Opis:
Currently, the topic of automation of logistic processes in warehouses is relevant. The article considers a control system of high level for a mobile robot with a differential drive with a maximum payload of 200 kg with motion simulation in the Matlab Simulink software product. Optimal control of drives based on brushless DC motors at the lower level has been developed. The transient time of low level control system is 1.067 seconds. The mobile robot control system in the minimum version consists of ten ultrasonic distance sensors located along the perimeter of the mobile robot body and of eight contrast band sensors.

The article discusses methods for accelerating the operation of convolutional neural networks for autonomous robotics learning. The analysis of the theoretical possibility of modifying the neural network learning mechanism is carried out. Classic semiotic analysis and the theory of neural networks is proposed to union. An assumption is made about the possibility of using the symmetry mechanism to accelerate the training of convolutional neural networks. A multilayer neural network to represent how space is an attempt has been made. The conclusion was based on the laws on the plane obtained earlier. The derivation of formulas turned out to be impossible due to the problems of modern mathematics. A new approach is proposed, which involves combining the gradient descent algorithm and the stochastic completion of convolutional filters by the principles of symmetries. The identified algorithms allow increasing the learning rate from 5% to 15%, depending on the problem that the neural network solves.

The geometric model accuracy is crucial for product design. More complex surfaces are represented by the approximation methods. On the contrary, the approximation methods reduce the design quality. A new alternative calculation method is proposed. The new method can calculate both conical sections and more complex curves. The researcher is able to get an analytical solution and not a sequence of points with the destruction of the object semantics. The new method is based on permutation and other symmetries and should have an origin in the internal properties of the space. The classical method consists of finding transformation parameters for symmetrical conic profiles, however a new procedure for parameters of linear transformations determination was acquired by another method. The main steps of the new method are theoretically presented in the paper. Since a double result is obtained in most stages, the new calculation method is easy to verify. Geometric modeling in the AutoCAD environment is shown briefly. The new calculation method can be used for most complex curves and linear transformations. Theoretical and practical researches are required additionally.

Spiroid gear is one of the progressive varieties of intersecting axis gears. It has a number of advantages: increased overlap coefficient, favourable contact conditions. Spiroid gears are notable for high loading and overloading ability, increased smooth running and less sensitivity to manufacturing and assembly errors, high reliability and durability. The analysis of the results of experiment on research of vibration of the spiroid gear PS-124 has shown, that the vibration level at frequency 200-300 Hz is reduced on 5 dB at increase of the resistance moment up to 1000 Nm at clockwise rotation of the reducer and at increase of the resistance moment up to 800 Nm at counter-clockwise rotation of the reducer. The vibration level at frequency 700-800 Hz is also increased on 5 dB at increase of the resistance moment up to 1000 Nm at clockwise rotation of the reducer and at increase of the resistance moment up to 800 Nm. If these vibration levels are exceeded, a defect is likely to occur. Economic efficiency of application of diagnostics systems is caused by increase of reliability and quality, reduction of accidents, decrease in defects, reduction of idle time of expensive equipment, reduction of expenses for maintenance and repair.

In order to reduce the number and time of layups and to increase the period of effective operation of a mechatronic system it is reasonable to carry out predictive recovery works during one stoppage (repair) for a group of component parts with equal, close or multiple operation hours to the prior-to-failure (limiting) state. Such approach gives also the possibility to carry out recovery works with separate elements in parallel, which allows to reduce the system layup time and to increase the production output.

This paper presents the technology of production of synthetic fibrous materials from PET-row by vertical blowing method. The formation of fibers from the melt of thermoplastics by vertical blowing method is accompanied by complex and specific phenomena, so creation of new progressive technologies, high-performance machines and units for producing such materials is impossible without process modeling, which can significantly reduce the number of natural tests, cost and development time and choose optimal operating modes. The motion of the molten material in the melting unit of the hydrostatic type is determined from the Poiseuille formula. Also in the article proved that the greatest impact on process productivity is made by the melting unit, exactly by outlet radius and the pressure change of compressed air, acting on the molten material surface. The increase in the height of the molten material column in the main cylindrical chamber of melting unit also leads to increase of process productivity.

