The problem of interested in these studies was to identify the approaches to strategies that dominate the gaming sector in the USA, Korea and Poland. Solving this problem is the main goal of the research, the results of which are presented in this article. The cognitive aim is to broaden the knowledge of approaches to strategy in new sectors, such as gaming, at various stages of its development. The methodological aim is to check the usefulness of the approach and the analysis based on the principle of the so-called “grey intelligence”. The utilitarian aim is to indicate the directions of development of companies in this sector based on the theoretical projections of the strategy. The research was conducted in Q1 2022, and the result is a description of the dominant strategies in the gaming sector. The originality value of this research is to use theoretical approaches to strategy to identify strategies in new sectors and to verify the utility of these approaches.
Problemem, który interesował autorów w tych badaniach, było zidentyfikowanie podejść do strategii dominujących w sektorze gamingowym w USA, w Korei Południowej i w Polsce. Rozwiązanie tego problemu jest głównym celem badań, których wyniki zawarto w tym artykule. Celem poznawczym jest poszerzenie wiedzy dotyczącej podejść do strategii w nowych sektorach gamingowych w różnych fazach ich rozwoju. Celem metodologicznym jest sprawdzenie użyteczności podejścia opartego na zasadzie m.in. „grey intelligence”. Celem utylitarnym jest wskazanie kierunków rozwoju firm tego sektora w oparciu o teoretyczne projekcje strategii. Badania przeprowadzono w I kwartale 2022 roku. Wynikiem badań jest opis dominujących strategii w sektorze gamingowym. Oryginalnym wkładem jest wykorzystanie teoretycznych podejść do strategii w badaniach sektora gamingowego oraz zweryfiko- wanie użyteczności tych podejść do strategii.

Opis:
In order to avoid the negative effects of increasing the amount of RME in the fuel, the nitrON® package was used, containing 3 different additives: stabilizing, washing and increasing the cetane number of the fuel. The tests were carried out with the use of the Caterpillar C27 engine of the 6Dg locomotive connected to a water resistor. The hourly engine fuel consumption (FC), NOx concentration and exhaust opacity were measured for 3 points of the F test, in accordance with UIC 624. The concentration of the nitrON® additive in the test fuel was 1500 ppm (v/v). For idling, the reduction in FC value was only 1.5% (in relation to the base fuel), but for a very high engine load and nominal rotational speed, the percentage reduction in FC was as high as 5%. The reduction of NOx concentration for idling (as a result of using nitrON®) was approx. 10%, while for high engine load, the percentage reduction of NOx concentration in the exhaust gas exceeded 15%.

The article presents a list of ornamental and useful plants cultivated on Huahine Island in French Polynesia. These are flowering plants with unique visual and fragrance features, such as: Frangipani Tree, Tiare Tahiti, Gardienia, Bougainvillea, Hibiscus Tree, Blue Water Lily, Ti Plant, Ylang Ylang, Madagascar Rosy Periwinkle, Orchid. These plants belong to the traditional and cultural characteristics of Huahine Island, as in the entire French Polynesia.

The paper contains informations on the descriptions and analyse of various authors’ opinions as to the ocurrence and systematic position of species belonging to the genus Xylothrips. As the result of the analysis Calophagus has been downgraded to a subgenus of Xylothrips – Xylothrips (Calophagus) n. comb. – and Xylothrips geffroyi (n. syn.) synonymized with X. religiosus. At the end a key to the identification of all known species of Xylothrips is presented, together with a catalogue and maps showing the geographical distribution of particular species.

New genus and species of a beetle belonging to the family Ptinidae are described. Petroniptus zahradniki n. gen., n. sp. has been found in northeastern Thailand. Przedstawiono analizę konstrukcji maszyn i urządzeń do aeracji i wertykulacji trawników o różnym kierunku użytkowania. Podstawowymi czynnikami rozwoju trawnika i jego jakości jest zapewnienie mu żyznej gleby z odpowiednimi warunkami powietrzno-wodnymi i właściwej kwasowości, a także sposób użytkowania trawnika, jego nawożenia oraz metody jego użytkowania i pielęgnacji. Spośród wielu zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych trawników, jednymi z bardzo ważnych są aeracja oraz wertykulacja trawnika. Zabiegi wertykulacji i aeracji są procesami technologicznymi różniącymi się celami i narzędziami, którymi są wykonywane. Na rynku występują aeratory i wertykulatory o różnych źródłach napędu dostosowanych do wymagań klientów, z silnikami spalinowymi i elektrycznymi oraz napędem ciągnikowym. Aeratory i wertykulatory o małych i średnich wydajnościach mają najczęściej wymienne wałki z różnymi zespolonymi nożami roboczymi. Aeratory i wertykulatory o dużych szerokościach roboczych (wydajnościach) mają najczęściej wymienne indywidualne noże robocze różnych typów.
A review of the construction of machines and equipment for aeration and scarifying lawns of various direction of use is presented. The basic factors ensuring the development of the lawn and its quality are: fertile soil with proper air-water conditions and proper acidity, as well as its fertilization and the methods of its use and care. Among the many lawn care treatments, the aeration and lawn scarifying are of key importance. Scarification and aeration are technological processes that differ in the purposes and used tools. The scarification is done by cutting longitudinal grooves in the lawn, while the aeration procedure consists in aerating the lawn by tearing the layer of moss and plant residues in the lawn, and making holes in the soil. On the market there are aerators and scarifiers with different sources of power adjusted to customer's requirements, i.e. combustion engines and electric drive, and the tractor. Aerators and scarifiers of small and medium capacities usually have interchangeable rollers with different working knives. Aerators and scarifiers with large working widths (capacities) usually have interchangeable individual working knives of various types.
