at the cross triathlon specialist during one year. We monitored the level, especially the changes in the sports performance during the ATC (annual training cycle). We valued the training proccess, the quantization of the training load and its influence on the triathlet’s performance with the intraindividual analysis. We gained the necessary data from the training diary and with help of the tests realized in the laboratory conditions .We detected the speed at the aerobic and anaerobic thr eshold by the running belt. Then we corelated them with the training parameters and we found out the addaction. We followed their actual influence on the performace and the influence of the training paramaters in the time intervals.

Opis:
Introduction: The paper presents the results of the interaction analysis between physical activity (PA), joy of movement (PACES) and areas of quality of life (SQUALA) of high school students with different levels of sport performance and different ages. These factors have wider background. Phenomenon of the subjective assessment “PACES” is stepping to the foreground. “PACES” proves high frequency of interactions with the areas of SQUALA, more than a single volume of PA. Despite of enough PA in week and high level of PACES, no expected interactions with areas of SQUALA in high school students were demonstrated. The low number of positive interactions points to the necessity of monitoring this construct, also in the relation to gender, to different sports level, type of school, region, country and age. Material and Methods: The survey was attended by 16-19 years old (n = 1302) high school students. The quality of life was examined through SQUALA questionnaire, enjoyment of physical activities by the PACES questionnaire and the level of physical activity in hours per week (PAQ) and by sport level. The data are presented by the descriptive characteristics and statistical significance of the differences, respectively the interactions were evaluated by nonparametric methods. Results: The interactions between PA, PACES and SQUALA in high school students with different sports level with different ages have been proven very sporadically. Positive correlations of PA with areas of SQUALA prevails in 18 and 19 years old students. The joy of movement correlates with spiritual well-being in groups of students who carry out the physical activities occasionally and regularly. Positive interactions of joy of movement with physical well-being have not been proven. Negative interactions between the PA, PACES and SQUALA prevails between 16 and 17 years old students. Conclusion: The higher age factor and factor of the regular movement in high school students appears to be very important in this study. The results reaffirm the importance of voluntary and organized physical activities which have potential to raise the level of the joy from the movement in life of high school students.

Opis:
Authors in their contribution deal with the issue of reactive and running agility in sport. Upon constructing the methods of research we assumed that players ́ performances in running agility (Illinois test) should increase with the age of soccer players. W e expected that we shall not prove this tendency in the level of reaction agility (FAC) with regard to the fact that performance in reaction agility is limited, besides motor, also by other prerequisites such as perception, state of receptors, sensoric and autonomous functions, spinal and supraspinal levels of motor system. We also expected that there will be no proved relationship between these tests ́ results in any age category. The level of performance in running and reactive agility increases with age; t he increase is smooth in running agility and cascaded in reactive agility starting with the 14 yrs. category. We also noted a downward tendency in the correlation between running and reactive agility with increasing age. This decline is most evident from t he 14 th year of age. The relationship between running and reaction agility was not observed in the study group from the age of 13. Coaches are recommended to switch over to the specific development of agility using the way of weakening anticipation ability of the player and to replace exercises with closed -loop skills by the ones of open -loop skills.

The report presents the internship analysis results between the p hysical activity during the week and life quality fields in mid and late adolescence of students in different sport level. In the research took part students from secondary schools and universities from Slovakia (n=308). The life quality was observed via m odificated questionnaire SQUALA and the level of the physical activity during the week in hours (PA). The results are presented by descriptive characteristics (n, M, SD) and the statistic importance of differences, relations is rated by non – parametric me thods (W, U, r s ) at the levels of importance (p< 0. 05, p< 0. 20; p = level of significant = p - value = 1%, 5%, 10%, 20%).Positive interactions PA with life quality fields were found in mid adolescence. In the group of active athletes in mid adolescence were pr oved positive interactions with the f ield of physical well - being (p<0. 10), field of appearance and possession of things (p<,01), by occasional athletes with the spiritual field (p< 0. 01) and the field of education (p< 0. 20). In the group of students in late adolescence was proved a positive interaction PA only with the field of material safety (p<0.01).It was repeatedly proved that mid and late adolescence is a very stormy and unstable period of lifetime, mainly when talking about satisfaction with life qual ity. The importance of life quality plays a great role in the lives of adolescents. It was also pointed out that there are possibilities to influence the fields of life quality via physical activities, but especially the importance of creating sufficient c ircumstances to enhance the life quality in social environment of adolescents. The contribution was published via the grant resource MŠ SR KEGA 003UKF - 4/2016.

Opis:
The main aim of the research is to determine the effect of a 5-day-long intensive swimming course on swimmingliteracy for pupils from elementary school. We used a set of four tests of basic swimming skills for establishingthe input and output levels of their swimming skills, which were point-rated and ranked according to theirdifficulty. Pupils attended the swimming course 5 days in a row, each day for 45 minutes and each hour had itsown goals and content. We tested 60 pupils from elementary school with an average age of 9 years. Monitoredchanges in pupils' swimming literacy according to the evaluation scales are compared statistically by Chiquadrate. For the evaluation of practical significance we used the effect size Cramer´s φc (10 small effect size, .30medium effect size, .50 large effect size). By comparison of changes in the input and output results we found thatour tested probands achieved in the output testing reveal statistically significant better results in comparisonwith input testing in each test of basic swimming skills. We consider that the response to a short intensiveswimming course, where pupils were in everyday contact with the water and their instructor, is significantaccording to the results and it can be regarded as a useful tool for the development of children´s basic swimmingliteracy

Opis:
Introduction: This paper shows the impact of effect of the training indicators to the sport performance of the Olympic and world champion in the men's 50-kilometer race-walk Matej Tóth in year training cycles YTC - year training cycles 2013/2014 to YTC 2015/2016. Method: The basis of the analysis were the training volume indicators and the annual sport performance. Nonparametric procedures were chosen according to the assessment of the normality of file layout. Differences between the completed volume were evaluated statistically (Z) and substantively (“r”). The nonparametric algorithm CART was used for the construction of the regression trees. Result: By the CART method were selected training indicators which showed in the individual YTC high tightness with racewalking performance. In the YTC 2013/2014 (50 km 3:36:21 h; 20 km: 1:19:48 h) indicators of tempo endurance, special intensive and extensive tempo endurance has enforced in the model. Peak of the YTC 2014/2015 (50 km 3:34:38 hod; 20 km 1:20:21 hod) were the World Championships in Beijing. Intense special endurance, intense aerobic endurance and extensive tempo endurance have been enforced between the predictors of the walking performance. The training loss in the Olympic YTC 2015/2016 (50km 3:40:58h) had caused the reduced volume of the total load and walk training indicators. The reduced volume was compensated by increased volume of the cross-country skiing, training adds and by the walking at an extensive aerobic rate. This fact was reflected in the low number of regression tree factors. Number of training units and extensive special endurance came to the fore for the 50 km performance. Conclusion: In all YTC the impact of special endurance on sport performance has been proved. The specific periodization YTC showed cumulative effect of rate and aerobic endurance or training units.