Drilling with a rotary steerable system, the mechanical drilling speed increases by two times compared to drilling with a screw bottom-hole motor, which provides significant savings drilling-time. The effective length of the horizontal elbow increases, which enables to increase the production rate more than twice. It is found that in comparison with the bottom hole motor, rotary steerable system provides drilling smoother barrel, which reduces the risk of accidents to come out. The dependence between the type of the bent housing and the most rational fields of its application is revealed, recommendations on the choice of the rotary steerable system for various issues of directional drilling are developed.

This study material is an introduction to CNC Machining and Programming is intended to support the essentially practical activity of preparing and proving computer numerical control (CNC) part programs for turning, milling, and drilling. Stroje s počítačovým riadením (Computer Numerical Control – CNC) možno dnes nájsť takmer všade, od malých dielní vo vidieckych komunitách až po veľké spoločnosti. Každý, kto sa podieľa na výrobnom prostredí by si mal byť dobre vedomý možností s týmito sofistikovanými obrábacími a tvárniacimi strojmi. Napr. konštruktér musí mať dostatočné vedomosti o špecifikách „CNC“ kótovania a toleranciách pre obrobky obrábané na CNC strojoch. Nástrojár musí zabezpečiť vybavenie prípravkami a nástrojmi, vrátane držiakov vhodných pre použitie na CNC strojoch. Pracovníci z kontroly kvality by mali pochopiť, že na CNC obrábacích strojoch používaných v rámci svojej spoločnosti treba zodpovedajúcim spôsobom vytvoriť plán kontroly kvality a štatistické riadenie procesu. Personálne riadenie výroby má mať informácie o CNC technológiách tak, aby vytvorili reálne výrobné plány. A je samozrejmé, že CNC programátori, nastavovači, operátori a ďalší pracovníci priamo s CNC zariadeniami im musia dobre rozumieť. Automatizácia je považovaná za jednu z ciest, ako sa udržať na svetových trhoch v podmienkach tvrdej konkurencie, kde možno obstáť len vtedy, ak dokážeme vyrábať lacnejšie, kvalitnejšie a rýchlejšie ako ostatní. Ak chceme dosiahnuť v oblasti malosériovej až strednosériovej výroby zníženie výrobných nákladov, musíme stroje pružne prispôsobiť meniacemu sa sortimentu výrobkov. Takúto pružnosť je možné pri obrábacích strojoch dosiahnuť použitím CNC (Computer Numerical Control) riadených výrobných strojov. CNC stroje patria do skupiny tzv. programovo riadených strojov, ktoré sú charakterizované tým, že zmena výrobného sortimentu, t.j. prechod z jedného typu obrobku na druhý sa uskutočňuje zmenou riadiaceho programu pri skupinovom nastavení nástrojov príp. prípravkov. Treba zároveň spomenúť, že CNC výrobné stroje sú neoddeliteľnou súčasťou inteligentných výrobných systémov, t.z. moderného výrobného procesu, ktorý nesie termín INDUSTRY 4.0. Číslicovo riadené obrábacie stroje najprv používali NC riadiace systémy, zatiaľ čo dnes sú výhradne používané CNC riadiace systémy. CNC riadiace systémy majú časť na spracovanie informácií vytvorenú vstavaným počítačom, ktorý má v pamäti uložené softwarové bloky na všetky dôležité funkcie systému na rozdiel od NC riadiaceho systému, ktorý má tieto funkcie pevne zapojené. Jednou z výhod potom CNC riadenia je, že tento systém možno prispôsobiť strojom s rôznymi počtami riadených osí, funkciami a pod. CNC obrábací stroj je teda obrábací stroj, ktorý je číslicovo riadený a konštrukčne prispôsobený tak, aby pracoval v automatickom cykle a mal automatickú výmenu nástrojov príp. obrobkov. Ich hlavnou výhodou je možnosť rýchlo sa prispôsobiť meniacemu sa sortimentu výrobkov, možnosť dosiahnutia vysokej a opakovanej kvality vyrábaných dielcov a možnosť pracovať v tzv. bezobslužných prevádzkach. Preto ich možno zaraďovať do automatizovaných výrobných systémov, ktoré zasa môžu byť súčasťou automatizovaných závodov.
